I would call this hotel the best place in Suzhou! Staying in a hotel is about comfort and hospitality, and this hotel gives both 100%.
Location. Extremely near to Shilu station, take exit 12, there is an elevator, as well. All major sightseeing spots are walking distance.
Staff. Reception 24/7, all staff is friendly and most of them can speak English on a sufficient level, or with a mobile phone translation app.
Rooms. We were traveling 2 adults and 3 kids, so booked 2 rooms. Hotel provided rooms very near and even changed one room, that was more convenient for staying with infant. Staying in rooms with a futon was an interesting experience. The hairdryer and all amenities provided are surprisingly high quality on a level of a posh hotel.
Breakfasts. This is very special about this hotel. The variety of dishes (including ramen and mochi daily) is great and food is very very tasty, sending many thanks to the cooking staff.
Additional facilities. Washing room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines helped to stay comfortable with clean clothes every day, that is important in a hot weather. Afternoon tea is a nice treat from hotel, when you can skip daytime hot period in a cool space.
Overall the hotel is stylish and the convenience of the guests is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Suzhou.

Je suis allé à Suzhou pour affaires le week-end dernier et j'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, c'était plutôt bien. L'hôtel se trouve juste après Leqiao sur la ligne 4. Le lobby est dans un style simple et tendance. Le personnel de service est également très chaleureux et prévenant.
La chambre est également très propre, un petit inconvénient est qu'il n'y a pas de gros verres, seulement de petites tasses à café, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour boire de l'eau. Ce n’est pas très important non plus.
Peut-être parce que la pièce est orientée à l'ouest, la pièce est toujours chaude et étouffante. Le climatiseur est un climatiseur central et la température ne peut pas être abaissée. J'ai appelé la réception et leur ai dit que le climatiseur ne pouvait pas être allumé en raison de la chaleur soudaine. Ils voulaient nous donner un ventilateur, mais après y avoir réfléchi, j'ai décidé de ne pas le faire et j'ai ouvert la fenêtre, mais les rideaux devaient rester ouverts, ce qui n'était pas pratique.
De plus, les égouts étaient bouchés le lendemain et l'eau coulait de la zone de baignade vers les toilettes de la salle de bains. Puis, lors d'un voyage, j'ai découvert que de l'eau s'écoulait d'autres pièces et il se pourrait que tout le système d'égouts soit défectueux.
L'hôtel est situé dans le coin sud-ouest de la zone panoramique de la rue Guanqian et il est très pratique de se rendre à la rue Guanqian.
Si les égouts n'étaient pas si fragiles, la climatisation pourrait être mieux réglée, et 2 grands verres étaient fournis, je choisirais cet hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrais à proximité.
De plus, la projection sur écran TV est très simple à utiliser ! !

Stayed in Yifeng Hotel in Nanjing and decided to choose the same due to their service attitude. As expected, their hospitality is the same as the staffs in Nanjing, first I was given a warm welcome; then a free upgrade of room despite being a solo traveller. As an OCD person, I am very particular about cleanliness and the room was sparkling clean without any unpleasant smell (regardless cigarette or sewage). Hotel is equipped with AI helper Xiaodu which helps with simple commands, you can also project your screen to the TV. Wifi was not too stable though.
The only con about the hotel is that it has centralised aircon, my room was at 31°C and literally sweating in sleep. The only solution available was to open the window to allow some airflow.
In general, still 5 star for this hotel.

Il y a une petite cour. jouez et l'eau chaude pour la baignade arrive rapidement. , le type de chambre pour trois personnes est rare✌Vous pouvez écouter Pingtan lorsque vous sortez, visitez Xiangmen, le pavillon Canglang, le bateau à manivelle, il est très proche du site pittoresque. .

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne au High Speed Rail Jinke. le train à grande vitesse. C'est le meilleur choix pour prendre le train à grande vitesse le matin. TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

IInvitéL'été touche à sa fin, j'ai donc choisi le Kimpton Bamboo Hotel Suzhou pour fêter en avance l'anniversaire de mon bébé. La province n'est pas loin en voiture, à un peu plus d'une heure de route. Merci beaucoup à Vickey. Elle a ajouté mon compte WeChat la veille de l'enregistrement et a compris mes besoins à l'avance. Elle a répondu à toutes mes questions avec soin et réflexion. Elle a également fourni des conseils pour visiter Suzhou, ce qui est très prévenant pour les personnes en dehors. -les touristes de la ville. Les différents réglages de l'hôtel lui-même sont également très bons. La chambre avec balcon dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était très confortable. Maintenant qu'il fait plus frais la nuit, c'est également agréable de s'asseoir et de boire du thé sur le balcon. sont très hygiéniques et pratiques. Le bébé peut y rester tous les jours pendant son séjour. Aller à la piscine🏊♀️Le poisson mandarin écureuil du restaurant de l'hôtel est très délicieux😋Le petit déjeuner est bon aussi, il y a du lait de coco🥥, les enfants. j'aime beaucoup ça.

YYTZ23We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week.
Pros:
- Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn.
- The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake.
- There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too.
- Staff are generally friendly and helpful
- Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby.
- Hotel is affordable by international standards
- Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live
- We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals
- Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds.
Cons
- The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface.
- The property and facilities are a bit dated
- There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

Lorsque le Suzhou W Hotel a ouvert ses portes, j'y avais déjà séjourné une fois en tant que voyageur d'affaires fréquent. Je me sentais bien lors de mon premier enregistrement. L'hôtel était conçu pour être haut de gamme et élégant, mais je n'y suis resté qu'une journée. et n'a pas bénéficié de beaucoup de services.
C'était la deuxième fois que je m'enregistrais. Quand je suis arrivé vers 17 heures, c'était très rapide. Il y avait aussi un « majordome d'hôtel » à côté de moi, je pense que c'est une tendance importante. les hôtels de marque en Chine continentale disposent désormais de ce service.
Cette femme de ménage de l'hôtel est une fille nommée ”Yuxin”. Après l'enregistrement, ”Yuxin” allait m'emmener dans le hall de l'hôtel, puis elle m'a aidé à porter mes bagages parce que mes bagages étaient un peu lourds, j'étais gêné de l'être. une fille, alors j'ai immédiatement récupéré la valise😅 et m'a également offert deux verres de bienvenue.
La chambre était très bien rangée à neuf heures et les nécessités quotidiennes supplémentaires/les grandes serviettes de bain dont j'avais besoin ont été livrées très rapidement (certains hôtels sont très lents). Les toilettes de la salle de bain étaient un peu sales et la sœur de ménage a été rapide. Je l'ai nettoyé quand elle est venue. J'ai vu qu'elle prenait très au sérieux la désinfection et le nettoyage, et c'était évident pour moi. Et très poli.
En passant devant le hall le lendemain matin, la gouvernante de l'hôtel « Yu Xin » s'est également souvenue de moi et m'a dit bonjour. J'ai apprécié ce comportement très poli.
👍🏼Petit déjeuner très copieux~
Il faut vraiment le répéter trois fois. La richesse du petit-déjeuner peut être décrite comme un buffet.
J'ai pris le petit-déjeuner dans de nombreux hôtels de grandes marques, mais je ne l'ai jamais vu aussi exagéré par le W Hotel. Juste un aliment simple comme [du porridge], vous pouvez en fait avoir le choix entre quatre saveurs😱J'écris vraiment ceci (service) Mots... Il existe de nombreux types d'autres styles de cuisine, et il existe également des « pâtisseries authentiques spéciales » de Shanghai et de Suzhou, ainsi que des gâteaux et pâtisseries de style occidental, qui sont aussi mes préférés. Les gâteaux et les pains sont très délicieux. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels et c'est le seul sur lequel je peux écrire une critique et faire l'éloge du petit-déjeuner ??
🤦🏻♂️Le matériel de la salle ~ Je suis très insatisfait sur deux points
1～Le seul équipement de divertissement [TV]🤦🏻♂️C'est vraiment vertigineux Toutes les chaînes qu'il contient sont très anciennes, et les films sur la chaîne cinéma sont tellement délabrés que je ne suis peut-être pas né non plus (films super démodés). la tour)
2~ Les oreillers de l'hôtel doivent être en duvet. Ils sont très remplissants lorsqu'ils sont brisés en morceaux, mais progressivement ils fuient et tout l'oreiller s'effondre, comme s'il n'y avait pas d'oreiller du tout. il y en a généralement deux à trois différents en termes de taille et d'épaisseur. De plus, certains grands hôtels de marque proposeront un « menu d'oreillers » permettant aux clients de choisir le (matériau) (l'épaisseur) de l'oreiller.
Quand je me suis réveillé le lendemain matin, j'avais l'impression qu'il était sur le point de se briser, et mon dos et mes os me faisaient mal à force de dormir🤦🏻♂️
Lorsque la gouvernante de l'hôtel « Yuxin » m'a accueilli sur WeChat, je lui ai également parlé de cette affaire et il a promis d'exprimer mes opinions à la direction de l'hôtel en mon nom.
Et je lui ai demandé des choses anodines (par exemple : la mandarine Bianzhong a meilleur goût😅) et elle m'a répondu très sérieusement. Elle travaille vraiment dur👍🏼et mérite des éloges👍🏼.

Il commence par la distribution de fruits du soir dans la chambre d'amis, puis livre de l'eau, un masque pour les yeux à vapeur de bonne nuit et un couvre-baignoire jetable à chaque fois, c'est comme la poche de Doraemon avant même d'ouvrir la bouche. . Il a été soigneusement livré dans la chambre, sachant que tout le monde commanderait des plats à emporter dans la chambre. Le personnel de nettoyage a également nettoyé les poubelles dans les meilleurs délais. Ensuite, j'ai contacté Jenny, ce qui a fait monter mes éloges pour l'hôtel. au milieu de la nuit, elle a répondu à mes questions en temps opportun. Chaque fois que nos enfants vont dans un hôtel et qu'il y a un ours à l'hôtel, ils le demanderont certainement. Jenny est la bonne personne. moyen de m'aider à commander l'ours et les chocolats et à les livrer dans la chambre. Elle m'a également aidé à m'inscrire pour le petit-déjeuner le lendemain et a finalement vérifié. Sur le chemin du retour à Hangzhou, je me suis souvenu que les chocolats de la nuit dernière étaient dans la mini. bar. Merci à Jenny, elle m'a aidé à les emballer correctement et à les expédier avec SF Express. Je veux dire : c'est super de vous avoir ! Merci 🙏

IInvitéNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

Après le dîner, les enfants retournent dans la chambre pour faire une sieste, et maman peut aller au SPA. Les techniciens viennent tous de Thaïlande et parlent très bien chinois. Merci APPLE pour le service ~ Une fois les enfants réveillés, ils peuvent. allez au club pour enfants d'Angsana à côté pendant un moment, puis allez chez Angsana. Dînez sous forme de buffet, le goût est plus asiatique du Sud-Est et il existe de nombreuses options de livraison, adaptées aux familles et aux enfants, il y a beaucoup de choix ~ Après le dîner , vous pouvez vous promener dehors puis retourner dans la chambre pour prendre une douche et dormir ~ Le matin, le petit déjeuner est semi-buffet, repas froid Le buffet propose également un menu à la carte, assez large. Après le petit-déjeuner, vous pouvez vous rendre au pavillon Subosi situé à proximité pour emmener vos enfants se promener (nommez et félicitez l'hôtel pour avoir proposé un service de prise en charge et de dépose en bus touristique. C'est vraiment convivial pour les familles avec enfants. C'est un été chaud. Il il fera très chaud même si vous avancez un peu). J'ai commandé un service de chambre dans la chambre à midi. Après avoir mangé, je me suis assuré de récupérer mes affaires et de partir. L'ensemble du processus a été très relaxant et confortable et l'expérience a été très bonne.
