Le patron est très enthousiaste et la grande fenêtre de la chambre est très adéquate pour regarder le paysage, mais le cou de l'hôtel est trop rempli de douleurs dans le sommeil. Il y a encore beaucoup de nourriture à proximité de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez généralement aller quelques minutes à pied, ski, moto de neige et autres projets peuvent également être atteints à dix minutes de distance, Très proche de la zone de vacances de Wanda. Le patron a également pris des photos 👍🏻👍🏻 quand il a mis des bougies sous l'hôtel.

✨ Je recommande tout à fait cet hôtel. 🌟 Le service clientèle était vraiment désireux, surtout pour les voyageurs comme nous sans un numéro chinois local. Il était merveilleux avec les enfants, parla bien anglais, et s'est assuré que toutes nos besoins étaient satisfaits. Le service de communication par WeChat était facile et ses réponses étaient toujours rapides. 🎿 Les passes de ski sont flexibles et peuvent être utilisés pendant des jours non consécutifs. Par exemple, vous pouvez commencer à partir de votre jour d'arrivée ou de départ, ou prendre un jour de repos entre. Chaque passe comprend une utilisation de la nuit, qui peut également être appliquée le jour suivant. 💡 Une petite amélioration pourrait encore améliorer le séjour : • Ajouter des serviettes et un serviette de sol dans la première salle de douche de la Suite Twin permettrait d'utiliser plus facilement. • Fournir quelques outils de cuisine de base, boîtes, plaques et cuttery permettrait aux invités de préparer des repas simples. • Les chambres peuvent se sentir un peu trop chaude, bien que cela soit facilement réglé car chaque chambre dispose de ses propres contrôles de température.

Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu vieux, les installations de soutien sont plutôt bonnes, les chambres sont propres et bien rangées et l'insonorisation est correcte. Il y a des piscines thermales intérieures et extérieures. Il sera très confortable de se baigner la nuit après avoir été fatigué de jouer pendant la journée. L'hôtel est à côté du centre de transfert. Il est très pratique de s'enregistrer le matin, le trajet sera plus court que de rester en ville. Nous sommes restés deux jours au total. Le premier jour, Tianchi était fermé et nous ne sommes pas sortis l'après-midi, il faisait beau et nous sommes sortis pour prendre des photos. Il n'y avait personne à proximité et c'était très confortable. Il n'y a pas de restaurants dans les environs, mais il y a des dépanneurs et des restaurants dans l'hôtel. La cuisine du nord-est du restaurant est recommandée. Le Da Lapi et le Di San Xian que j'ai commandés étaient tous deux bons et. les portions étaient assez grandes pour manger. Je suis venu ici avec mes amis. La chambre était très élégante, propre et bien rangée, avec un nécessaire de toilette complet et un matelas confortable. La patronne était également très serviable et nous a donné de nombreux conseils de voyage. Elle nous a même offert un service de navette aller-retour gratuit. Ce fut une expérience de voyage très enrichissante !

La chambre est propre et propre, les détails de la population sont remplis, le maïs, le riz, les tissus de fleurs déchirés et autres décorations sont profondément considérables, les sentiments de sédiment de la vie rurale de Guangdong, nouveau et guéri. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant spécial, de fer, de verdure de montagne, de goût au nord-est. Le petit déjeuner est fait avec du thé, du cerveau de tofu et du plats acide. Le goût original du nord-est est touché directement.

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

La saison d'automne du mois de septembre est très bonne. Il y a un parking autour de l'hôtel, adapté aux voyageurs. La réception est très bonne. Nous avons mis à jour la chambre. Il est précisé que le petit déjeuner peut être nécessaire maintenant, car il y a peu d'invités, le chef sort rapidement comme ça le lendemain matin, très riche. La salle de bain est très propre et la salle est très chaleureuse. La chambre dispose d'un petit balcon, l'hôtel a déjà aménagé le linge de bain. Il est très rapide et très chaud d'eau chaude, il faut prendre soin de régler la direction du dragon. Enfin, il y a plusieurs places à la gare de bus dans le quartier de Changbai Mountain West, à 200 mètres de l'hôtel le plus proche, appelé le centre de distribution de la circulation de la piscine West, et l'un des billets de transport les plus chers en ligne.

The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The arrangements were thoughtful and well-coordinated, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. They also prepared a lovely birthday celebration for our children, which made our holiday especially memorable. We highly recommend this hotel.
