Hôtels avec balcon à Melaka

From the night before check-in, the hotel already impressed us with its thoughtful service. We received detailed arrival instructions, including directions via Waze to the car park located behind the hotel. Upon arrival, staff were waiting for us at the back entrance and kindly escorted us to the front desk for check-in, which made the whole process smooth and welcoming. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea around noon, which was a lovely gesture after our journey. The property features a unique and elegant Nanyang-inspired design, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and we appreciated the choice of three different types of pillows. A wide variety of complimentary snacks and beverages was also provided. To make the stay even more special, the hotel manager personally wrote a welcome card for us. The bathroom was well appointed with a full range of toiletries, and the bathtub was wonderfully large. The only minor drawback was that the hot water became cool halfway through filling the tub. Breakfast the next morning was served from a menu with both Western and Chinese options, offering a good variety of choices. Overall, this was a truly impeccable experience. It was clear that the hotel genuinely cares about every detail of its guests’ stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit, and we would not hesitate to return.

The location is great, just a few doors away from the BaBa House which just happen to be a lot more renovated and furnished and they charged $250 for the same period i stayed in at Hereen Palm Suites which cost me $105 via Trip.com. It is just 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and is on the quieter side so you dont get bothered by car traffic and human yet is convenient enough to all the shops and eateries. The whole place has only 10 suites and the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is great and heater works very well, if i am to be picky, it will be complete if they have a bathtub and they should install some toilet hangers for the clothes when you shower. The room aircon is via concealed vents , so its well distributed compared to a standalone FCU unit. Aside from teh bed there is also a daybed in the room, which is comfy and great for lazing and watching the TV. The only flaw i can pick is the mini fridge was not working in my room. Outside of the room, i wish they can open the window in the common area/ corridor, as all the internal space are really not ventiated and they dont turn on the A/C, so you cannot really enjoy the common spaces. Overall, its super value for money and breakfast provided was quite good spread and tasty enough, no complains given that its complimentary. I would give it 8/10 rating.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Lisbon, situé à Kampung Portugis, à Malacca. Ce séjour a dépassé toutes nos attentes : un séjour relaxant avec une piscine pour les enfants. Au départ, nous pensions que l'hôtel était abandonné et qu'aucune réservation n'avait encore été effectuée sur Trip.com. Mais grâce à Mimie, une réceptionniste, qui nous a assuré que c'était un endroit formidable, nous avons croisé les doigts et réservé immédiatement. Nous avons adoré l'intérieur des bâtiments, tout blanc avec des ornements bleus à motifs floraux. Le paysage est absolument magnifique. Notre chambre offrait une vue imprenable sur le sud de Malacca. Il y a une piscine pour le plaisir des petits et des grands. Pour les amateurs de cuisine halal, un restaurant se trouve à proximité de l'hôtel et vous permettra de savourer les spécialités de Malacca. Cet hôtel a un fort potentiel. Vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour, car nous l'avons pleinement apprécié. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Lisbon qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable ! Le directeur général, le responsable de la restauration et son assistant, ainsi que Mimie, Fifi et Amir, nous ont fait vivre ces expériences formidables.

Il est préférable de rester ici, de se réveiller et de voir la vue très paisible sur la mer. En raison du bon service, j'ai ajouté LG pour 1 nuit... satisfait que les enfants aient joué et se soient baignés dans la piscine. A 10 minutes de la ville basse, à 12 minutes de Klebang...très satisfait de séjourner dans le centre.

L'hôtel est situé au bord du fleuve Malacca et offre une belle vue sur le fleuve et la ville. J'ai séjourné dans une suite avec balcon donnant sur le fleuve : très agréable. Chambre calme et lit confortable. Étrange qu'il n'y ait pas de cuillère à café fournie. De nombreux restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Le Wild Coriander est à deux pas de l'hôtel, sur sa droite. L'hôtel propose un service de déjeuner pour les groupes de touristes, et le hall est alors souvent bondé. Un bar est ouvert le soir, à côté du hall de l'hôtel et face au fleuve ; on peut y boire une bière et se restaurer. La rue Jonker est accessible à pied.

La serrure de la porte-fenêtre de ma chambre était cassée. L'hôtel a accepté que je change de chambre. Le fusible du sèche-cheveux de ma nouvelle chambre avait fondu. L'hôtel m'en a fourni un nouveau. Aucune serviette pour les mains ni le visage n'était fournie dans ma nouvelle chambre ; j'étais trop fatiguée pour en réclamer. Le sol des deux chambres était collant et poussiéreux, et mes pieds noircissaient si je marchais pieds nus. Il était obligatoire de porter les chaussons fournis. Le rideau de douche était mal placé, trop à l'extérieur de la douche, ce qui provoquait des éclaboussures d'eau et mouillait le reste de la salle de bain. En résumé, un hôtel très mal entretenu, bondé et fréquenté par des cars de touristes.

One of the first things we appreciated was the spacious and ample parking area—a big plus, especially when traveling with family by car. We never had to worry about finding a spot. The location is also a major highlight. It's close to the city center, popular attractions, and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore Melaka without spending too much time on the road. Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away. The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip. The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents. Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!

La spacieuse chambre familiale offrait une vue imprenable sur l'océan, et les installations de l'hôtel, notamment la grande piscine avec vue sur la mer et la baignoire, ont dépassé toutes nos attentes ! En revanche, l'attente pour l'ascenseur jusqu'à la chambre de départ a été longue en raison du délai entre les départs habituels de l'hôtel. Je comprends que le service de ménage dispose de très peu de temps pour préparer les chambres, et que tout départ tardif est donc particulièrement perturbant.
