Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Vous devriez pré-réserver des restaurants et des spas qui nous ont empêchés d'utiliser un spa, et certains restaurants, lorsque nous avons réservé le voyage le matin et sans réserves, ont dû avoir un service de chambre qui a pris plus d'une heure et demie pour les sandwiches et pas de nourriture chaude. Après 22h30. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais très longtemps attendu 40 minutes du jour de départ, nous avons utilisé le restaurant de signature comme Olive/main restaurant même plus occupé. Le bar avec chanteur et musicien était relaxant et offrait tout ce que nous cherchions, mais moins de 16 £ par cocktail est rigide. Nous avons utilisé la salle de signature pour un prosecco gratuit (entre 4-6) le jour de l'arrivée, mais fermé tôt, de sorte que jamais utilisé. Les petits objets dans la chambre - jamais remplis d'eau ou de gâteau wallon ou de vin pour lequel nous avons mis à niveau. Il n'y a pas de flanilles dans la salle de bains et aucune salle de bains de bulles pour la salle de bain qui était une honte. Le personnel de la réception était très agréable, mais certains d'entre eux avaient une attitude légère quand nous avons demandé des bases comme l'eau. Concierge était utile et amiable. Nous retournerions (qui a déjà été visité avant) et demanderions une mise à niveau dans les chambres de signature.

Cet hôtel était un plan B pour moi, et je suis ravie de l'avoir choisi après la déception de mon premier séjour. J'aurais dû réserver ici dès le départ. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des bars et des commerces. Le personnel était charmant et très serviable ! La chambre était impeccable. Les seuls bémols : il n'y avait que du gel douche, pas de shampoing, et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas à pleine température. Mais à cette période de l'année, ce n'était pas vraiment gênant ! J'étais dans la chambre 201, près de l'ascenseur, mais suffisamment éloignée pour ne pas être dérangée par le bruit. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Great (though little outdated) hotel with a great staff. Checking-in was easy peacy, room was big enough and clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good, restaurant for diner was changeable. The fish 'n chips was very good, the fries (chips) next evening was not so good (my thought is that the food had been to long under a warm-hold lamp) Location was OK, we were there for Cardiff and that was further then in expected (in driving times) but that was our personal choice. Can recommend this hotel for sure.

Das Hotel ist neu, sehr sauber und verfügt über äußerst freundliches Personal. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, was für meinen Aufenthalt anlässlich des Cardiff Halbmarathons ideal war. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso das Abendessen. Mein Zimmer war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder.

Always spotlessly clean. Reception always very nice. Rooms have all you need. Comfortable and Clean. USB sockets, reading lights and lamps, Samsung 32” Smart TV compatible with with mobile phones, tablets and pc/lap. Desk with desk lamp and luggage storage along with open wardrobe and bedside drawers/unit. Large full size mirror. The Queen size bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows/bedding. Bathroom is one of the best I have seen In hotels with modern and clean fittings. Subway tiling with chrome finish fittings, large bath with waterfall shower and over bath shower attachment for when just your hair needs washing. Huge fitted mirror with lighting and ample space for your toiletries etc. Towel rail and door hooks all complete the better than most bathroom. Towels and toiletries/hand wash/kettle and mugs, glasses, quality hangers and the attention to details all complete a good value room. The hotel flows on to the pub/ restaurant. Being Green King the food is all good. An extensive food and drinks menu. Easy and user friendly app allows ordering from your table for food and drinks. Overall the convenience of both hotel and bar with good service and good value a highly recommendable place to stay whether your here for business, leisure or just a night or two r&r The New Inn @ Green King always hits the mark. If you have breakfast with room it's served at the restaurant with hot & cold options Continental and Full English. Both perfectly presented and quality products. Parking for guests is free and input of car registration avoids any after stay fees.

L'agent de la frontière m'a payé une carte différente de celle que l'agent de réservation avait acceptée. Heureusement, leur chef supérieur, M. Deepy, a écouté avec patience ma explication et compris mon taux de chambre réduit. Il a expliqué tout clairement et soulage mes préoccupations. Après quelques jours, la carte a été enfin correctement facturée.

Fabulous location for the university and city centre, good shower, and everything that could be cleaned was spotless. Windows were an exception, but you can't blame the staff for that. Mattresses were well-used and some of the bedding was slightly tired, plus my apartment had a lingering doggy smell. That said, it was a good price and the range of organisations in the building is fascinating. I'd recommend taking the stairs. It's a 10-storey education.

I stayed here for eight nights from July 19th to 27th and never felt uncomfortable or out of place. The hotel rooms and towels were exceptionally clean. Though the breakfast menu remained the same daily, the freshness of the offerings made it enjoyable every morning. Parking was tight at times, but I always managed to find a spot with peace of mind. I visit Wales nearly every year, and it looks like I’ll be returning to this hotel again next year.

I did not really sleep well as the room was so cold and I had to get a large towel from the bathroom to put over the quilt to keep me warm. But the breakfast was nice thank you.

Les murs de papier et un plafond qui bounce quand les gens de hauts pieds se déplacent. 2am alarme d'incendie que le récepteur ne semble pas savoir ce qu'il faut faire. J'ai eu très peu de sommeil et je ne resterai jamais ici.
