Le patron est très enthousiaste et la grande fenêtre de la chambre est très adéquate pour regarder le paysage, mais le cou de l'hôtel est trop rempli de douleurs dans le sommeil. Il y a encore beaucoup de nourriture à proximité de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez généralement aller quelques minutes à pied, ski, moto de neige et autres projets peuvent également être atteints à dix minutes de distance, Très proche de la zone de vacances de Wanda. Le patron a également pris des photos 👍🏻👍🏻 quand il a mis des bougies sous l'hôtel.

The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Overall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value. What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way. Highly recommended.

絕對令人驚歎的酒店，擁有俯瞰長白山的絕美景色，員工體貼周到，整體服務堪稱一流。特別要提一下劉增玉先生，他竭盡全力確保我們擁有一次完美的住宿體驗。我最早是在五月份來到這家酒店，當時是想先看看餐廳，目標是親眼驗證這裏的景色是否像大家所説的那樣驚艷。景色絕對沒有讓人失望（不過當時餐廳因活動而未開放）。那時酒店員工就已經非常熱心了，我也下定決心夏天要以住客身份再來一次。酒店的所有主要區域都能看到長白山（當然要視天氣而定，而這可能是個不小的變數），所有房間也都能看到山景（不過據説有些房間的視野可能會稍有遮擋）。酒店內的餐廳和其他設施或許看起來有限（比如沒有健身房，游泳池也比較小等），但餐廳的餐飲質量絕對遠超預期（如果不説它是相當驚艷的話，這點我會另寫評價）。游泳池雖小，但是恆温的，而且同樣能欣賞到絕美的山景。我們入住期間，有一羣我猜是美術教授和專業藝術家的人專程來此畫山（可見這裏的景色有多出色）。他們 apparently 為了這個景等了六天才等到（合適的天氣）。另外值得一提的是，雖然這裡有很多家庭和年幼的孩子，而且員工始終非常樂於助人、細心周到、儘量滿足需求——但酒店本身並不是專門為親子設計的。不過，如果能增設一些專門的小童區域之類，這個問題很容易解決。與度假區內的其他酒店相比，這裏離主要的度假區域和商業街也相對較遠（所以帶孩子的話會稍微辛苦一些）。從很多方面來説，這並不是一家適合帶孩子入住的酒店，而更像是一家適合帶你想與之生孩子的人、或者已經育有孩子的老伴一同前來的酒店。最後，我們購買的套餐性價比簡直超高。套餐包含了度假區裏的很多活動項目，我們在三天兩晚的時間裏根本用不完所有權益。所以，儘管這家酒店價格不菲，但搭配套餐後的性價比實際上非常出色。總體強烈推薦，尤其推薦各種套餐。絕對是一家必住的酒店，希望將來還能再來。 Absolutely amazing hotel with stunning views of Changbaishan, attentive staff, and excellent service all around. A special mention must be made for Mr. Liu （劉增玉）, who went out of his way to ensure for us a fantastic stay. I first visited the hotel in May to visit the restaurant and see if the view was everything everyone said it was. The view most certainly met expectations （but the restaurant was closed for an event）. At that time the staff was already very helpful, and I was determined to come back to visit in the summer as a hotel guest. All the main areas of the hotel offer a view of the mountain （weather conditions permitting, which can be a big if）, and all the rooms have a view as well （although apparently some rooms may be slightly obstructed）. Restaurant and other amenities within the hotel may seem limited （I.e. no gym, small pool, etc.） but the restaurant food was definitely much better than expected （if not just outright fantastic, which I’ll write about separately）. Pool is small but heated and offers again an amazing view of the mountain. When we were here, a group of what I believe were Art professors and professional artists came to draw the mountain （that’s how good the view can be）. They apparently waited 6 days for the right weather conditions. Another thing to note is that while there were a lot of families and young children here, and the staff was always extremely helpful, attentive, and accommodating - the hotel itself is not designed to be kids friendly per se. But that can be easily fixed if there are some dedicated kids areas, etc. It’s also relatively far from the main vacation areas and commercial street when compared to other hotels within the vacation area （so a little bit tougher for the kids）. In many ways, it’s not a hotel designed for bringing kids to, it’s more a hotel designed for bringing someone you want to have kids with or had kids with. Finally, the package that we bought was just amazing value. It included a lot of the activities in the vacation area and there was no way we could use all the benefits in the 3 days and 2 nights. So even though this is an expensive hotel, the value with the package actually is extremely good value. Highly recommend all around and in particular recommend any packages. Definitely a must stay and hope to be back again in the future.

Le voyage avec les enfants et les enfants de la montagne. Il est très généreux de se mettre à l'appartement. Mais la chambre n'est pas à 4 h. Les services sont enthousiastes. Mais je ne peux pas rejoindre le légibienne mais je ne peux pas me rappeler. Un chien peut se faire. Les chiens sont mignons. Je suis heureux d'envoyer un ski de Wanda Aktien, c'est que la colline est en arrière. Il y a deux piscines confortables à l'hôtel. Le défaut de la décoration du petit déjeuner n'est pas un standard de petit déjeuner stupide. Un point unique avec une aide. Les légumes ont tous les deux jours les mêmes faces. Ils sont très doux à 9 heures. Le menu unique est simple et difficile à manger. La réduction de la chambre est aussi évident que le linge est le type de linge, et il y a un linge de chaussures pour demander ce type Le lit de nuit est très consommable.

Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

We had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help. Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold. Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à environ 30 minutes par taxi de l'aéroport de Baishan Changbaishan, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de départ de la corne occidentale ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Il semble majestueux de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur, bien qu'un peu vieux. Vous pouvez profiter de sources chaudes de différents types et températures à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Il y a un énorme buffet avec différentes options pour le petit déjeuner (préparations chinoises, deux types de fruits et quelques options occidentales). La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Après avoir laissé la fenêtre ouverte toute la journée, il était mieux et l'odeur ne revenait pas.

Good price and I liked staying there but there were a few issues. The toilet was blocked but the manager unblocked it. then the shower had good pressure the first night but it lost pressure on the second night. Last the lock on the door was loose and it would not lock. But I did like the hotel although an upgrade considering the issues would have been nice. It is right near the tourist office but unluckily for me the heavenly lake was closed so I could not see it. I did go night skiing at the Wanda International ski resort which was fun.
