Assurez-vous d'acheter absolument tout compris. Chambre : Notre chambre est le meilleur hôtel, les deux fenêtres ont vue sur la mer et la piscine ; la zone est OK; réfrigérateur climatiseur a Personnel: Le service est très bon, très sympathique Environnement: plage privée, trois piscines, spectacles en soirée, superbes vues La prochaine fois, si vous y allez, vous devez rester quelques jours de plus.

I loved my stay at the hotel, from its location, to the food and the excellent staff. I loved the renovated rooms and personalized service I got while I was there. I would definitely recommend the place anytime and I look forward to going back again.

En effet, ce fût l'un de nos plus beau séjour en all inclusive en famille. Nous y étions du 13 au 26 aout 2023. Cet hôtel est tourné vers les familles évidemment. Notre garçon de 2 ans et notre fille de 5 ans ont vraiment apprécié. Les animateurs sont excellents et souriants. Le site est très bien et très propre. Contrairement à certaines critiques que j'ai lu, je n'ai pas vu de taches de rouille sur les équipements et il n'y avait rien de brisé. L'hôtel est bien entretenu. Les rares moments ou nous avons constaté des bris, aussitôt que l'on en faisait par au service à la clientèle, le problème était réglé rapidement. Le personnel est super gentil, serviable et compétant. Le service est rapide, Je n'ai jamais senti que l'on me poussait à donner du pourboire. Soyez généreux avec eux, Parlez-leurs un peu, appelez-les par leur prénom et montrez-leur un peu de gratitude, ils le méritent tellement. La nourriture était très bonne. Belle chambre et très propre. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Les hommes de ménage ont fait un bon travail. Le seul bémol est l'absence d'un ATM dans le resort pour retirer de l'argent. Merci encore à toute l'équipe du prideinn flamingo pour ces superbes vacances. Nous en garderons d'excellents souvenirs et il y a de fortes chances que nous retournions dans le futur pour notre prochain voyage, Réception Personnel courtois, Sécurité bienveillante. Chambre Belle chambre très spacieuse avec SdB complète? ménage fait tous les jours. Piscines Grande piscine pour toute la famille et piscine pour enfant sécurisé en permanence que nos enfants ont adoré Plage Belle plage qui n'est en revanche pas totalement privé, et donc il faut s'accommoder des beachs boys commerçants souvent présents. A noter qu'ils n'insistent pas quand on est pas intéressé. Animation Animation pour petits et grands durant la journée et le soir. Repas Buffet très diversifié et avec des changements tous les jours. En conclusion Bel hôtel familial, Le personnel le plus gentil du monde. Nous y retournerons sans problème.

Ma commande comprend le dîner le jour de l'enregistrement et le brunch du lendemain. Le dîner est bon. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été pris. Parlons déjeuner. L'heure d'arrivée à l'hôtel commence à 13h00 et l'heure de départ est à 10h00 le lendemain. Mon déjeuner. Juste être ”corrompu”, y a-t-il un remboursement? L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, baignade dans la cour, singes, lézards, toutes sortes d'oiseaux... très proche de la plage, très agréable la nuit. Le service n'est pas mauvais. Il est interdit de porter des shorts pour manger et de changer de pantalon pour la chambre. Il est compréhensible d'être gentleman. Le matin, vous pouvez voir le lever du soleil sur l'océan Indien, bravo ! La pièce est pleine de prises britanniques, seule la salle de bain a une prise chinoise à deux trous, il est recommandé d'apporter votre propre prise de conversion.

J'ai visité le lieu en décembre et j'ai profité de moi-même. Leur repas est magnifique et délicieux, leur personnel est très professionnel, ami et aussi amusant, surtout l'équipe d'animation M. The price is NOT worth what they provide. The 'VIP' room on 6th floor had a microwave that was nasty and smelly, they said they have no access to kitchen to get hot water for my elderly parents who don't like using a microwave. The seats in the living area have stains, and they said that there is no gas for the table top gas cooker. All requests were unfulfilled! NO should never be an option as a hotel. In our room on third floor, there was no hot water. Upon asking the F/D she said she will call maintenance. An hour later I called and she said that he had sorted the issue, but did not call to tell me. While I understand the skeleton crew, the basic amenities should be provided, like 2 towels for a double occupancy, and follow through. Also charging more for 2 beds ( double occupancy) is superfluous and not an industry standard. The front desk should stop talking about increased fees, while not providing basic amenities, nor following up on request. A hotel operates 24 hours, and thus needs access to kitchen as there are guests who need food or beverages at night. There was also loud music from next door that caused us not to sleep well, as it was loud even past midnight. Basic maintenance should be done, just as they are increasing their price. Very disappointed with my trip this time.

IInvitéIve stayed for 7nights at Sai rock and tonsay the most, it was not what i expected. I come to msa every 6 weeks for work and stay in average hotels on B/B and enjoy the service. What i chooose to give feedback on; Not worth the money we paid for Wifi that doea not work. Like seriously, isnt that the bare minimum a hotel can offer WIFI? couldnt use my laptop for a whole week cz wifi couldnt work in the room. So i came back with soo much workload that i could have done then. So INCONVINIENCE!! Breakfast was always cold. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel so i was taking breakfast daily at round 7-7:30 latest except my last Day. And it was always cold. i mean how bad can it get surely. Some day even the tea was cold i never complained cz i was too tired already so i went served tamarind juice which i dont. Im a chai person but aarrgghh House keeping- water at the hotel is too salty i mean its just extra salty IDK why. So 2 consecutive days they dont replace the shower gel cz i prefer it to the soap since il lathers easily so 3rd day i write a note saying “please replace shower gel today you havent done so past 2 days” guess what -whoever he/she is comes cleans, picks the note and adds the soaps. No shower gel day 3. On 4th day is when i found 2 again. But again, i was too tired to complain cz thats just nonsense! Ironbox - Its good for a hotel to know that its the little things. I borrow an ironbox by calling the reception at around 7 the lady said it will be brought to the room. I wait and since i was getting late for work i decide to go get it. At the reception ahw says housekeeping hajafika wakifika wataleta. I mean im getting late my friend so i waitnfor housekeeping? I had a white shirt to iron so i waited. Few min its brought to the room and i take out like 5garments that needed ironing and ironed. Here is where its at. 25min ironing someone knocks my door a gentleman “dada waweza kuwa umemalozia pasi”.OMG!!! I honestly asked him does this hotel have one ironbox really? The worst that could haopen is i leave it in the room instead of handling Over at the reception but housekeeping would have come and found it jameni🤦♀️ The guy had to stand and wait till i finiah ironing and take the ironbox with him. But that was pathetic really inconvinience. First i wait to get it then someone stands out to waitnfor me to finish? HYGiene- bathroom walls were dirty not scrubbed at all. Also im back with a loss since housekeeping decided to throw away all my ETR receipts of my expenditure that i had well placed in a drawer. That drawer had a paper written the wifi password and also a box for my face soap and that was left untouched. I had these stack of receipts i folded and kept there to be re imbursed by accounts later. Around 6k worth of receips ive lost the money cz someone thought i missed the bin below the table and my shallow brain did not know what it was 🤦♀️doing placing them nicely folded im a drawer.
