Hôtels 4 étoiles à Riyad

L'hôtel est en retard, j'ai trouvé ma chambre prête ! La chambre est propre, le personnel est amicale et j'aime la conception de la chambre.

Tout a été excellent, mais le personnel doit être amélioré. Lorsque j'ai visité le centre de fitness la nuit, il n'y avait pas de membre du personnel au comptoir, et j'ai attendu plus de 10 minutes pour un toilet même si j'avais déjà informé le personnel de fitness au début de ce matin.

The hotel is great, loved the size of the room, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort is on point for the price. The reception and check in process is smooth, bilingual support can be an additional point but the communication is still 👌. The room service and house keeping is also great. However what can become a nuisance quite easily is that the hotel claims to have a parking but it stays full so you have to park around the hotel and it is a busy area hence it gets a bit difficult. Moreover, for now the paid parking meters are here but they are not charging yet, once they do .. it will be more difficult to park outside the premises of the hotel. The other downturn for me personally is the size of the commode in the bathroom. Room for improvement here as not only the commode sprays water everywhere while flushing but the bidet makes alot of noise. Over all, I may come back to the hotel for the peace And quiet in the room, lobbies, and the size of the room but the parking can be a down turn for me.

Excellent staff — very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated. I can’t thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect. The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities. The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee. Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season. Down points: • Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view. • Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.

L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas de la station de métro et de bus, ce qui permet de se rendre à proximité de la ville. Il y a aussi un centre commercial et un supermarché sur la route, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants à choisir. L'hôtel était très propre et ma chambre était spacieuse, confortable et sans place. En général, je recommande très fortement cet hôtel pour sa grande position, sa propreté et ses chambres spacieuses.

L'hôtel est très bien, a complètement dépassé les attentes et la communication pour le départ tardif s'est déroulée sans problème.

Très bon emplacement, très recommandé pour sûr restera encore

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un plaisir de rencontrer des personnes comme Moataz Mersal. Il nous a toujours accueillis chaleureusement, ma femme et moi, au restaurant Nakheel. Excellente cuisine et service impeccable ! Bravo ! Raghad (service clientèle) a également donné à ma femme de précieux conseils concernant la sécurité et les itinéraires en métro pour se rendre au Musée national, etc. Un grand merci aussi à Montaser et Ahmed ! Le personnel du bar et de la salle de sport était aux petits soins ! 👍 En revanche, l'équipe d'entretien ménager a besoin d'une formation. Pendant quatre jours et trois nuits, ils ont oublié de réapprovisionner les chambres chaque jour ! Nous avons dû les appeler sans cesse ! 👎

موقع الفندق ممتاز لقربه من مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصى. بالنسبة للغرف كانت واسعه ومريحة ولكن بالنسبة للاثاث يحتاج الى تغيير لانها قديمة لان دولاب الملابس الباب لا يقفل وايضا ادراج التسريحة مكسرة.
