We were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom. Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up. Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it. All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

For the price of USD100 per night including Arabic daily breakfast sending to your room is definitely value for money. Apartment style living that can accommodate two adults in a big spacious room. Conveniently located near Granada Mall and with lots of eateries outlets to choose from. For daily housekeeping service, they do not automatically clean and change your bedding and toiletries, tell them in advance if you need the services or just top-up on anything whenever you need it, no question ask.

Les chambres sont bien équipées et disposent de tout le confort nécessaire. Le service est bon. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement, mais sur demande. Une odeur de fumée persistait dans le couloir lorsque les voisins fumaient dans leur chambre, ce qui était très désagréable pour moi et mon bébé de 10 mois. Le stationnement était un problème : l'établissement ne dispose pas de parking privé. Mis à part cela, notre séjour d'une semaine à l'hôtel s'est bien passé.

Dans l'ensemble, la chambre et l'expérience étaient plutôt bonnes - grande chambre, avec machine à laver, micro-ondes et diverses autres choses. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de service, mais je ne cherchais vraiment pas, juste un endroit où loger. Il n'y avait pas grand-chose dans les environs immédiats, mais il semble que vous ayez besoin de conduire/partout à Riyad de toute façon, donc c'est assez central en pensant à cela. Une odeur bizarre au début dans la salle de bain à l'arrivée, mais cela a semblé se dissiper... Dans l'ensemble, une assez bonne option si vous obtenez une bonne affaire !

très bien. C'est juste un peu cher. L'emplacement est également très bon. L'attitude du service à la réception est très bonne. Mon téléphone n'avait plus de batterie et je n'avais pas apporté mon chargeur ni mon câble, alors je les ai empruntés gratuitement pour une nuit.

The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.
