L'hôtel est très vaste et offre une très grande sélection de services et dans une position agréable à l'écart de la cuta et du bruit. Il a eu des problèmes avec les jeunes hommes australiens et le comportement de l'ébriété mais à part que toutes les bonnes chambres propres aidez le personnel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon choix et le café peut être acheté à un prix spécial au petit déjeuner pour 20p. Le bar est bon mais très coûteux mais à attendre des hôtels de resort le gym est petit et pourrait faire avec des équipements meilleurs. La piscine est belle et beaucoup d'espace pour être confortable. Le transbordeur est disponible sur demande mais vous devez réserver le jour avant

The hotel location is strategic, there is a convenience store next to the hotel. The room was nice, nothing special but they are clean and cozy. The staffs were super helpful. One of the light in the room doesn't work and they changed the bulb immediately. Super affordable meals, on par with nearby restaurants. Room lighting were adequate, a bit dim for my taste, would be nice if the add a bright main lamp to light up the room. The only peeves I had is the wi-fi. In the lobby it worked fine, but in my room (5th floor) it disconnected frequently and the speed was inconsistent. I have notified the staff about this and they said that they are working on it with the IT department. Unfortunately as of this writing they have yet to fix the problem. Overall this is a budget friendly hotel worth the price.

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

Bon endroit pour séjourner à un prix abordable. Emplacement stratégique mais quand même assez loin de la plage. Il nous a fallu environ 15 minutes pour rejoindre la plage de Legian à pied, mais très proche si vous utilisez les transports. Tout était super, sauf payer les frais de stationnement. Mais j'envisagerai quand même de revenir ici la prochaine fois lors de notre visite à Bali.

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Le Dripz Coffee sous l'hôtel Eden offre de grandes cafés, des repas, des collations, etc. Personnel amiable et utile !! Nous avons eu beaucoup de petits-déjeuners à l'hôtel Eden - très bon et très bon prix !! Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner américain et nous avons également une option de petit déjeuner buffet.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Hôtel de transit régulier, n'en attendez pas trop. L'hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture du terminal international, mais les transferts et même Grab coûteront environ 100K. Les chambres sont petites, rien de plus, pas de balcon. Convient pour une nuitée, excellente salle de bain, commodités disponibles. Belle piscine, ouverte jusqu'à 21h. Bière très chère dans un bar-restaurant - presque 100K pour 0,33 Bintang - je n'ai pas vu de tels prix même en 5* à Bali. Vous pouvez passer la nuit, mais pas plus

La chambre est propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. L'hôtel est construit sur une montagne et les environs sont calmes et propices aux vacances. Le chauffeur réservé par l'hôtel, Wayan, est une personne très gentille. Il parle un excellent anglais, une communication fluide, un service attentionné et des compétences de conduite de première classe. Il nous a emmenés visiter les sites pittoresques des lignes est et ouest de l'île de Bunida. Il était à la fois chauffeur et guide touristique. Il nous a également aidé à prendre des photos et a servi de guide lorsque nous nous sommes arrêtés sur le site pittoresque, il nous a attendu patiemment et nous a emmenés dans un restaurant en bord de mer avec un environnement magnifique et unique. et une nourriture délicieuse. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture tout en écoutant de la belle musique. 2 jours de visites sur les routes est et ouest, plus 2 heures sur 3 spots de snorkeling Nous avons vu des raies manta, des poissons magnifiques et colorés, de magnifiques coraux et tortues de mer. Le personnel de la société de snorkeling nous a également aidé à prendre des photos et des vidéos. , nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer des dauphins. Nous sommes allés directement chez le directeur de l'hôtel pour organiser le voyage de 2 jours. Nous avons été très satisfaits du voyage de 2 jours, c'était super ! Bien mieux que de chercher un groupe de touristes, il y a beaucoup de temps pour jouer et le chauffeur Wayan a une bonne attitude de service. Il est fortement recommandé de demander au directeur de l'hôtel d'organiser les itinéraires de voyage. Deux jours sont nécessaires pour parcourir les routes est et ouest de l’île de Bunida, plongée en apnée comprise. Prestation : super Environnement : bon Hygiène : propre Installations : complètes
