Conduisez environ 45 minutes de la côte de la ville de Fortaleza et vous trouverez cette bijoux caché sur l'une des meilleures plages du Brésil. L'hôtel est magnifique, parcouru sur une colline sur une belle plage ségrégée, dans la charmante ville de plage de Barro Preto est situé le Carmel Charme Resort. Dès que nous avons traversé la porte pour entrer dans le village, nous avons été rapidement rencontrés par des gens amis qui nous ont escortés sur la terrasse, sur la piscine et la plage et nous avons été immédiatement offerts refroidissant l'eau de coco avec des fruits tropicaux froids. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Notre chambre a été bien équipée avec un minibar, un grand lit King, un canapé de lit amoureux et un petit table et chaises. La chambre est équipée d'un climatisateur à distance et d'une télévision à écran plat avec plusieurs chaînes internationales. Je vais commencer par le bon. L'emplacement de ce resort a excédé nos attentes de toute façon. Les photos sur Internet ne font pas ce lieu de justice. Il est étonnamment beau ici. Le petit déjeuner à leur salle de repas à côté de la plage était une éminence chaque matin. C'était une excellente façon de commencer chaque jour. Les terrains sont bien entretenus et les vues sur l'océan sont inoubliables. Je voudrais également féliciter le personnel ici. Tout le monde que nous avons rencontré était si utile et amiable. Un jour, pendant mon séjour, je suis allé à vélo autour du village et finalement je suis allé à la ville voisine d'Iguape où je suis retourné à l'hôtel le long du sable sur la plage comme il était peu de temps. Le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. Les hôtels sont très bons, les gens sont très bons et les gens sont très bien appréciés. Les terrains de piscine sont beaux et immaculés et nageant jusqu'au bar de la piscine pour une bière froide refroidissante était merveilleux. La plage ségrégée de cet hôtel serait en concurrence avec les meilleures plages du monde, et je suis né et élevé à Hawaii et cette plage est bien comparée à notre meilleure. Avec un personnel amiable et bénéficiant d'une belle location, vous penserez que tout serait parfait. Je voulais vraiment donner à cet hôtel un rating de 5 étoiles mais il y avait quelques choses qui ont baissé leur score, et l'un d'eux était très significatif.

Experience the beach and resort features, activities around here is phenomenal. Food is highlight both morning breakfast and dinner (no need to go anywhere for food). Taxi available to go other part of the city. Friendly staff and whatapp customer service to help answer all your booking services (ask anything you will get an answer). I book thru them SPA went couple of time BUS come to resort location back and forth. Even it is untimed, they arrange taxi for you to get dropped. One additional I would say you want something provide your resort card they scan them to go your account and pay at the end when you leave resort (no need to swipe to pay). Eg: Dinner table you need coconut or some other extra's Or SPA massage any resort facility you might be entertain. Lovely place to stay and visit ! if you beach goer ! Dunes, slides, water park around you here.

O hotel é frente mar com aquela vista maravilhosa que só o Nordeste tem. Quarto espaçoso com cama super confortável, ar condicionado e frigobar. Tem armário para guardar as coisas e deixar tudo ao nosso alcance. Varanda com vento maravilhoso e ótima para refeições que você consegue pedir na própria cozinha do hotel que tem um cardápio ótimo com porções muito bem servidas. Banheiro ótimo com água quente no chuveiro. Piscina excelente com área para criança. O café da manhã é incluso na diária e tem muitas opções desde cuscuz e tapioca, ovos, queijos, sucos, café, bolo e frutas variadas. Equipe muito cordial e solícita. Foi uma estadia incrível e vale super a pena para quem procura descansar e desfrutar de conforto!!!!! Voltarei mais vezes com certeza!!!

1. We have a family of five so they just connected two rooms together. One has a queen bed and the other has three twin beds that are cramped together with hardly any room to move around. There is a tiny round table barely big enough to fit one laptop. 2. Location is amazing right by the beach but getting there could be a nightmare. We arrived during rainy season and the roads right out front of the hotel are red mud and looks like a war zone. The roads are basically giant mud holes for the last kilometer getting to the resort. 3. Internet service is absolutely horrible and not acceptable for anyone who needs reliable internet for business. Every day the name of the WIFI network changes to something different and most of the websites I try to access have been blocked by the network administrator. Common news websites like cnn.com are blocked for no apparent reason. This means my daughter was unable to do any of her research for her homework and our ability to handle our business was hindered as well. 4. Things nowhere to be found: Ice or ice maker anywhere on the premises, a microwave, a balcony, and no running potable water in the rooms or water fountains anywhere on the resort. This means we had to buy bottled water every day when we went out because the tiny refrigerator doesn't hold much and isn't very cold. The lack of a balcony means we have no place to put our wet cloths or our sandy shoes when we return from the beach so the sand naturally transfers all across the tile floor and eventually gets mixed into the bed sheets. It just blew my mind that there would be a hotel right on the beach without a balcony or even the ability to open a window or sliding glass door to hear or feel the ocean breeze. That's the whole point of beach front. Literally every other hotel in the surrounding area has open balcony areas. The lack of air flow or ventilation meant there is always a lingering smell of some sort, either from damp clothing or from whatever food was eaten the day before. Oh, and there are ants. Not many, but at night the kids were complaining because an ant or two would walk across their face while they were trying to watch TV and it scared our little one so much he couldn't sleep all night. The ceiling was also not very sound proof as we could hear the residents upstairs constantly stomping their feet. 5. Most disappointing is that there was really no communication from the staff. When we arrived we were never given any instructions, a map of the facility, a brochure of any kind, or any direction on what the ”resort” consisted of. Every other day I was finding out new things that the staff should have told us when we arrived. From walking around by ourselves we quickly realized there were no real amenities. We found out on our sixth day of a 7 day vacation that there is a ”fitness center” behind the resort that no one uses. It consists of a couple pieces of worn out equipment and some light dumbells.
