Nous avons également aidé à mettre à jour le type de chambre pour éviter les problèmes de changement de chambre. La réponse du logement est aussi rapide. Je ne peux pas contacter le maître pour nous aider à la réception. J'ai vraiment aidé beaucoup à la période de jeu. Le champagne de l'hôtel est vraiment délicieux! La position géographique est très bonne, à Nazha, où qu'il soit, il est très pratique de aller où il y a un point de station de visite à la porte, et il est très pratique de retourner à l'hôtel Wanfeng Lin. Dans la chambre, il n'y a pas de quoi dire, le paysage propre de l'environnement est délicieux, il est recommandé à ses amis.

Un séjour très agréable. Le souci du détail et la prévenance étaient manifestes dans chaque aspect : lingettes nettoyantes, bonnets de séchage, élastiques à cheveux et même lessive étaient fournis – tout y était, témoignant de la grande qualité de l’hébergement. Au réveil, ouvrir les rideaux offrait une vue pittoresque, une expérience véritablement ressourçante. La baignoire thermale privée de la chambre était spacieuse ; la nuit, dans le calme, le clair de lune baignait la baignoire d’une lumière féérique. La chambre proposait un choix de boissons et d’en-cas, ainsi qu’une bouteille de vin. Mon mari a trouvé le vin excellent, et le propriétaire nous en a même offert une deuxième.

This hotel has one of the best levels of service we have ever experienced. We travel frequently and have visited many countries, but we have never encountered such genuine kindness, care, and hospitality anywhere else. Our room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downside was the sound insulation, which could have been better. However, this was completely overshadowed by the outstanding service, so it hardly mattered. We would especially like to thank the reception staff. They are the reason we will always have such warm memories of China. They helped us choose an excursion, took care of all the arrangements, and even thoughtfully prepared a container of freshly cut watermelon for us to take on our trip. They also helped us rent a scooter, making sure we got the best and most affordable option. They were always willing to help, answer our questions, and do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On the day we checked out, they surprised us with two giraffe toys and another container of freshly cut watermelon. On top of that, they offered to drive us to the railway station free of charge. We never even asked—they simply wanted to help. Their kindness, attention to detail, generosity, and genuine care for their guests are truly exceptional. They are wonderful people and true professionals. We sincerely hope their hard work is recognized and rewarded because they absolutely deserve it. The service at this hotel deserves not 5 out of 5, but 10 out of 5. It exceeded every expectation we had. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so warm, comfortable, and unforgettable!

Avec la famille, dans le quartier de la scène, vous pouvez louer des élévateurs en bas, vous pouvez aller à la résine pour manger, c'est très pratique. La chambre que j'ai réservée était au point culminant de l'hôtel, calme et privée. Le petit déjeuner est exquis, la literie est confortable et le service est bon. Au pied de la montagne de l'hôtel se trouve le lac Wanfeng et non loin de là se trouve la forêt de Wanfeng, où vous pourrez avoir une vue imprenable sur les reliefs karstiques. recommander!

The owner of the hotel speaks English, very well. recommends places to visit, restaurants, coffee shops, and arranges a car from Wanfenglin to Guiyang for only 170 yuan per person. The entire place smelled fresh and clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Amenities ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The views from this hotel are absolutely breathtaking! We could enjoy stunning scenery from the bedroom, bathroom, and swimming pool area. The pool itself is large, clean, and beautifully designed. The outdoor areas are truly amazing — surrounded by nature, it feels like you’re staying in the middle of a peaceful forest. Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and even helped us carry our bags, which was greatly appreciated. Food ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) The food was okay, but the flavours were a little bland for our taste. The breakfast selection is also quite limited, but there was still enough to start the day. There aren’t many takeaway options nearby, so it’s worth keeping that in mind if you’re planning your meals. Pet Friendly 🐾 A huge bonus is that the hotel is pet friendly! This made our stay even better, as it’s not always easy to find beautiful places that welcome pets. Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We would 100% recommend this hotel for your next getaway. We did go out at night to visit the nearby ancient town, but honestly, next time we would rather spend more time enjoying the hotel itself. The peaceful atmosphere, incredible views, and relaxing environment make it a place worth staying and truly unwinding.

La location de ce séjour est très proche de l'attraction Wanfenglin Scenic à pied seulement 5-min. Lorsque j'ai atterri à la gare Xingyi South Railway, j'ai embarqué un bus direct (RMB5) No. 1 en dehors de la gare Xingyi jusqu'à ce terminal. L'hôtel est juste 5-min à pied du terminal. Il y a aussi un bus no. La location de l'hôtel est unique, en termes de confort pour les attractions et le transport de bus. Il y a aussi beaucoup de bons restaurants et d'autres restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel et nous n'avons pas été inquiets de nourriture. La patronne nous a informés de la météo et nous a informés qu'il pleutrait pendant notre séjour de deux jours et nous a conseillé de visiter la zone de scène ce soir tard, le lendemain, comme il peut pleuvoir. Nous avons suivi son conseil et réussi à entrer dans la zone de scène et à faire notre tour de la zone de scène de Wanfenglin dans 3 heures par le transport de bus de la navette. Nous voulions changer à une chambre au niveau supérieur pour nous permettre de mieux voir la fenêtre de Wanfenglin mais on a dit que le toilette est le type de squatting et que notre chambre a seulement le type de siège. Notre chambre est très propre, mais les équipements sont anciens, y compris l'environnement.. Si il y a un hôtel de chaîne comme Home Inn ou 7Day ou Hanting dans cette zone, j'aurais choisi cette dernière.

Great Location, awesome service crews. Went I booked this hotel, I didn't know it was inside the attraction area (Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area) and the package include the attraction fees. ( 200 meters south of Tourist Service Center of Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area, Jiangping Avenue, Xingyi, Guizhou, China) Actually, the entrance fees need to pay but most hotel will include the fees as package plus hop on and off the mini buses is free as long as we show our hotel pass. The room was neat, clean and cosy . Outer look ancient but the deco inside was modern. Especially, I like the door, using a lock. The hotel location was at the right starting point to the attraction, really convenient. The breakfast location was behind the reception but couldn't walk through. Therefore, they will send us via the mini bus to the breakfast location. The cafe have amazing view, only sad for me was coffee not avail. But the reception said they can make coffee for us at the reception area. (In this case, a bit inconvenience. Prefer coffee with breakfast and in one location) BTW, I did have a little fun with their free costume. They are new and clean with different sizes. They allow us to bring to the room to try and leave it till our check out day. Overall : We enjoy our stay, highly recommend.
