This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

Je suis passée à la réception et nous avons réservé directement à la réception et demande de check-in précoce ( paye pour ça ) et le lit roi , mais seulement le lit double est prêt , donc je décide de suggérer ketut comme récepteur pour joindre deux lits au lit de Hollywood , Quand nous avons vérifié le lit encore lit double mais il est ok parce que nous avons tellement fatigué et besoin de dormir , à environ 4 h , je appelle à la réception pour faire notre lit roi avec un INNER supplémentaire , quand nous rentrons après déjeuner , j' ai vu le roi duvet sur mon lit si moche et mon lit encore jumelage , A 9 h , je rappelle à nouveau la réception pour faire mon lit roi et se plaindre de la duvet et idk comment il parle , il dit oui et encore nous retournons après le dîner mon lit encore jumelage avec le roi duvet méchant , Je sais que c'était si herticuleux cuz eid, mais ça ne veut pas dire que vous ignorez un autre invité qui ne demande que le lit de HOLLYWOOD !

Nice hotel, nice food, first time to Bali so can’t say if food and drinks were well priced, felt like drinks we a bit overpriced. Service was really good for the first couple days then dropped off dramatically. Was very few visits from staff asking if we wanted drinks and food, and the wait times for delivery were as long as 20mins for drinks for the pool side service. Was a bit far from Seminyak square for us and cost 60,000IDR per taxi ride so 120,000 round trip every time you went out. Would likely look elsewhere next time

La chambre qui nous a été accueillie était propre et le personnel était très réaliste. que nos 2 paquets de nourriture congelée étaient laissés au réfrigérateur dans la chambre 502. J' ai appelé l' hôtel immédiatement ... Il a été pris par le employé qui m' a demandé de donner du temps à vérifier la garde . 5 minutes plus tard, nous avons appelé à la seule réponse qu'ils n'avaient pas trouvé notre nourriture congelée dans le réfrigérateur. Nous savions avoir mis exactement dans le réfrigérateur. Cependant, miraculeuxment, abracadabra ... hocus pocus ... la nourriture a disparu sans trace. c'est une honte, L'expérience de séjour a été très bonne, mais laisser une impression désagréable sur le service d'hôtel perdu et trouvé.

Nous avons réservé une chambre triple avec trois lits et trois petits déjeuners. Le deuxième étage a un accès direct à un grand MALL C'est très pratique pour manger, il y a beaucoup de variétés et ce n'est pas cher. L'hôtel n'est pas loin de la plage de Kuta, à seulement 20 minutes à pied, et un taxi GRAP ne coûte qu'une douzaine de RMB, soit 20 000 à 30 000 roupies indonésiennes.

The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

Un merveilleux hôtel à la fois dans la verdure et en bord de mer avec le bruit des vagues qui vient accompagner les moments de repos au bord de la piscine … La décoration est très recherchée, le restaurant propose de nombreux choix avec une grande qualité de cuisine et le service est exceptionnel 🥰 J ai adoré mon expérience de quelques jours dans cet écrin de beauté, de luxe non ostentatoire et de bien être de tous les instants …. Les massages sont de grande qualité également !

IInvitéNous venons juste de quitter Maya, un lieu rempli de paisibilite, de respect venant du personnel de propreté et de loisirs. Je n'ai pu comprendre l'avis d'un Monsieur qui disait qu'il n'a pas été bien à Maya,c'est du faux car lheure normal du cheking est 14hrs et c'est vrai que les suites sont tres demandées donc pourquoi en faire un problème, y'a des clients qui sont jamais contents.... Nous avons réservé une suite avec piscine privée et c'etait fabuleux, nous avons ete reçu par Saras de la reception qui nous a demandé d'attendre que la chambre soit prête et avec un ton rempli de politesse, elle est venue nous rechercher pour nous ramener dans notre chambre, tout est pensé dans les details. Le lieu est beau, nous avons eu un housekeeping Handras qui est venu tous les soirs voir si nous ne manquons de rien, merci à lui sa gentillesse et politesse nous a touché. Au petit dejeuner en 5 jours nous avons pu connaitre Rani ou rami c'est une douceur incarnée, ya Tari et Rahayu aussi tres sympathiques et disponible. C'est des salariés à motiver. Nous ne mangeons pas beaucoup mais c'est pas parce que c'était pas bon, tout est excellent petit déjeuner complet, juste que nous ne sommes pas de gros mangeurs... Mais y'avait du tout a manger. S'il m'était possible d'attribuer un symbole a chacun de ce personnel je le ferai... Notre fils c'est beaucoup amusé avec les membres du kids club, j'ai pas pu retenir leurs noms mais elles aiment ce qu'elles font, nous n'avons jamais osé laisser notre fils seul, mais avec elles il etait content d'y aller, tot le matin elles sont la pour accueillir les petits. Merci a toute l'équipe de Maya du fond du coeur Un hotel à taille humain que nous avons apprécié à sa juste valeur. J'irai noter sur Agoda Vous nous manquez deja ! Anita Blot

IInvitéL'ancien hôtel de style famille d'accueil, la simplicité et l'intégration naturelle dans les habitations, les concepteurs ont un savoir-faire profond, l'atmosphère est bien créée, mais le coût n'est pas élevé et il est facile à entretenir. Les étudiants qui aiment le style de famille d'accueil peuvent entrer, le service est tout à fait satisfaisant, et comparé à d'autres hôtels de luxe haut de gamme, le rapport prix/performance est moyen. Pendant le séjour au magasin, un mille-pattes s'est introduit et a été balayé pieds nus par le petit frère qui est venu livrer les fruits.

GG V BawaniLe restaurant est très confortable et très beau. L'hôtel est étonnant, avec le bon service, les installations et la chambre. Et surtout, il est très propre. Excellent, équipe attentive, très polie, et va au-dessus et au-delà pour vous servir. Le chef a été gentil de nous faire notre toast français préféré (bien qu'il n'ait pas été dans la sélection du petit déjeuner). Les restaurants ont tous deux une bonne distribution de buffet pour le déjeuner et le dîner et j'espère qu'ils serviront plus de petit déjeuner indonésien et occidental sur leur menu à l'avenir. Nous voudrions remercier Rai, Tini, Krishna, le superviseur responsable, le chef et l'équipe de garde-fous pour avoir fait de notre séjour un mémorable.

LlctdlJ'ai séjourné dans la chambre exécutive de cet hôtel en avril de l'année dernière. J'ai trouvé que le service était très bon. Tout le monde vous a accueilli lorsque je vous ai rencontré. Le serveur qui conduisait la navette demandait toujours de l'aide, alors j'ai choisi une villa avec un. piscine cette fois, elle coûte plus de 3 000 et dispose d'une salle exécutive. Le traitement en vaut toujours la peine. Cette fois, je loue encore le service, le sourire du serveur est toujours aussi éclatant. Bien que les enfants de moins de 12 ans soient admis au club, il est plus convivial de pouvoir obtenir un bon unique pour la plage. Le club et le personnel de réception et d'accueil méritent des éloges, le service était excellent.
Mais ce qui est insatisfaisant, c'est qu'il y a trop d'insectes dans la villa, non seulement dans la cour, mais aussi dans la maison. Ils ont même rampé sur le lit. Il y avait des geckos dans la maison, et même un bébé gecko m'a donné une chance. pour en attraper un. L'eau de la piscine n'est pas très propre et il y a des insectes morts au fond, ce qui est un peu dégoûtant. Ce qui est encore plus odieux, ce sont les singes, qui nous rendent visite tous les jours. Depuis que nous avons trouvé des singes nageant dans la piscine de la villa, nous avons tout simplement arrêté de nager ici. Heureusement, la grande piscine est toujours propre. Il y avait une boisson dans le réfrigérateur, mais le singe a pu ouvrir la porte du réfrigérateur, dévisser le bouchon de la bouteille et boire la boisson.

RRimvydasTrès très grand hôtel. Si vous aimez être entouré de gens et de monde, cet hôtel est fait pour vous.
Plage assez propre maintenant si on compare avec ce qu'elle était il y a 1 ou 2 ans.
Nourriture savoureuse, il y a 3 restaurants. J'ai aimé le restaurant près de la piscine principale. Café décaféiné très savoureux sans lait et prix identiques ou moins chers que dans les restaurants à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.
Chambres grandes et bonnes. Peut-être quelque chose dans l'hôtel et dans les chambres un peu vieux, mais ça va.
Bonne salle de sport.
Personnel normal.
Très froid dans les toilettes du hall qui sont entièrement automatiques, comme à Tokyo.

Stay at this hotel by coinsidence when looking for available room in front the beach.. came just for regular room and the staff offering me to see the villa, and surprisingly the villa are top notch with reasonable price (probably are too low if could say) The staff are really polite and will back on another vacation for sure!! Keep on the good work guys

IInvitéOui mais non... C'est un hôtel pourrait être très bien mais il ne l'est pas... Il est vieillissant, il a besoin d'un bon coup de jeune. Nous avions pris une suite première (612) pensant avoir une belle suite car nous avions demandé à être en hauteur (le plus, possible) vue sur le jardin et baignoire, nous avons été au 1er, vue sur le toit du lounge, et une mini douche avec une odeur à vomir. Et un balcon inutile (il n'y a d'ailleurs pas de mobilier qui peut y tenir), le, ménage laisse à désirer (quand il est fait), les taches dans la douche datent d'une autre décennie, tout comme les taches au sol et au plafond. Sans parler des nombreux rats et souris croisés au petit déjeuner et dans les couloirs. De plus dimanche 14 mai, mon conjoint est tombé dans le couloir glissant (sans pancarte pour prévenir) près de l'ascenseur au 1er étage, il s'est ouvert le front et est resté inanimé plusieurs minutes, il a évidemment mis du sang au sol (le sang était toujours là à notre départ le 18/05...)il gardera une belle cicatrice et moi une énorme frayeur. Alors, oui il est près de la plage, très bien situé, la piscine est chouette mais cet hôtel nous, laisse un goût amer et notre agent de voyage ne veut plus, travailler avec et nous allons voir pour les suites à donner car il n'y a eu aucun geste de la part de l'hôtel j'ai dû me débrouiller pour, soigner mon conjoint toute, seule.

IInvitéWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

Hôtel très cosy au milieu de la verdure - nous avions une villa donnant directement sur un grand bassin avec ponton privé et relax - une grande terrasse extérieure, le tout bien clôturé a l’abri des regards pour une vraie intimité et calme. La salle de bains mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement mais reste spacieuse avec douche et grande baignoire
