Hôtels avec balcon à Melaka

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Asiatic Melaka et j'avais réservé la suite familiale avec jacuzzi. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée avec un coin salon, un balcon et une baignoire balnéo privative. Bien qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'un véritable duplex, la suite restait spacieuse et confortable pour les familles ou les groupes. Le jacuzzi était sans conteste le point fort du séjour : idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte de la ville. Le Wi-Fi, la télévision connectée, le minibar et les articles de toilette étaient tous fournis, rendant le séjour très agréable. Le parking, gratuit mais limité (premier arrivé, premier servi), est situé devant l'hôtel. Si vous arrivez aux heures de pointe, il vous faudra peut-être tourner un peu pour trouver une place. L'emplacement est excellent : à proximité des principales attractions comme Jonker Street, A Famosa et des centres commerciaux (Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade). On trouve de nombreux restaurants et supérettes à proximité, ce qui facilite les repas, même si l'hôtel ne possède pas de restaurant. Le seul petit bémol concerne l'insonorisation : on entend parfois le bruit du couloir. L'ascenseur est assez petit et peut donc être très fréquenté aux heures de pointe. Dans l'ensemble, l'Asiatic Hotel Melaka est un excellent choix si vous recherchez une suite spacieuse avec jacuzzi, parking gratuit et un emplacement central. Confortable et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix, il est particulièrement adapté aux familles ou aux groupes d'amis.

The location is great, just a few doors away from the BaBa House which just happen to be a lot more renovated and furnished and they charged $250 for the same period i stayed in at Hereen Palm Suites which cost me $105 via Trip.com. It is just 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and is on the quieter side so you dont get bothered by car traffic and human yet is convenient enough to all the shops and eateries. The whole place has only 10 suites and the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is great and heater works very well, if i am to be picky, it will be complete if they have a bathtub and they should install some toilet hangers for the clothes when you shower. The room aircon is via concealed vents , so its well distributed compared to a standalone FCU unit. Aside from teh bed there is also a daybed in the room, which is comfy and great for lazing and watching the TV. The only flaw i can pick is the mini fridge was not working in my room. Outside of the room, i wish they can open the window in the common area/ corridor, as all the internal space are really not ventiated and they dont turn on the A/C, so you cannot really enjoy the common spaces. Overall, its super value for money and breakfast provided was quite good spread and tasty enough, no complains given that its complimentary. I would give it 8/10 rating.

HARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². Repeat? definitely yes. Moga maju jaya buat The Lisbon Melaka

L'hôtel est situé au bord du fleuve Malacca et offre une belle vue sur le fleuve et la ville. J'ai séjourné dans une suite avec balcon donnant sur le fleuve : très agréable. Chambre calme et lit confortable. Étrange qu'il n'y ait pas de cuillère à café fournie. De nombreux restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Le Wild Coriander est à deux pas de l'hôtel, sur sa droite. L'hôtel propose un service de déjeuner pour les groupes de touristes, et le hall est alors souvent bondé. Un bar est ouvert le soir, à côté du hall de l'hôtel et face au fleuve ; on peut y boire une bière et se restaurer. La rue Jonker est accessible à pied.

I think I need to inform the amenities here which will be useful for others. Amenities like toilet roll, plates, bowls, cups, hair dryer, soap, towel, ironing set, shampoo, laundry soap are all available. Excellent wifi. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not available. Everything is good, just that the sofa and 1 of the bed sank down at one side due to long term used by many tenants. (Maybe landlord can consider changing it) Each room comes with 2 queen size bed. One of the room has 2 extra mattresses. So it is able to accommodate around 10 pax. Location wise, it is good if you have a car. A 5 mins walk to a few restaurants. The more popular one requires to walk more but I have a baby that requires to push stroller. I didn’t try to go there as it seem difficult to cross the road. It is near to Melaka mall, Jonker street, aeon, Mahkota mall, Pantai Klebang. Taking grab cost between 10-25rm which is quite convenient during non peak hours. One thing inconvenient, grab car is unable to go in. So I have to walk out but understand it is for safety purpose. I thought my fan controller is spoil and they arranged a handy man up within 30 mins. Host is very quick in action. There were some rubbish left by previous owner which may be overlooked. Overall, for the price paid, it is still worth it. It is very spacious.

La serrure de la porte-fenêtre de ma chambre était cassée. L'hôtel a accepté que je change de chambre. Le fusible du sèche-cheveux de ma nouvelle chambre avait fondu. L'hôtel m'en a fourni un nouveau. Aucune serviette pour les mains ni le visage n'était fournie dans ma nouvelle chambre ; j'étais trop fatiguée pour en réclamer. Le sol des deux chambres était collant et poussiéreux, et mes pieds noircissaient si je marchais pieds nus. Il était obligatoire de porter les chaussons fournis. Le rideau de douche était mal placé, trop à l'extérieur de la douche, ce qui provoquait des éclaboussures d'eau et mouillait le reste de la salle de bain. En résumé, un hôtel très mal entretenu, bondé et fréquenté par des cars de touristes.

Overall is ok and the location is strategy closed to the town. And swimming pool can used. All aircond in good condition. Just 1 thing to improve is if possible please change the pillow to a new one because the old one looks worn out and thin.

Good location good hotel, nice place. Mall below is rather pathetic with nothing much. However do note that address on trip.com is wrong. Please get correct address from host. We went to the wrong address and was totally avoidable if info is accurate.

La spacieuse chambre familiale offrait une vue imprenable sur l'océan, et les installations de l'hôtel, notamment la grande piscine avec vue sur la mer et la baignoire, ont dépassé toutes nos attentes ! En revanche, l'attente pour l'ascenseur jusqu'à la chambre de départ a été longue en raison du délai entre les départs habituels de l'hôtel. Je comprends que le service de ménage dispose de très peu de temps pour préparer les chambres, et que tout départ tardif est donc particulièrement perturbant.
