L'hôtel est loin du parc ICON, mais j'étais au bureau de front, une dame de vente nasée et poussée de la zone de concierge m'a remis quelques coupons (je les ai vus plus tard à McDonalds gratuitement). La première chambre avec lits doubles que j'ai reçus était sale. Il y avait des cheveux dans le frigo et ailleurs. La télévision et le spectacle étaient poussières. La porte avant ne s'ouvre pas au début. Et le toilette n'a pas flussé correctement. Alors j'ai demandé une autre chambre, qui était beaucoup mieux. Il était à l'abri de l'autoroute, mais je n'ai pas entendu de bruit. J'ai nagé dans l'une des deux piscines mais l'eau était salée.

Very big room and good location... About 10mins walk to the convention center so easy to move around and also have lots of restaurants around the area but try to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel, cheap and good services. Good Food!

Pestana est incroyable. Le personnel est sympathique et l'accueil est immédiat. L'établissement est récent et très beau. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking. La chambre est spacieuse et meublée moderne. La salle de bain a une ambiance spa. Très accueillante. Le lit et les oreillers sont moelleux et confortables. La chambre est équipée d'un micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur, d'une télévision et d'une cafetière. L'emplacement est incroyable. Disney Springs est à 10-15 minutes en voiture. De nombreux restaurants sont à proximité. J'y ai séjourné plusieurs fois l'année dernière et j'ai hâte d'y retourner bientôt.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est pratique et la chambre était impeccable. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une expérience confortable et satisfaisante.

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Fast and quick check in, fully furnished kitchen and clean and spacious apartment. Did not have a chance to explore the facilities within the condo, but a pleasant stay with nothing to nitpick about.

The Dolphin is an absolute delight. The location is perfect. You can walk to Epcot or Disney Hollywood Studios. But if you’re feeling tired, no stress, just take the boat. You also get early entry. I highly suggest this hotel.
