Hôtels 3 étoiles à Melaka

J'ai trouvé deux longs cheveux sur le lit. Entre 21 h et 22 h, la pression de l'eau était très faible, je ne sais pas pourquoi. Mais le matin, la pression était bonne, comme d'habitude. Je suis descendu prendre le petit-déjeuner à 9 h précises, et il n'y avait plus de riz ; il ne restait que du pain grillé, du lait et des œufs. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi tout avait disparu avant 10 h. Ce serait bien qu'ils améliorent le choix au petit-déjeuner.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. While the front desk service was excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, especially considering the price point. The room was also smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. Space felt quite limited, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. For the price paid, I expected a more spacious and practical room layout. The biggest issue for me, however, was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seem extremely thin, and I had a very poor night’s sleep because of the constant noise. I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night, starting from around 5AM. The noises came from both inside and outside the hotel, including motorcycles passing by, people talking and laughing loudly on the street, footsteps on the stairs, doors closing, cups and mugs being placed on tables, housekeeping activities, and vacuum cleaners. At times, the sounds felt as if they were coming from right next to my bed. For the rate charged, I believe there are other accommodations that offer much better value and a more comfortable sleeping environment. A good night’s rest is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. That being said, I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and free-flow water available in the pantry. These were nice touches that enhanced the overall guest experience. Another positive aspect is the parking. For guests who are driving, the hotel provides complimentary parking spaces, and the parking area is relatively spacious. This makes it convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, and I appreciated the parking facilities and pantry amenities. However, the small room size and poor sound insulation significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, this will likely be a one-time stay for me.

Un membre du personnel, William, a été très serviable et m'a même recommandé de bons restaurants dans le quartier. Il m'a aussi gentiment aidé à trouver un chargeur de rechange quand je me suis rendu compte que j'avais oublié le mien. Il est préférable de loger au premier étage, car on y trouve de l'eau alcaline filtrée en quantité suffisante, chaude et froide. La porte de ma chambre avait un problème : elle ne fermait pas correctement toute seule. Je sentais une odeur de cigarette, même si la climatisation n'était pas centralisée.

L'hôtel RC est un très bel hôtel, bien situé et pratique, et surtout son personnel est très sympathique. Je retournerai sans hésiter à l'hôtel RC et je le recommande à mes amis et à ma famille lors de leur visite à Melaka.

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food and a spacious dining area. However, there were quite a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room, which was not very pleasant. The carpet should be vacuumed properly before each new guest checks in. Only two small bottles of shower gel were provided, which was not enough. I asked the receptionist for more, but was told there was no extra shower gel available and was only given shampoo instead. One of the towels was also torn. The water flow was quite slow, and the mattress felt a little too hard. Overall, the breakfast was good, but the room cleanliness, amenities, and comfort could be improved.

J'apprécie que cet hôtel soit situé en plein cœur de Melaka. Toutes les attractions sont accessibles à pied. Il est proche de Mahkota Parade, de Dataran Pahlawan et bien d'autres choses encore. Sans oublier que le parking est gratuit ! 👍🏼

The staff is super super friendly and attentive to us when there is an issue. The room is quite spacious for 2 pax and also clean however we didnt turned on the tv as we spent most of the time outside which is super convinient near to jonker street/walk. We went back and forth few times because we forgot to spray on sunscreen. But overall, i will definitely book again as it is really super super convenient. Oh! And not to mention about the gelato downstairs at the lobby too!!

a great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. got upgraded for a bigger room for f.o.c and it came fully equipped with a tv, iron and kettle nor mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a city & convenience store for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance. one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget
