Hôtels à Nanning avec petit déjeuner

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

J'ai séjourné ici pendant trois jours dans une suite exécutive et des chambres communicantes. C'était très pratique d'amener des enfants. J'aime particulièrement le directeur Huang en service à la réception. Son service était chaleureux et attentionné ces jours-ci et il a résolu le problème en temps opportun. manière. Le maître du dépôt, Master Pan, offre un service chaleureux. Le directeur Liang du front office coordonne activement les services de suivi et fournit une assistance. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est très bien.

Je suis venu à Nanning lors d'un voyage d'affaires et j'ai séjourné plusieurs fois au Renaissance. C'était très confortable. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, bien équipée, avec un majordome intelligent, la commande vocale est très pratique, les articles de toilette sont entièrement équipés, il y a un Une laverie et une salle de sport en libre-service gratuites, et le service de Koala a été chaleureux pendant mon séjour. Je choisirai cet hôtel la prochaine fois que j'irai à Nanning.

Highly recommend to stay here. Bed is very comfortable and we continue to stay for another 2 nights. Love the laundry room with washer, dryer and detergent provided. Walking distance to shopping area and easy to access to places of interest.

Je tiens à féliciter chaleureusement l'hôtel pour son excellent service ! De mon arrivée à mon départ, chaque membre du personnel m'a accueilli avec le sourire, me faisant sentir comme chez moi. La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, d'une propreté impeccable, et le matelas et les oreillers étaient exceptionnellement confortables pour une excellente nuit de sommeil. Un grand merci à Grace à la réception pour le surclassement, une délicate attention qui fut une délicieuse surprise. Grâce à ses petites attentions et à son service attentionné, ce séjour fut une expérience inoubliable, que je recommande vivement !

We decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport, juste en face du terminal, ce qui est très pratique pour les déplacements. La chambre est globalement petite, l'espace est plutôt compact, mais les équipements sont complets et suffisants. C'est propre et bien rangé, et la literie est confortable. L'insonorisation est correcte. C'est idéal pour prendre un vol tôt le matin ou pour une escale temporaire, le rapport qualité-prix est bon. Si vous recherchez une expérience spacieuse, cela peut sembler un peu exigu.

J'ai été très satisfait de ma chambre. Elle était située à un étage élevé, et bien qu'elle donnait sur la rue, elle était étonnamment calme, sans bruit. La chambre était très propre, le sol avait été aspiré et lavé. Le miroir de la salle de bain était impeccable, sans taches ni odeurs, et les tapis antidérapants étaient bien mis en place, ce qui est très attentionné. Le personnel de la réception était accueillant et le service attentionné. L'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés rapidement et efficacement.

Le service est très bon, le gestionnaire de la cabine est très professionnel, il a résolu le problème en temps utile. My comments not meant to be criticism, but to help improve the service... i stayed at room 2715. Originally booked for 5 nights, but cancelled for 4 nights. 27th floor corridors are literally black and narrow, it feels depressing. Not only that, it is extremely hot and stuffy. The room is fully carpeted, but i don't think it has been cleaned for a long time. The whole time i was there, it smelt like an unwashed sock. The closed windows, heat, humidity and dark decor only made it worse. Notes: bedside left light and wash room mirror right side lights are not working. bathtub is also leaking. the windows are long overdue for cleaning. On the bright side, the staff are helpful and doing their best to help.
