Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

Avantages : Emplacement calme en bordure de route de campagne, à proximité des champs de Bagua, vue imprenable depuis la chambre, nombreuses prestations offertes, service de qualité et forte valeur sentimentale. Recommandé pour les amateurs de photographie, de rencontres et de détente dans le jacuzzi. Inconvénients : Équipements de la chambre basiques ; murs présentant des traces de réparation, toilettes non équipées de sanitaires, câbles apparents derrière le porte-serviettes, taches de ciment sur la tête de lit et les fonctions des interrupteurs sont indiquées par de simples autocollants transparents, ce qui semble superficiel. En résumé, vue magnifique et excellent service, mais les équipements de la chambre ne m'ont pas entièrement satisfait.

This hotel has one of the best levels of service we have ever experienced. We travel frequently and have visited many countries, but we have never encountered such genuine kindness, care, and hospitality anywhere else. Our room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downside was the sound insulation, which could have been better. However, this was completely overshadowed by the outstanding service, so it hardly mattered. We would especially like to thank the reception staff. They are the reason we will always have such warm memories of China. They helped us choose an excursion, took care of all the arrangements, and even thoughtfully prepared a container of freshly cut watermelon for us to take on our trip. They also helped us rent a scooter, making sure we got the best and most affordable option. They were always willing to help, answer our questions, and do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On the day we checked out, they surprised us with two giraffe toys and another container of freshly cut watermelon. On top of that, they offered to drive us to the railway station free of charge. We never even asked—they simply wanted to help. Their kindness, attention to detail, generosity, and genuine care for their guests are truly exceptional. They are wonderful people and true professionals. We sincerely hope their hard work is recognized and rewarded because they absolutely deserve it. The service at this hotel deserves not 5 out of 5, but 10 out of 5. It exceeded every expectation we had. Avec la famille, dans le quartier de la scène, vous pouvez louer des élévateurs en bas, vous pouvez aller à la résine pour manger, c'est très pratique. Le personnel de service du peuple est très enthousiaste, a joué avec le petit garçon pendant un demi-jour, et il aime bien son frère et sa sœur. Cinq étoiles, très recommandé.

Les images sont le meilleur texte. Bien que le prix soit cher, je pense que cela en vaut la peine, l'environnement est magnifique, les installations sont complètes, les fournitures dans la chambre sont propres et bien rangées. Bien qu'il soit en montagne, vous n'avez pas à vous soucier des repas, le majordome a parcouru l'adresse du B&B la veille de votre séjour, le menu vous est envoyé, il vous suffit de réserver à l'avance pour pouvoir profitez de la nourriture riche à votre arrivée au magasin. Ici, je suis très reconnaissant envers le majordome et le chef, car le jour est arrivé en retard, ce qui a obligé le chef à faire des heures supplémentaires pour nous préparer le dîner, vraiment désolé, même si j'ai insisté pour ne pas retarder la sortie du travail, le dîner se fait dans la chambre, mais le majordome a dit que le goût est toujours présent Faites mieux et louez leur service et leur professionnalisme 👍

The room was spacious and I was amused by how you can voice control everything in the room from lights to Aircon to the curtains (in Chinese). Great views from the panoramic window covering an entire side of the wall. Breakfasts consist of either noodles or rice vermicelli with fruits, roasted sweet potato, and a variety of other carbohydrates. You can choose between soya bean milk or dairy milk.The owners were friendly and helpful, and arranged a nearby shop owner to bring an electric scooter down to the lodge and taught me how to ride it. The place is only a few minutes walk away from a small town center, where you can find eateries, convenient shops, and places where you can rent electric scooters and bicycles. It was easy to get a Didi from the place to the tourist centre where you can buy tickets to enter as well as take the tourist trolleys to go up the hills where you can get a fantastic view of the surrounding area. I also enjoyed walking from the lodge to the Bagua field and the Fu character field. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

I love this place so much that a part of me wants to gatekeep this hidden gem. Fanzhu梵住 is a beautifully curated boutique hotel that delivers outstanding hospitality. I initially booked a 5-day stay but loved it so much that I extended for an extra day, willingly sacrificing my next destination. I was initially worried the hotel might be a ”pretty façade.” Fortunately, Fanzhu met all my needs of functionality and comfort (Breakfast, Air Conditioning, an excellent shower, free self-service laundry, an ideal location). The property is far from perfection, but it overcompensates with simple, heartfelt sincerity. You can feel the tremendous thought and effort poured into this place to make guests feel comfortable. ✨ Highlights, Who Will Love This Place: ✅#English-Speaking Travellers: For foreigners unfamiliar with China, it is extremely helpful that the owner is fluent in English. ✅#Design & Aesthetics: Warm & modern. The property exudes zen-like comfort with charming decors. It has a gorgeous yard, with swimming pool, and ample outdoor seatings. ✅#Remote workers: I didn’t plan to work on this trip, but I could see myself working there remotely. If you come from the city where every building looks like a boxy Lego piece, you will deeply appreciate this place. ✅#Personalized Service: Kudos to the young lady boss! In a place like Wanfenglin where the location pins and 导航 can be vague to foreigners, sh took the time to understand my itinerary, how I planned my routes around Wanfenglin. She gave recommendations, and helped me check my “Destination” input on car hiring app. Airport and railway station pickups can also be arranged easily too. ✅#Immaculate Rooms: THE BED! Oh my, the bed! The linens, pillows, and towels are all premium quality. Even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash feel luxurious. The bed is so comfortable that I would return just for a sleep-in holiday. Ok I know I’m mentioning the bed twice but it’s worth mentioning thrice. Extra points from me that the rooms are non-smoking. ✅#Location: Before arriving, I read a review describing this place as ”a piece of tranquillity close to the action”. Now I get it. It sits as an independent building on a peaceful road/hill(?), yet it is a short, easy walk to the Bagua fields and Zhong Nahui, where you can find idyllic cafes, little shops, and children playing in the fields. ✅#Breakfast: Delicious local-flavoured noodles!They also offer more conservative standards like toasts, eggs, and coffee. Oh, the hotel has an ice machine! Ooooohh so sexy in the hot weather (apparently ice cubes are rare in Wanfenglin). ✅#The Resident Pets: As a pet lover who willingly pays to visit cat cafes, having resident dog and cats sealed the deal for me. ✅#BONUS TIP: The Rooftop Night Sky. Unassuming and rugged at first glance, I was initially unimpressed. But I heard good reviews from others, so I gave it another go, and am thankful I did! Stay awhile, allow your eyes some time to adjust in the darkness, and you would see the sky completely transforms. On my last night, I saw a shooting star! I kid you not. It was an absolutely unbelievable, unforgettable moment. Incredibly awesome! ⚠️ Considerations Before You Book (Who should avoid): - If you love standard chain hotels. Fanzhu is intimate enough to offer personalized service. But I can imagine some of my more pampered friends who prefer international breakfast buffet spread would struggle to settle for this simplicity. Some things are just not realistic expectations off a boutique. - Mobility needs: There is no elevator. They would graciously carry your suitcases. However, elderly may want to enquire about ground-floor room. - In the midst of nature: If you have zero tolerance for insects, you may want to skip staying in Wanfenglin. It is a humid, lush environment surrounded by fields and trees. Personally, with a body spray of insect repellent, I wasn't bothered at all. - Pet allergies: If you hate pets (but why would you? :( w

民宿設計很美，不出門就在這裏可以拍一整天。房間的配置很不錯，温馨體貼，吹風是戴森的，還有電熱毛巾架和洗衣液，洗手間備了酒精濕巾和一次性馬桶墊。洗澡水很大很舒服。冰箱裏的零食和飲料不用額外付費。我們住的房間有個小陽台，正好挨着小樹林，能看到游泳池，環境清幽。客棧的早餐很豐富，餐廳的飯菜也很可口，天氣好的時候就在院子裏用餐，氛圍感拉滿，特別適合衹想安靜的坐着或者躺平不出門的客人。幾個年輕女孩子整天忙進忙出，為客人服務，熱情周到。萬峯林值得一去再去，再去還是會選峯兮。

A lovely host who could give helpful tips on the area and who made me feel at home. Great location - good view from the terrace; easy walk to park entrance and bus station. Bike rental just behind the hotel. Thank you for such a good (although short ) stay! Very lovely space in the dining area too.

Great Location, awesome service crews. Went I booked this hotel, I didn't know it was inside the attraction area (Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area) and the package include the attraction fees. ( 200 meters south of Tourist Service Center of Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area, Jiangping Avenue, Xingyi, Guizhou, China) Actually, the entrance fees need to pay but most hotel will include the fees as package plus hop on and off the mini buses is free as long as we show our hotel pass. The room was neat, clean and cosy . Outer look ancient but the deco inside was modern. Especially, I like the door, using a lock. The hotel location was at the right starting point to the attraction, really convenient. The breakfast location was behind the reception but couldn't walk through. Therefore, they will send us via the mini bus to the breakfast location. The cafe have amazing view, only sad for me was coffee not avail. But the reception said they can make coffee for us at the reception area. (In this case, a bit inconvenience. Prefer coffee with breakfast and in one location) BTW, I did have a little fun with their free costume. They are new and clean with different sizes. They allow us to bring to the room to try and leave it till our check out day. Overall : We enjoy our stay, highly recommend.
