Our family is very satisfied with the hotel's considerate service. The hotel's environment is clean and comfortable, and the waiters' enthusiasm and warm smiles make us feel at home, especially the butler Coke, who enthusiastically explains to us, making us happy! Give the Coke butler and other staff five stars!

We arrived at Jinjiang Metropolo Nanning East Railway Station hotel late afternoon on 7 Nov for an overnight stay.  The hotel provides both pick up and drop off service for nanningdong station.  The room is very clean, very spacious and the bed firm and comfortable. A young man at the front desk patiently assisted with all our enquires: He pointed us to 12306 rail system for booking Gaotie to Wuxu international airport from Nanningdong station.  We weren’t able to find the metro to Wuxu international airport, not knowing that this airport line is within the 12306 system.    He showed us the nearest big shopping centre Qinhai where we were able to visit for the evening and also helped book the station drop off for bus to airport the next morning.  However, in the morning we made a last minute change for the earlier HSR to airport.  The Hotel immediately reorganised our drop off at Nanningdong station and we made it in time for the earlier HSR to airport.  The staff are so helpful and professional in their service.  Thank you. L'attitude de service de la petite cabine de la réception est bonne et tout problème peut être résolu en temps utile. L'environnement général de l'hôtel est bon, l'assainissement est propre, il est aussi calme, il n'y a pas de bruit trop complexe la nuit. En général, il est très recommandé, il est également proche de la métro et très pratique.

Stayed for a week. Checking in was good except that the hotel couldn’t accept foreign credit cards. Ended up paying using e-wallet which had Alipay. Overall, the hotel was conveniently located next to the Metro and next to IKEA and eateries. It also has a washing machine n dryer for residents to use. However, a few downsides.. first is the hotel wifi was not accessible most of the time and we were told it’s because they’re on full house capacity. Also, they only give 2 bottles of 500ml water per day, so one had to buy water bottles in everyday. The housekeeping didn’t automatically top up on toilet paper and handwash. In conclusion, I will stay here again as overall, the hotel room is spacious and quiet, and very convenient to get around on the metro.

Everything is satisfied. The front staff is also good service, just should be more educated for general knowledge such as how to select the right location of airport in Didi app.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

Thé de bienvenue : la demoiselle était très enthousiaste et le jeune homme aussi, ils ont expliqué à l'avance les détails de l'enregistrement, ce qui était très attentionné. La chambre est très agréable, et il est très pratique de commander des plats à emporter, un robot les livre donc pas besoin d'être en contact avec le livreur. Le contrôle de la chambre est très intelligent, le miroir sur pied est parfait, le lit est grand et la literie est confortable. Il y a aussi un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre, et les articles de toilette jetables sont complets. Les chaussons sont désinfectés. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, calme au milieu de l'agitation, pratique pour aller partout, ce qui m'a offert une très bonne expérience de séjour.

Cette expérience de séjour est super escomptée! La position de l'hôtel est excellente, près de la métro, du magasin, et les achats sont super convenables. La chambre est décorée sans couleur, les lits sont doux et la peau est douce, l'effet d'isolement sonore est excellent et le sommeil est très stable. Le service de la réception est très professionnel et gère le séjour efficacement. Les installations sont complètes et bien entretenues, l'eau chaude est suffisante, le réseau est fluide, le rapport coût-efficacité est rempli directement, la prochaine fois, choisissez ici!

We decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

J'ai été très satisfait de ma chambre. Elle était située à un étage élevé, et bien qu'elle donnait sur la rue, elle était étonnamment calme, sans bruit. La chambre était très propre, le sol avait été aspiré et lavé. Le miroir de la salle de bain était impeccable, sans taches ni odeurs, et les tapis antidérapants étaient bien mis en place, ce qui est très attentionné. Le personnel de la réception était accueillant et le service attentionné. L'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés rapidement et efficacement.
