« La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, pas loin de la rivière Majiang et de la rivière Wanfeng, le transport est confortable, il y a un parking, beaucoup de places à manger autour, pas loin du marché de la nuit dans la lumière des étoiles, bon délicieux et bon goût. Les installations de l'hôtel sont complètes, la chambre est très grande et propre, l'attitude de la réception est très bonne et la nettoyage de la chambre est très opportune chaque jour. La météo est insuffisante pour laver les toilettes sur la terrasse, les jours de pluie ont été inconvenants. L'hôtel devrait informer les invités à l'avance, au moins pas pour causer les invités à porter leurs pantalons. Mais en général, c'est bien, il est recommandé d'entrer. »

The staff at the hotel quickly saw that at 73 with arthritic knees I was struggling with the many steps and provided concernful support led by Wang Cheng

IInvitéAvec la famille, dans le quartier de la scène, vous pouvez louer des élévateurs en bas, vous pouvez aller à la résine pour manger, c'est très pratique.
Le personnel de service du peuple est très enthousiaste, a joué avec le petit garçon pendant un demi-jour, et il aime bien son frère et sa sœur.
Cinq étoiles, très recommandé.

IInvitéC'est un peuple de qualité dans la province de Guizhou.
Les matériels, logiciels, services sont très précieux.
Le plus grand avantage de l'hébergement est la grande et calme plateforme d'activité publique.
L'ensemble du champ d'observation est ouvert, le plus visible est l'hygiène environnementale, très propre et sans goût. Les lits, les têtes de bébé sont plus éclairées. Félicitez particulièrement les têtes de bébé, le patron de la tête de bébé vivra.
Services de service, quelques soeurs et sœurs parlent de manière souple et de façon soigneuse. Le service est prioritaire avant que nous ne le demandent, ils devraient aimer ce travail. La santé dans les zones publiques est aussi bien goûtée chaque jour, et il est rare qu'ils n'aient pas trop de goûts.
Les animaux de compagnie sont amis, il faut accueillir 👍.
La prochaine fois, vous aurez l'occasion de rester plus longtemps.

IInvitéGreat view, excellent service, big draw backs were no hot water for the bath tub. And very slow hot water coming into the showers which is unacceptable in winter for the price we're paying. There's also no hangers for towels in the bathroom, a huge inconvenience and wets the bathroom which doesn't dry easily. There's also no dryer although there's a laundry, another down in the humid cold weather. Not value for money.

IInvitéDifficult for taxi to find location but luckily a phone call to the hotel solved the issue. Hotel reception staff was very helpful to guide me on Wechat functions and provide directions. Upon check out, she brought down our luggage and accompanied us to wait for taxi pick up. Overall a wonderful stay even for just one night.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel est magnifique, avec beaucoup de verdure et de fleurs épanouies. Le personnel est très chaleureux et nous a même aidé à porter nos bagages jusqu'à la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est varié et délicieux. Lors de l'enregistrement, j'ai réalisé que la chambre que j'avais réservée n'offrait pas de vue, mais la réceptionniste m'a gentiment offert un surclassement gratuit vers une chambre avec vue. Le service était non seulement attentionné mais aussi très complet ! L'hôtel propose également une plateforme d'observation gratuite, parfaite pour admirer le coucher de soleil. C'est un endroit idéal pour un séjour prolongé en ville, un véritable havre de paix naturel. Il se trouve à seulement 3 km de la zone panoramique de Wanfenglin, et il est possible de louer des vélos électriques. Je le recommande vivement !

GGift D.I chose this Hotel because they have Mountain bike for free rent; I cycling around Wanfenglin. The Air Conditioner broken, but the hotel changed the room for us. The mattress was hard.The day returned; the hotel arranged a shuttle for us to Xingyi Station, which is not far from the hotel. But when we arrived, we have to call a taxi which feels much farther than the way back.

存在不足：
1. 價格偏高：住宿價格是本次貴州之旅價格最高的 ，比肩省會貴陽五星級酒店的套房。考慮到整體的設施和服務水平，性價比方面有提升空間。
2. 早餐過於簡單： 提供的早餐種類相對單一，選擇有限，主要以基礎的主食（如粥、麪條/粉、包子）和少量配菜（榨菜、雞蛋）為主，缺乏多樣性（如蔬菜沙拉、麪包點心、飲品選擇少等），與民宿的定位和價格不太匹配。
3. 餐食品控問題： 在民宿餐廳用餐時，不幸遇到餐食中出現小蟲子的情況。對此民宿反饋態度良好並做出賠償，雖然可能是個別事件，但這直接反映了後廚在環境衞生環節存在疏漏，影響了用餐體驗和信任感。
4. 房間氣味明顯：入住房間內能聞到較為明顯的裝修材料氣味（奇怪的味道，聞久了頭暈）。建議在庭園處做一個紗網推拉門，通風且防蚊蟲。

IInvitéLe peuple est dans la zone de vue. Il est tard pour arriver. La route est très noire. Je me demandais comment il y ait un peuple dans un endroit aussi éloigné. Je ne pensais pas que je pouvais voir un peuple si grand pour voir un beau peuple. Lorsque je réservais, j'avais réservé le type de chambre le plus bon marché. Le patron était particulièrement bon à l'élévation! La chambre est confortable et propre, un peu froide, mais la climatisation peut résister à hahaha. Il y a un grand gazon à la porte du peuple qui peut prendre des chiens (les animaux sont vraiment superbes).
Je dois surtout faire la pause au chef, vraiment trop amical, trop gentil, très bien! À l'arrivée, vous nous aiderez à faire la valise et nous dire ce qui est délicieux. Où pourrions-nous jouer. La journée suivante, ma tante n'est pas venue, elle nous a donné son propre petit plat blanc hahaha!
