L'auberge qui m'a le plus plu pendant ce voyage. Le petit-déjeuner était gratuit et il y avait une piscine extérieure. Pourtant, la réceptionniste, pour une raison que j'ignore, n'a pas commandé de taxi pour moi via Greb, mais une voiture privée. Greb aurait coûté 8 MYR, mais elle nous a annoncé un prix de plusieurs dizaines de MYR. En Asie du Sud-Est, qui n'utilise pas Greb pour les taxis ? Du coup, je n'ai pas insisté. Un Hongkongais m'a aidé à en commander un via Greb pour 8 MYR. Je n'arrive pas à télécharger l'application sur mon téléphone, sinon je m'en serais occupée moi-même. Je ne ressemble pas à Cuihua ou Qiuxiang, quand même ! ai-je ri.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. While the front desk service was excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, especially considering the price point. The room was also smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. Space felt quite limited, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. For the price paid, I expected a more spacious and practical room layout. The biggest issue for me, however, was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seem extremely thin, and I had a very poor night’s sleep because of the constant noise. I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night, starting from around 5AM. The noises came from both inside and outside the hotel, including motorcycles passing by, people talking and laughing loudly on the street, footsteps on the stairs, doors closing, cups and mugs being placed on tables, housekeeping activities, and vacuum cleaners. At times, the sounds felt as if they were coming from right next to my bed. For the rate charged, I believe there are other accommodations that offer much better value and a more comfortable sleeping environment. A good night’s rest is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. That being said, I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and free-flow water available in the pantry. These were nice touches that enhanced the overall guest experience. Another positive aspect is the parking. For guests who are driving, the hotel provides complimentary parking spaces, and the parking area is relatively spacious. This makes it convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, and I appreciated the parking facilities and pantry amenities. However, the small room size and poor sound insulation significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, this will likely be a one-time stay for me.

Il est préférable de rester ici, de se réveiller et de voir la vue très paisible sur la mer. En raison du bon service, j'ai ajouté LG pour 1 nuit... satisfait que les enfants aient joué et se soient baignés dans la piscine. A 10 minutes de la ville basse, à 12 minutes de Klebang...très satisfait de séjourner dans le centre.

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food and a spacious dining area. However, there were quite a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room, which was not very pleasant. The carpet should be vacuumed properly before each new guest checks in. Only two small bottles of shower gel were provided, which was not enough. I asked the receptionist for more, but was told there was no extra shower gel available and was only given shampoo instead. One of the towels was also torn. The water flow was quite slow, and the mattress felt a little too hard. Overall, the breakfast was good, but the room cleanliness, amenities, and comfort could be improved.

Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été agréable. L'hôtel est propre et le personnel s'est montré aimable, serviable et accueillant tout au long du séjour. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse pour trois adultes et disposait d'un sol sans moquette, ce qui la rendait propre et confortable. Elle était également dotée d'un petit balcon, un atout appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, proposant environ huit plats chauds, ainsi que des fruits et du pain, offrant un choix correct pour bien commencer la journée. En revanche, la pression de l'eau dans la chambre était irrégulière et l'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée, car on entendait le bruit de l'extérieur et des chambres voisines. L'hôtel est situé le long d'une route très fréquentée, embouteillée quasiment 24h/24, ce qui peut être gênant pour certains clients. Autre point à noter : l'hôtel ne fournit pas de produits de toilette comme une brosse à dents et du dentifrice. Le nombre de places de parking est limité. Cependant, il est possible de se garer le long de la route (parking payant). De plus, les allées de l'hôtel ne sont pas climatisées, ce qui peut rendre la chaleur étouffante aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité-prix avec des installations propres, des chambres spacieuses et un excellent service, mais des améliorations sont possibles en matière d'insonorisation, de pression de l'eau et de disponibilité du parking.

L'enregistrement s'est fait sans problème et rapidement. Le personnel était généralement serviable. Les chambres étaient propres et bien équipées avec les commodités nécessaires. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été confortable et le prix était justifié.

The staff is super super friendly and attentive to us when there is an issue. The room is quite spacious for 2 pax and also clean however we didnt turned on the tv as we spent most of the time outside which is super convinient near to jonker street/walk. We went back and forth few times because we forgot to spray on sunscreen. But overall, i will definitely book again as it is really super super convenient. Oh! And not to mention about the gelato downstairs at the lobby too!!

a great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. got upgraded for a bigger room for f.o.c and it came fully equipped with a tv, iron and kettle nor mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a city & convenience store for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance. one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget
