Booked two nights and if it wasn’t for a late after hours arrival we wouldn’t have even stayed one night. Room was dirty with even toothpaste in sink. Bathroom had a very strong smell of mould it made our eyes itch. Room was stuffy with no ventilation and had a horrible smell. Roof tiles lifted. Lamps next to bed with no plug so didn’t even work. Woke next morning with bloodshot eyes, headaches and stuffy nose.

Decided to try he Arkaba Hotel bistro twice during my stay in Adelaide. I'm glad I did. Whilst this is a huge complex that has the bistro, pokies, sports bar and accomodation, it is a family friendly place that is well patronised. When I was there on a Friday and Sunday night, the dining room was bustling, with diners having a meal before theatre/comedy shows and birthday celebrations, in addition to the usual casual dining. On Friday night, I tried the sourdough garlic bread with cheese, which had some nice density to it, grilled to perfection with stretchy cheese. Then I had the beef schnitzel with mushroom sauce. The schnitzel was crunchy and I really liked the mushroom sauce - lots of mushrooms in a possible cream of mushroom soup base. Lots of crispy chips were on the plate too. When I went back on the Sunday, I had the Yoder smoked scotch fillet, once again with mushroom sauce. I didn't need the sauce, as the steak had a lovely Smokey flavour that stood on its own. I ordered mine medium, and it was cooked perfectly. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty, and the dressing was not too heavy. The chips were crispy once again, but the only downside were the two onion rings, which could have done with a bit longer in the fryer. Meals are ordered and paid for at the register, with drinks purchased separately at the bar. Multiple televisions screens showing sport and select commercial stations are also present in the bistro. All in all, next time I visit Adelaide, I will be heading back to Arkaba Hotel for a meal.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant une semaine en juillet et nous avons eu une bonne expérience. Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très bien situé pour nos besoins, notamment un parking de voiture sur la route, la clinique des voyageurs (pour les tests PCR) 2 minutes de la route et de nombreux restaurants à une distance de marche de l'hôtel. La chambre qui nous a été offerte était au 20ème étage, qui a fourni une vue magnifique sur les pieds de la ville. Nous avons eu quelques questions avec le check-in parce que nous avions inadvertiement réservé une chambre ”reignable” qui est pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, que nous n'avons pas besoin. Nous avons reçu une ”mise à niveau” gratuite (comme nous l'a expliqué) dans une chambre sur un plancher inférieur qui se révèle avoir une porte qui la rapproche de la chambre à côté de la porte. My family and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in June'23. We stayed in a two bed room apartment on the 6th floor facing the hills. The location of the apartment was very close to city centre. There are restaurants with in short walking distance. The bus stand is 2-3 minutes walk away. The first bedroom was bigger with a queen bed, wall wardrobe and heat/AC. 2nd bedroom was bit smaller with a double bed and a wall wardrobe, but no heater/AC. The open kitchen was big, having refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher etc. Necessary Tableware, cutlery, dish washing liquid, dishwasher table, kitchen towel, etc was provided. Dinner space and living room was open and big with a wall heater/ AC. We had very good views from the balcony. There was one big bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Entire apartment was clean. Free WiFi had good speed. The apartment Manager was very helpful. The paid car park entry was from the back street. Before checking in, we had problem with our car parking in front of apartment as there was no empty car parking space on the road. We have enjoyed our stay at Hum Serviced Apartment and would request others to stay there.

Took my daughters for a short holiday to Adelaide and was very happy with the accommodation. Only downfall was road noise at night which is out of their control. Was wrapped to get back after the first day of sightseeing to find the rooms serviced and beds made for us (was done each day). Staff terrific and more than happy to help. Will be back again

L'hôtel semble avoir ouvert deux ans, la décoration est très nouvelle et moderne. L'isolement du son n'est pas très bon, la porte est très claire. Je n'ai pas eu le temps d'expérimenter la piscine, je ne sais pas comment. Le service de la réception est très enthousiaste et, en général, le rapport coût-efficacité est la première option.

La chambre était confortable; La télévision était une bonne taille; Le lit était une grande taille roi et bon à dormir sur. Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner buffet et dîner tous les jours. Le personnel a réussi à garder le service. La nourriture était ok. Le personnel était extrêmement occupé et s'est échappé. Un grand merci à Christian & Jane pour nous chercher. Le site est la position parfaite. Près de la ville et des paysages. Une base idéale pour voyager à destinations touristiques. Nous l'aimons.
