La position de l'hôtel est excellente, il y a une station de chemin de fer léger au-dessous, très pratique Il n'y a que 5 minutes à pied pour les attractions célèbres du château de Wawel. L'hôtel a ouvert un nouveau mois, l'environnement intérieur est très beau et propre, le personnel de service est très amiable, il est resté seul pendant une nuit et l'air froid est cassé. Le personnel de service nous a aidé à changer la nouvelle chambre. Le climat froid de la nouvelle chambre est malheureusement aussi. Enfin, il a accepté d'ouvrir la fenêtre et de faire face au même problème en été, Ça va être plus difficile. Le petit déjeuner, chaque personne choisit un cours principal, puis le buffet bar lui-même prend des boissons et une petite quantité de nourriture, comme le yoghourt, les fruits, le pain, les œufs, les salades, etc., bon goût. La salle de sport et la sauna sont propres et élégantes, c'est un bon endroit pour se détendre. C'est une bonne expérience.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Cet hôtel a largement dépassé mes attentes ! Quelques photos suffisent pour se rendre compte de la taille de la chambre. On voit aussi que l'hôtel est tout neuf. Comme il s'agissait d'un court voyage d'affaires, je n'avais pas emporté ma brosse à dents, mon dentifrice ni mes chaussons, mais un simple coup de fil m'a permis de les recevoir en trois minutes. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyablement copieux, avec un large choix de fromages, dont du jambon espagnol ! Un seul petit-déjeuner copieux suffisait amplement pour toute la journée. La grande pelouse du parc devant l'hôtel était très agréable.

L'hôtel a dépassé nos attentes ! Chambres propres et spacieuses, personnel accueillant et emplacement idéal. L'endroit parfait pour se détendre ; nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

L'hôtel est agréable et relativement calme, et propose un petit-déjeuner copieux. Cependant, il n'est pas situé en centre-ville ; un arrêt de tramway se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Il est voisin de l'hôtel DoubleTree. Le personnel de la réception parle anglais et peut même vous aider à appeler un taxi.

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

Bel hôtel à la périphérie de Cracovie. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare, d'où 7 minutes à l'aéroport. La chambre avait de l'eau, une bouilloire, du thé et du café. A proximité, de l'autre côté de la route, McDonald's.

Hôtel très agréable avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Les repas sont très corrects. L'aire de jeu intérieure et la piscine sont des plus. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un court séjour.
