L'emplacement de cet hôtel est vraiment excellent. À seulement cinq minutes à pied de la rue Shantang, c'était très pratique pour voyager avec des enfants. Le jardin Liuyuan est également très proche, on peut y aller à pied. La station de métro n'est qu'à trois ou quatre minutes, les transports sont donc extrêmement commodes. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, la dame qui a changé les draps était très attentionnée, et la réceptionniste était douce et aimable. L'expérience globale de notre séjour a été très bonne ! On nous a même offert un petit cadeau de bienvenue.

Il est facile de se rendre en vacances dans un jardin avec soupe privée dans la péninsule de Liu. Je ne pensais pas que ce serait très pratique, le chaud était très confortable et les installations étaient bonnes. En plus de la chaleur de l'entrée, l'hôtel avait une grande piscine et une piscine extérieure, il y avait des zones de loisirs pour enfants. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également bon, le petit déjeuner est servi, la nourriture est de la midi et de la nuit, beaucoup de plats sont des spécialités locales, la fameux soupe de poisson du lac de Tianm et un coupon de 100 yuan. Le passage de l'hôtel est le lac de Tianm (réservoir du fleuve Sha), les plats de pétrole autour des villages sont en pleine florence. Notre administrateur, le petit, a servi avec attention, a laisser chaud l'eau, manger, tout est bien organisé pour voyager. Merci beaucoup.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

En évitant la foule et en arrivant un jour de fermeture, j'ai découvert par hasard la meilleure façon de profiter de cet hôtel thermal. Pas de stress, juste une détente absolue : les bains publics étaient quasiment privés, avec les fameux bains d'argent et d'or accessibles aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Plongé dans l'eau chaude de la source, toute fatigue s'est envolée, me régénérant complètement. Le confort de la chambre était tout aussi impeccable : une literie douillette, une température agréable et l'absence totale de distractions télévisuelles. Nous avions choisi la suite Karuizawa Hanamae, où l'eau thermale naturelle coulait directement des canalisations. Bien que située à l'extrémité, elle offrait une intimité et une tranquillité incomparables. Pour le dîner, pas besoin de se presser ; savourer tranquillement un repas à emporter dans le salon était bien plus relaxant qu'un restaurant classique. Ce voyage improvisé s'est révélé être une expérience profondément ressourçante pour le corps et l'esprit, un pur moment de bonheur.

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

L'environnement est vraiment agréable et le service est excellent. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il fait très froid en hiver, et la climatisation n'a atteint que 19 degrés toute la nuit, pour atteindre 20 degrés le lendemain. La couette était également très fine, et j'ai attrapé un petit rhume en dormant. De plus, je n'arrivais pas à appeler l'extérieur depuis ma chambre, et la porte ne fermait pas à clé. Les installations étaient étonnamment décevantes, mais le service client était effectivement très bon, ils ont réglé tous mes problèmes. Dans l'ensemble, cela correspond aux standards de gestion de Hilton, mais les installations ont besoin d'être améliorées.

L'hôtel est situé dans le parc des expositions du jardin de Nanjing, à proximité du parc Nantong, classé au patrimoine mondial des Treize Parcs du Jiangsu. Il est recommandé de venir seul. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un cadre magnifique et d'une atmosphère fraîche. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, avec un coin salon séparé. La piscine thermale de l'hôtel est correcte, mais il est dommage que la piscine extérieure ne soit pas ouverte en raison des pluies de ces derniers jours. La piscine de l'hôtel est également très agréable et idéale pour les enfants. Promenez-vous autour de l'hôtel pendant votre temps libre et profitez de l'air pur.

I recently stayed at Banyan Tree Nanjing Garden Expo and had a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with the surrounding natural landscape, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, with great attention to detail. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. What impressed me most was the thoughtful gesture at check-out — the front desk kindly prepared a small farewell gift, including drinks and a lovely souvenir. It was a simple but very heartwarming touch that made the experience feel even more special and memorable. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent service, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nanjing and looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay, and I would be happy to return in the future.
