MMAOYONGC'est à la femme d'aller voir son fils. L'hôtel est facilement accessible. La salle est en fait assez grande. La variété du petit déjeuner n'est pas grande, mais c'est aussi très bon. Il y a de nombreuses places de parking et le stationnement est pratique.

IInvitéThe hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area.
The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available.
The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done.
One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

KKatieLe restaurant est très bienvenu, nous avons été informés que nous pourrions manger au lobby, et nous avons donc prévu dîner là. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au restaurant 20 minutes plus tard, ils nous ont dit que nous ne pouvions pas manger là, à moins que nous n'ayons fait des réservations préalables à cause d'un mariage qu'ils avaient à la porte. Le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. Nous avons été très irrités parce que nous étions tous deux fatigués et que la dame était très rude à nous. Je comprends parfaitement qu'ils doivent se concentrer sur un mariage et sur la nourriture pour le mariage, mais nous aurions dû en avoir été informés quand nous sommes arrivés que le restaurant n'était pas disponible, sauf si nous avions déjà fait une réservation. Le centre est très agréable et il y a beaucoup de choses amusantes que vous pouvez faire là, mais certains de l'équipe étaient très peu aimables.

PPorcupine12tradeBest hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is great and convenient, rooms are clean spacious and nicely deco. Most impressive, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My children and I stayed at AC mid December. We are so thankful and grateful for their help when our bus back to Boston did not turn up after a 2-3hr wait at the bus stop and it was -11degC in the evening. We had to wait for another 7hr for the next available bus. We needed a warm place to wait in and we decided to head back to AC hotel, hoping to wait at the lobby. The young lady at the reception was sympathetic and kindly suggested we rest at the lounge and make ourselves comfortable. the staff at the lounge after hearing about our situation came over to offer snacks and gave advice about our bus. Shortly after, the young lady at the reception offered us a room so we can rest better till we could catch the next available bus. Thanks to AC hotel staff, they made our wait so much more comfortable and turned an unfortunate event into a heart warming experience.

IInvitéVery nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

One issue I had during my stay was at least twice someone tried to enter my room without knocking and the door was stopped by the door latch. I assume it was hotel staff as the door was opened without my 2 access cards. But no knocking or calling of room service before the door was opened and by the time i went to open the door, no one was outside

IInvitéSouth Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok.

IInvitéThe fire pjt was excellent at night for a quiet wind down. The room could probably be cleaner or maintained better as the pipe in the room are quite obvious and can see the holes near the edge of all walls inside the guest room. but appreciate it as the hotel is located at a country side.
My personal white bath towel was taken away by the housekeeping team because it looked similar to the hotel's towel. luckily it was found right before we check out. Thanks to the concierge and housekeeping team.

IInvitéThe hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives

IInvitéL'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il est situé dans la région pittoresque de la montagne verte. On peut skier en hiver, profiter des feuilles rouges en automne, et le service est très bon. Les chambres sont de taille moyenne et les deux grands lits sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est moyen et le café et le thé gratuits sont bons toute la journée. Il y a des gymnases, des piscines, des SPA, et l'emplacement des chambres à flanc de montagne est agréable. Le trafic vers les sites pittoresques environnants est également très pratique. Le signal du réseau dans les montagnes n'est pas bon et le Wi-Fi de l'hôtel ne pose aucun problème.
