Hôtels à Melaka avec parking

Cet hôtel a vraiment dépassé mes attentes ! La chambre était immense, au moins trois fois plus spacieuse que celles que j'ai eues à Singapour, pour moins d'un quart du prix. C'est un rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! De plus, la chambre était très propre. Il est proche de ”Encore Melaka” et le trajet en taxi jusqu'à la Place Rouge (Dutch Square) n'est pas loin. Le restaurant « Shang Tang Jie » en bas est absolument délicieux. En bref, je suis très satisfait et je le recommande vivement !

Je recommande vivement à tous de réserver une chambre au Bali Residence (géré par Jeffery Management), car le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Mon épouse, mon fils et moi avons passé des vacances inoubliables grâce à l'appartement que nous avons loué. Si je retourne à Melaka, je choisirai sans hésiter le Bali Residence (géré par Jeffery Management). Tout y est parfait. Un appartement exceptionnel avec d'excellentes prestations et une magnifique vue sur la mer.

Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant, et surtout, plutôt beau garçon ! Il parle chinois, donc la communication n'a posé aucun problème. Vous pouvez lui poser toutes vos questions. La chambre était très confortable, propre et hygiénique. L'établissement est situé tout près de la Maison Rouge hollandaise (à cinq minutes à pied) et à proximité en taxi du salon de thé Xiangjiang. Le quartier est très pratique pour se restaurer, se loger et se déplacer. Nous avons même eu la surprise de recevoir un cadeau du propriétaire à notre départ – un grand merci !

I stayed at this unit on 1st August 2026 (Sat - Sun). While I checked in around 10:00 PM and understood that immediate late-night fixes might be difficult, the condition of the unit and the host’s clueless, irresponsible handling made this stay unacceptable for the price paid. The host hides behind an automated AI system that spits out completely inaccurate, unhelpful, and generic replies. After wasting precious time forcing my way through to a human, the support was even worse. When I brought up all the missing facilities I had paid for, they turned around and asked me ”what they could do for me” instead of taking charge responsibility. I shouldn't have to tell a host how to run a proper accommodation when I paid full price for the listed amenities. - The floors were sticky and stained. Cleaners were sent immediate in 10 mins, change the floor bucket by using the kitchen sink. - The bedsheets that weren't even the proper fitted size for the bed. - The washing machine failed to function (told me that its broken), and the Wi-Fi/TV setup didn't work (we were absurdly told the Wi-Fi modem was located in a completely different unit's ceiling!, the cleaner told this is New Unit, Wifi Havent install !) - The master bedroom water heater was broken, they went and check, then left the floor with dirty foodprints. Since the water heater couldn't be fixed at night, their ”solution” was to send a technician at 10:30 AM the next morning, offering a late check-out until 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM as ”compensation.” Offering extra hours in a broken, dirty unit while forcing guests to sacrifice their privacy and endure technician repairs on their final morning is not compensation... Instead of offering a proper refund or a fair remedy, the host simply offered copy & pasted apologies (”sorry for the inconvenience caused”), took our money, and left us to tolerate their mess. This host fails to take responsibility even for basic, functional essentials. I’d be better off staying in a homestay or a simple hostel bunk bed. Save your money and avoid Alviv Homestay entirely. Preferring another host for this property as a returning guest. Love the property itself, great location, easy parking, smooth check-in, and low lift wait times.

L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre de Malacca. Le personnel est généralement très aimable et serviable. La chambre est très spacieuse, mais le mobilier est un peu vieillot et les équipements sont corrects, sans plus. Espérons que la direction modernisera bientôt la décoration. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous adorons séjourner ici.

The rooms are standard, with nothing much to complain about. The beds are comfortable, and the location is strategic, with a few convenience shop and kopitiam just around the corner within walking distance. The room amenities are also standard, although the stains on the bath towel were quite obvious. I was also surprised to wake up and find the toilet ceiling leaking. Overall, for a one-night stay, it was fine.

L'emplacement est pratique, les équipements sont de bonne qualité et le service était globalement agréable. Cependant, certains problèmes de propreté et d'entretien méritent d'être soulignés. Après notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le logement ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé en profondeur. Il y avait de la poussière et des cheveux au sol, les deux rouleaux de papier toilette étaient partiellement utilisés et une serviette de toilette usagée semblait avoir été oubliée dans la salle de bain. La salle de bain dégageait une légère odeur, l'un des lavabos était bouché et débordait facilement au robinet, et il y avait quelques cheveux dans la baignoire. Nous avons également remarqué des taches de café sur le sol de la chambre. Malgré tout, le séjour est resté acceptable et le logement a un bon potentiel grâce à son emplacement et ses équipements. Un meilleur entretien ménager permettrait d'offrir une expérience bien plus agréable aux futurs clients.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Malgré des chambres spacieuses et propres et un parking gratuit, l'enregistrement a été un peu lent en raison du grand nombre de clients arrivant en même temps, à 15 h. Néanmoins, l'hôtel est proche des centres commerciaux et des restaurants. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Je ne recommanderais pas la chambre sans climatisation, il y faisait une chaleur étouffante ! La réception étant fermée, il faut contacter quelqu'un par WhatsApp pour donner ses informations (taxes, etc.). Du coup, nous n'avions aucun endroit sûr pour laisser nos bagages, alors tenez-en compte. L'hôtel est assez éloigné du centre, on ne peut pas y aller à pied. Cependant, un Grab est très abordable (1 ou 2 £) pour s'y rendre. L'endroit était propre.
