Le petit déjeuner est fermé et ils ont servi le petit déjeuner en plaques enveloppées, jambobs, fromage, jambon, etc. Il était OK, mais pas grand. Le service était bon. Les récepteurs pouvaient parler anglais fluidement et ils m'ont aidé à trouver mon chemin autour de la ville et à faire une copie de quelques documents que j'avais besoin. La vitesse et la disponibilité de l'hôtel étaient excellentes. La caisse dans la chambre était assez grande pour mon portable portable de 16 pouces. Aime la douche aussi. J'avais une belle vue sur le 11e étage. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour était satisfaisant.

La location de l'hôtel est très bonne, comme au centre de la ville, vous pouvez arriver partout dans les plus brefs délais, nous sommes un peu fatigués, nous avons fait des affaires dans la réception, nous avons été en mesure de passer à notre chambre. L'hôtel a un design différent de celui des autres hôtels classiques. Il se sent comme chez lui. Il a été très confortable. La chambre et le bain étaient très propres. Il nous a été fourni de suite. Nous aimé le petit déjeuner. Plusieurs. Il y a même de l'eau d'orange. La plupart d'entre eux ont des frais supplémentaires pour ça. Les employés demandent si vous avez une autre demande au restaurant et le font faire. Le personnel est très gentil et gentil. Je pense que j'ai trouvé un bon hôtel à accueillir quand je suis venu à Ankara, à la fois seule et en famille.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 6 nuits.Le meilleur de cet hôtel est le plus grand personnel et deux réceptions amicales et très utiles, l'hôtel est proche d'une autoroute encombrée mais proche de bons restaurants et boutiques. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais il pourrait être mieux. Si vous souhaitez rester à Ankara, je vous suggère de rester dans la métropole avec cette atmosphère et le personnel fantastique.

The stay at this hotel was ok. Breakfast was very good. Great location, in the modern part of Ankara, with many restaurants around the corner and a mall. There were a couple of situations that may require improvement. First, the hotel has a very limited number of parking places, and they ask for your car key and will park the car for you. For me, this is always a bit inconvenient, especially because we were on a long road trip and had things in the car we might need, or not (but surely we were not willing to bring ‘everything’ to the room). On the second day, when we got to the hotel, I parked in a spot where I saw they parked the guest cars themselves. But still they asked me for the key! When I tried to understand why, a small discussion took place, a mixture of discomfort and language difficulties, and I still don’t understand why they wanted to have the key. Anyway... Maybe it’s their standard procedure. The topic which definitely needs improvement is the early breakfast pack. My wife needed to catch a flight at 5 AM, and we all know what this means: getting something to eat at very early hours. Of course the reception staff offered to organize “breakfast packs” and bring them to the room. But there was no list to chose from. They mentioned the packs were standard, without options. When we got them, we were disappointed. If I remember well, each pack had 1 sandwich, 1 apple, 1 juice and 1 water bottle (!). Not the standard I expected from a Mövenpick. I suggest you have a short list of items, allowing guests to customize their packs a bit. Last year, we had a similar situation at Mövenpick Amman (Jordan), and the breakfast pack was much better. Of course, in both hotels, there was a coffee machine in the room.

Le service de l'hôtel est très bon, le petit déjeuner est complet, les fruits sont frais et il y a de bonnes cerises. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et l'anglais est courant. Nous a également aidés à surclasser dans une suite et j'y retournerai la prochaine fois. Manger autour, faire du shopping est pratique, arriver en cinq minutes. Un vrai hôtel américain, plusieurs fois mieux que le même hôtel où nous avons séjourné à Istanbul.

Nous avons été là avec notre toddler de 2 ans, et nous avons eu un séjour très confortable dans cet hôtel. Ils nous ont fourni un lit très propre et nouveau pour bébé. La chambre et l'hôtel sont propres. Le personnel est très poli et ami. Le petit déjeuner était bon et suffisant. Il est au milieu de Bahçelievler, très central et cafés et restaurants partout. Nous pouvons rester ici. Merci.
