L’un des meilleurs séjours que j’ai eu jusqu’à présent. Le personnel de l’hôtel était très serviable, en particulier le monsieur qui m’a aidé avec mes énormes bagages (la route devant l’hôtel est bloquée par des travaux de construction, donc mes bagages ne peuvent pas vraiment rejoindre la route principale). Les installations étaient toutes très propres et neuves, et la chambre était également assez insonorisée. Ce que j’aime dans cet endroit, c’est que le personnel de l’hôtel m’aide à livrer mes livraisons directement dans ma chambre, ce que j’apprécie vraiment. (La plupart des hôtels me demandent de descendre dans le hall pour récupérer moi-même les articles livrés). Dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un excellent repos ici et je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui viennent à Suzhou. Une petite suggestion : peut-être que le personnel de nettoyage peut faire le lit et ranger les serviettes lors du nettoyage de la chambre. J’ai presque pensé que ma chambre n’était pas nettoyée à mon retour dans ma chambre. À part cela, tout était parfait.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at Wopai. It was a new hotel, well decorated and high quality place. From check-in, the staff was friendly and helpful. He helped us plan the itinerary for two days. He wa very helpful and caring by offering me water as soon as he heard me coughing and unwell. The next few nights, they also helped us order food delivery from this very famous fried dumpling place. The owner was also always there to offer help and we felt home. Will definitely stay here when we are back in Suzhou again. It is a home away from home. Thank you!!
