This place is amazing!! I stayed at bldg 11 with a pool view. I’ve been in FL for 10 years and never heard of this place so I decided to take a quick weekend getaway my my granddaughter and youngest daughter. We had a blast!! The rooms are really nice, very clean! The staff are friendly, very helpful, and accommodating! I was able to book an extra night in the same room after my booking was already confirmed! Kimberly at the guest checking counter took very good care of me. The location of this is very convenient since it is pretty much close to everything such as theme parks, stores and plenty of places to eat! This is a must visit type of place!

Сам отель хороший, но не понравилась плохая вентиляция в номерах. Кондиционер вроде работает, но в номера всегда влажно. Ничего не сохнет. Через какое-то время ощущается нехватка кислорода, но при этом фрамугу открыть не представляется возможность Хорошие завтраки, всего за 5$ Смешанные чувства

There was an issue with the first room we were placed in when we first arrived. But in less than 10 minutes we had already been checked into a new room and had finished unpacking for the stay.

J'ai réservé une suite avec vue sur l'océan, deux chambres et deux salles de bain ! La réception m'a proposé une suite avec deux chambres et une salle de bain. Je suis allée négocier avec elle et lui ai montré le bon de commande. Elle était très réticente à la changer pour une suite avec vue sur l'océan, deux chambres et deux salles de bain ! Le prix de 37 $ par jour était dérisoire.

Great service, Good, but expensive food Great facilities and location The room was overall clean, except there was a lot of sand on the floor The walls are very thin, meaning it was very noisy from 7am to midnight

The hotel was fine for what we paid. The room was spacious, and although outdated, still pleasant and comfortable. We slept well. The hotel complex itself was very large with multiple buildings containing the rooms, which made it confusing to find our room, especially since one of the two the elevators for our building- (the elevator closest to our 5th story room) was out of order, so we had to re-park our car when we finally found our building and the working elevator. But overall it was fine and the location was good, with everything we needed close by.

近期第二次入住，有展會，樓層比較低，明顯潮濕的感覺大了，入住第一天化粧鏡就差點掉落，給前台打了電話，也就默默收走了，housekeeping不錯，沒有收拾房間給留了卡片告知

海灘可以，沒有外來人員進入！整體客房設施一般般，幾乎都是made in china！包括洗漱用品！最好用自帶的洗漱用品！景色不錯！不值得住兩天！大堂的日本料理貴的離譜，因為料理水平太一般！兩個人一頓飯126美金，➕這個➕那個費用最後收了210.58美金，真是附加費用高死了！完全沒有特朗普的品味！

Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Dans l'ensemble, il était juste un sommeil standard et une expérience de départ. L'hôtel était très propre et tranquille.

Mon séjour dans cet endroit a été court mais très agréable, j'ai eu un problème avec la chambre qu'ils m'avaient attribuée mais j'ai fait le constat et ils m'ont immédiatement transféré dans une autre. Le petit-déjeuner qu'ils incluent ne varie pas mais est toujours frais et je pense que cela correspond à ce que vous annulez car contrairement à d'autres hôtels, c'est l'un des plus accessibles. De plus, à notre arrivée, ils m'ont demandé une caution qu'ils ont immédiatement restituée à mon départ.
