Recommended hotel located at strategic location at the center of Seminyak area Junior Suite of Kamaniiya is so spacious and feels like home! Has a sofa that could be lay down as an extra bed. Friendly staff and good hospitality. The gym is comfy and have almost all the basic equipments. Tasty food and great stuff, very good atmosphere! And clean swimming pool. Great location, near many nice restaurants. I had a great time here. Worth it place for every penny you spend!

Je suis passée à la réception et nous avons réservé directement à la réception et demande de check-in précoce ( paye pour ça ) et le lit roi , mais seulement le lit double est prêt , donc je décide de suggérer ketut comme récepteur pour joindre deux lits au lit de Hollywood , Quand nous avons vérifié le lit encore lit double mais il est ok parce que nous avons tellement fatigué et besoin de dormir , à environ 4 h , je appelle à la réception pour faire notre lit roi avec un INNER supplémentaire , quand nous rentrons après déjeuner , j' ai vu le roi duvet sur mon lit si moche et mon lit encore jumelage , A 9 h , je rappelle à nouveau la réception pour faire mon lit roi et se plaindre de la duvet et idk comment il parle , il dit oui et encore nous retournons après le dîner mon lit encore jumelage avec le roi duvet méchant , Je sais que c'était si herticuleux cuz eid, mais ça ne veut pas dire que vous ignorez un autre invité qui ne demande que le lit de HOLLYWOOD !

L'hôtel est très vaste et offre une très grande sélection de services et dans une position agréable à l'écart de la cuta et du bruit. Il a eu des problèmes avec les jeunes hommes australiens et le comportement de l'ébriété mais à part que toutes les bonnes chambres propres aidez le personnel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon choix et le café peut être acheté à un prix spécial au petit déjeuner pour 20p. Le bar est bon mais très coûteux mais à attendre des hôtels de resort le gym est petit et pourrait faire avec des équipements meilleurs. La piscine est belle et beaucoup d'espace pour être confortable. Le transbordeur est disponible sur demande mais vous devez réserver le jour avant

Il y a une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain très petite ce qui fait qu'on a les pieds dans l'eau lorsque va aux toilettes. Le téléviseur ne fonctionne pas malgré la venue d'un employé. Le canapé est déchiré et en fin de vie, une brûlure de cigarette sur le couvercle des toilettes et une casserole noircie à l'intérieur. Sinon l'endroit est très calme. Il y a 33 étages dans cet immeuble et j'étais au 25 étages. L'immeuble et la chambre sont très sécurisés. Même pour monter dans l'ascenseur il faut un badge magnétique ainsi que pour la chambre.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

Le Dripz Coffee sous l'hôtel Eden offre de grandes cafés, des repas, des collations, etc. Personnel amiable et utile !! Nous avons eu beaucoup de petits-déjeuners à l'hôtel Eden - très bon et très bon prix !! Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner américain et nous avons également une option de petit déjeuner buffet.

La chambre était bien, grande mais pouvait faire avec quelques touches. Très date, la chambre s'étouffait de façon moustique quand nous sommes arrivés et nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre. Ils sont venus et la nettoyaient bien. La piscine était belle. Cependant, dans l'ensemble l'hôtel était si bruyant! Nous n'avons pas dormi, donc ne resterions pas ici. Kuta n'est pas fab et le lieu de lave-linge à côté de la porte nous a échappés! Alors évitez cela comme le gardien de sécurité l'a recommandé! Il discutait entre 2 et 3 sur ce qui est sûr! La douche n'était pas bonne aussi.

Que dire de ce petit épisode ? ... Bien, il est calme et pacifique et est actuellement rénové (avec peu de perturbation, il faut le dire) ... Il est sur le mauvais côté de l'autoroute, donc à moins que vous ne voulez dire avec la mort, vous devez vélo ou cabine partout ... l'architecture est bizarre ... Forme sur fonction avec une piscine plongée dans le milieu ...et des chambres qui ont vraiment besoin d'être environ 50% plus grands pour quiconque veut bien swinger un chat. Petit-déjeuner, robuste et solide... particulièrement si vous êtes asiatique ...staff, obligé et attentif ...a gym qui a vu de meilleurs jours ... un restaurant toujours vide qui sert de belles aliments locaux à un prix raisonnable ...a grand méga malle derrière ce qui est accessible depuis L'hôtel ... et un minibar à booze et à snack rempli à la porte. Qu'est-ce que vous dites? ... c'est joli. C'est bon. C'est un peu sans âme et pas très Bali ... vous pouvez probablement faire mieux, mais si vous ne pouvez pas, c'est grand.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏
