La chambre est très grande. Dès votre arrivée à l'hôtel, vous serez accueilli par le personnel de service. La dame de la réception est très belle et le service est très bon. Si je perds quelque chose, je vous aiderai à le retrouver. patiemment. Elle est très patiente.

The best value of this lodge, is the friendly and helpful service staffs. They deserve 5 stars. I booked Grab car for return trip but was cancelled by driver without any advanced notice. When I tried to book local Grab bikes and cars, no one answered. It made me understand that I was in jungle, not as convenient as in the city. While I was asking the lodge reception and ready for paying double cost to get a return trip, reception staffs discussed and called a private bus which costs VND120,000(around 1/10 Grab car cost) to Bien Hoa. I realized that they tried to help me instead of taking advantage of my transportation problem. What pure souls I met, thanks God! Anyway, if the owner of the lodge can read this article, please improve the problems I mentioned. I killed 21 mosquito in my room one night. I believe I could kill another 20, if I stayed another night. There's frequent motor rotation noise annoyed me whole night. If you can not remove the motor-driven machine, do you consider to make the room I lived a warehouse. The hotel has best location, nature beauty and excellent staffs, one single room should not become low quality burden of the lodge. The food is good, the same quality and expense as in the city.

A Decent choice hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle. No AC in the hallways or lobby, but the rooms are comfortable, nice beds, linens, and plenty of hot water. My room is spacious enough with a couple of suitcases.   Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and Vincom mall 150 m away. There is a decent gym, steam sauna and swimming pool on the roof.

At this hotel the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the security staff are rude and aggressive, we had one security staff member demand that my wife remove her motor scooter before the premises before 10 pm despite she was a paying guest, and we had in fact the right to use the underground parking all night! Yes, the hotel has a policy that non-paying visitors must leave the hotel by 10 pm, but rather than check if the motor scooter user is a paying guest or not the hotel security staff would rather just threaten paying guests. WE WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN, AS THE SECURITY STAFF ARE CONSIDERED TO BE MORE IMPORTANT THAT THE PAYING GUESTS.

This medium size hotel is a real gem in a quiet walkable area of Bien Hoa. Only four stories tall, but with a tidy little gym and a warm saltwater swimming pool, buffet breakfast, laundry services, coffee shop, and lovely outdoor lounging area on a quiet street. The staff are quite accommodating and free parking available across the street.  I found my rooms to be fairly quiet, except for street noise through the single pane windows.  Guest comfort should improve when the housekeeping department is properly organized. I think too much of the buffet is left under hot lights for hours in the morning but there’s good Selection.  I would happily stay there again.

This is a most beautiful hotel in Long Khánh. The garden is very nice and very decorated with many different sections for taking pictures. Foods are yummy and tasty. Definitely will be back soon.

Il y a un employé de la réception qui parlera japonais. Je me reposais dans un endroit tranquille. Le petit-déjeuner est également délicieux. La prochaine fois que je vais à Loncain, je veux rester.

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans le logement. La piscine est grande, l'eau est fraîche et la vue est magnifique. L'équipement de l'hébergement est simple, mais bon. L'air conditionné fonctionne bien. La vue sur la rivière a été inquiétant. Les exploitants de l'installation étaient très utiles et aimables. 150 m plus loin, le ferry allait jusqu'au parc national. Idéal. Je voudrais réserver.
