內部環境標準，整體設施感覺比較新，布草也比較柔軟，雖然沒有全屋智能系統，但是也還不錯。43樓有多個洗衣烘乾設備。一點建議，我在洗衣房門口差點摔了，這個台階需要貼警示標誌，否則很危險。 缺點：很久沒有住過這種需要付按金的酒店了，然後一進房間桌上放着一張紙，我以為是菜單或者什麼旅遊攻略，一看居然是賠付價格。不得不感歎管理方面的小家子氣，是要靠提燈定損掙錢嗎？雖然我自己順利收到了按金，但是給人感覺很差。 另外，城北這個地理位置的確不好，附近看似有萬達，但是萬達都是以火鍋串串為主，好吃的不多，附近吾悦的外賣更多，有特色的基本叫不到。酒店是在商務樓中的幾層，這棟樓有好幾個酒店，沒有單獨直達電梯，等電梯比較慢。
