TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.

Mma7819J'ai séjourné ici pendant trois jours dans une suite exécutive et des chambres communicantes. C'était très pratique d'amener des enfants. J'aime particulièrement le directeur Huang en service à la réception. Son service était chaleureux et attentionné ces jours-ci et il a résolu le problème en temps opportun. manière.
Le maître du dépôt, Master Pan, offre un service chaleureux.
Le directeur Liang du front office coordonne activement les services de suivi et fournit une assistance.
Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est très bien.

IInvitéC'est parce que je suis venu voir le concert de Zhou Jaren que Nanning est venu. J'ai choisi cet hôtel. L'environnement de l'hôtel est superbe ! La décoration est très artistique ! ! La chambre est très belle ! ! Et l'attitude de service est également très bonne ～ Une expérience de Nanning très parfaite ! ! ! ! Il y a le temps de venir à Nanning pour jouer ! ! L'hôtel peut vraiment me permettre de me détendre ! !!! Nous reviendrons !!!

IInvitéInstallations: il y a un grand sci dans la chambre. Le bébé est très agréable. Lorsque vous entrez, vous allez à la petite cuisine pour manger, vous consommez de l'énergie, la petite chambre de nuit dorme très fragrant et ne craint pas de dormir. Il y a des installations de jeu dans le quartier public de l'hôtel, le bébé rentre à 10 heures.
Hygiène: Bien, très propre.
Environnement: La position est située dans la nouvelle zone, il y a un magasin et une métro proche, il y a environ 20 minutes à pied, il y a Iechi, Dicaron, Jingyuki et autres endroits où il est pratique de prendre des voitures.
Service: Le directeur envoie des trucs de jeu et a aussi envoyé deux petits jouets à ma petite fille. Parce que la petite illusion nous fait retarder la maison.
La prochaine fois que vous arriverez à Nanning, vous réserverez cette pièce de plaisir et essayez d'autres chambres thématiques.

IInvitéJ'ai choisi cet hôtel pour mon voyage d'affaires et j'ai tout de suite été impressionné par son espace et sa propreté. Le personnel était également d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle ; les réceptionnistes et les femmes de ménage nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Cet hôtel est vraiment excellent : un cadre confortable, un service impeccable et des équipements complets. Le Wi-Fi gratuit et la climatisation ont rendu la chaleur estivale particulièrement agréable à notre retour. Son emplacement est également idéal, à proximité de parcs et de restaurants. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous les voyageurs, qu'ils soient en voyage d'affaires ou de loisirs.
