The hotel is new + clean + modern and super close to the airport. And we love the breakfast! Small touches like a Xiaomi scale and ready-to-use adapters made it easy. And with our late check-in, they prepared the room perfectly — they did turndown service. 酒店很新～干净又现代，离机场超级近，早餐也很不错的。小米体重秤和装好的转换插头这些小细节很贴心。我们checkin很晚，但房间已经备好了夜床服务，谢谢～

Le Cairo Marriott Mena House a laissé une impression indélébile sur moi. Avec des vues étonnantes sur les Pyramides de Giza, un service indélébile et des chambres élégantes, cet hôtel 5-star a fourni une expérience vraiment inoubliable. Je le recommande vivement pour un séjour de luxe au Cairo.

Très bon hôtel, propre et bien rangé, bien situé, pas loin de l'aéroport, du marché de Khan el-Khalili et du centre commercial City Stars. La nourriture est variée et les enfants ont adoré la piscine. La station de métro est juste devant l'hôtel, la sécurité est stricte avec même des chiens de garde. Très satisfaits de notre séjour de 4 jours à cet hôtel au Caire ❤️

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

C'est à peu près la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais je vais m'en lasser après avoir mangé ce jour-là. L'hôtel est correct dans l'ensemble. La chambre est un peu petite. . C'est bien pour une personne, mais c'est un peu trop de monde pour deux personnes. Le service de la réception est franchement moyen !

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.

L'hôtel se trouve juste au bord du Nil et vous pouvez voir la vue nocturne sur le Nil à travers les fenêtres. Bien que les installations de cet hôtel ne puissent être comparées à celles des hôtels cinq étoiles en Chine, elles doivent être considérées comme bonnes en Égypte. Le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel est bon. Vous pouvez commander au restaurant de l'hôtel pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Le prix n'est pas cher et le goût est correct. Cependant, la nourriture est servie un peu lentement après la commande.

Je suis très déçue par la mauvaise surprise de Trip.com : la chambre double était en fait pour une seule personne et j'ai payé 25 USD de plus. Ce n'est pas honnête.

En gros, tout a dépassé les attentes. Il était préparé pour être un vieil hôtel, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que l'entretien soit particulièrement bon, ce qui a dépassé les attentes. Le prix est également très convenable. Je reviendrai si j'en ai l'occasion.
