IInvitéC'était mon deuxième séjour à l'hôtel Phoenix lors de mon escale à Nanning. L'endroit était toujours aussi agréable, et l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la place Chaoyang, avec de nombreux restaurants. Le personnel était accueillant ; ils m'ont appelé pour confirmer mon arrivée et Xiao Huang m'a rappelé après mon départ. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une bonne expérience. Si je reviens à Nanning et que je n'ai pas d'autre choix, je retournerai sans hésiter à l'hôtel Phoenix.

IInvitéUpgraded us to a higher floor with an amazing 180° panaromic view, which was truly our highlight ! Nice spacious bathroom with good amenities. The portion of room service was generous and enjoyable.
The front desk was professional and super helpful in taking care of all our needs.
Though the furnishing of the room is a bit worn out but it was clean and didn't affect our stay at all.
Enjoy our stay, and we will consider staying here if we visit Nanning again

ZZhenbo1. Le service est très satisfaisant. Lorsque vous entrez dans le hall avec votre valise, un serveur s'avancera immédiatement pour vous aider à porter la valise. Il a également dit qu'il n'était pas pratique pour vous de transporter autant de choses avec deux enfants, alors je l'ai fait. je le ferai pour vous.
2. La chambre que j'ai réservée dispose d'un vestiaire indépendant, ce qui est très pratique pour ranger les bagages.
3. Il y a une baignoire, une salle de douche séparée et des toilettes séparées, spacieuses et confortables.
4. Dans le processus de nettoyage, une autre personne dédiée est chargée de vérifier les coins hygiéniques de la chambre, afin de fournir à chaque client l'environnement le plus propre et hygiénique.
5. Les détails généraux du service sont en place et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est également très copieux. La prochaine fois que j'irai à Nanning, cet hôtel sera mon premier choix.

IInvitéC'est bien entendu un très bon établissement, avec le confort et les services qui vont de pair.
Toutefois, il y a un domaine où il pourrait progresser: l'utilisation des emballages plastiques. Lorsque l'on fait laver des habits, chaque pièce est restituée ensuite emballée dans un sachet plastique - 3 paires de chaussettes = 3 emballages! Non seulement, cette pratique est superflue, mais elle est source d'un gaspillage qu'il serait facile d'éviter.

IInvitéThis hotel needs an update. The triple/family room is actually a twin with an extra bed. As such this extra bed does not have conveniently located power points or USB ports that the other two beds have access to.
The elevators are placed on two ends of the A and B building, with the lobby being more closely and easily accessed via building A, whereas the building B access to the main lobby (and indeed anywhere, except the back carpark), requires going down stairs.
The property is advertised with a ”hello” icon as having experience with English speaking tourists, however, I found this to be inaccurate but the employees were patient and tolerated my half-assed Mandarin.
Dining options are all located in Fortune Tower located near the Building B elevators (requiring use of stairs). We opted to try the buffet breakfast. While there is variety, considering the quality of cooking, I find the price of the buffet high. The dim sum restaurant on the 4th floor is quite good, but may perhaps be deemed crude if you compare it to the finesse of some Hong Kong dim sum places. However, for the price/quality ratio, we found it quite good. At the time we visited, they offered a Zhuang tea free, but it was also offered at the buffet hall with even more topping options. There is also some sort of food court on level 2, but we didn't have time to check it out.
Even though it is near the hustle and bustle of big shopping malls, once you enter the vicinity of the hotel, the noise of the crowd melts away.
One is likely to turn right or go straight from the property to the shiny malls, but we found heading out to the street on the left via the back carpark was a bit more localised. Loads of mobile phone repair shops, a camping store, and eateries that cater more to locals.
A twenty minute walk takes you to the riverside. At 7pm, the lights on buildings and bridges come on. The park offers a pleasant wak, but not all the lights work and it can get quite dark.
The other streets eg 3 streets. 2 alleys, were too touristy for my liking. Did not even bother with Zhongshan.
The biggest plus is the property's location. I would only recommend Nanning Hotel for the convenience. If other factors are important to you, then you'd probably be better somewhere else.
As there was nothing remarkable about the room or the hotel, I attach a photo of the nearby river at sunset.

IInvitéJe séjourne toujours dans cet hôtel la veille de mon vol pour éviter d'être trop fatigué le lendemain à l'aéroport, il est le plus proche de l'aéroport. Je ne sais pas si c'est à cause de l'humidité en avril, mais la couette était un peu humide et il y avait une légère odeur de renfermé. Sinon, tout était parfait.

XxwhmmJ'ai choisi cet hôtel sur la plateforme. Le parking est pratique, il est proche du centre-ville, les chambres sont propres et bien rangées, les équipements sont complets, l'environnement est calme et confortable. Les nouilles du petit-déjeuner étaient délicieuses, le service à la réception est amical et le personnel est très attentionné. Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Nanning, je réserverai à nouveau.
(Le parking au niveau du sol est un peu étroit pour sortir, vous pouvez choisir de vous garer au sous-sol.)

IInvitéWe spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.
