Hôtels 3 étoiles à Cracovie

Je l'ai utilisé sans interruption pendant environ une semaine. Le seul petit bémol était que les parois semblaient parfois un peu fines. S'il y avait eu un réfrigérateur, même petit, j'aurais mis encore plus d'étoiles, mais la proximité du supermarché Riddle et d'un autre magasin a compensé ce manque. C'était vraiment pratique que la glace ne fonde pas. La plupart des magasins sont fermés le dimanche, mais pas de souci. On trouve tout à la station-service Ocean, juste en face. Le transport était pratique et le voyage très confortable ♪

L'hôtel est agréable et relativement calme, et propose un petit-déjeuner copieux. Cependant, il n'est pas situé en centre-ville ; un arrêt de tramway se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Il est voisin de l'hôtel DoubleTree. Le personnel de la réception parle anglais et peut même vous aider à appeler un taxi.

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

Les points positifs. L'hôtel était moderne, bien situé par rapport à la place centrale, et les chambres étaient impeccables. Le petit-déjeuner était de bonne qualité et varié. Les points négatifs. Une femme de ménage est entrée dans ma chambre tôt le matin sans frapper. Je pense qu'elle ne s'était pas rendu compte que j'étais occupée. J'étais en sous-vêtements, dans mon lit, et donc très gênée. J'ai porté plainte, mais ma réclamation a été ignorée et je n'ai reçu aucune excuse. De la part du personnel de la réception, j'avais commandé un repas. À sa livraison par le restaurant extérieur, il a été laissé à la réception de l'hôtel. Lorsque j'ai finalement reçu un appel sur mon portable, le repas était froid et immangeable. La réceptionniste a prétendu avoir appelé ma chambre, ce qui était faux. Autre incident avec le personnel de ménage : ils ont jeté ma bouteille d'eau lors du nettoyage. J'ai demandé où elle était, et ils ont fouillé dans les sacs-poubelle. J'étais sidérée qu'ils pensent pouvoir jeter mes affaires à la poubelle. Le personnel peut se montrer brusque. Les différents services sont très cloisonnés, ce qui crée une atmosphère assez froide au sein de l'hôtel. Si l'établissement parvenait à améliorer la cohésion du personnel, l'endroit serait bien plus accueillant.

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Lift wasn’t working and had to walk up to the top floor with luggage and every time i got back to the hotel. Room was poor, being at the top floor and right next to the stair case it was the loudest spot hearing everyone on the stairs and coming from any other room, this is after me requesting a quiet room. Said a city view but had a window the size of a shoe box next to the floor, you couldn’t exactly see out. Blinds on the sky light had seen better days and there was what I belive is a bug of some sort or just something nasty on them. the room in general looked outdated and in poor shape. The staff seemed nice and helpful, I didn’t try the breakfast or visit the garden so I cannot comment.

クラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。 コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。 私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。 結果、良かったです。 因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。

It’s a quaint hotel in an old building. The decor is quite beautiful and is probably its strength in my opinion, particularly the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. The shower was very slow at draining, making a pool to stand in which wasn’t the most pleasant thing. The location is really good though if you want to be near the main city attractions.

Centrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.

AVANTAGES *Chambres spacieuses et charmantes avec salles de bain joliment rénovées. *La salle de petit-déjeuner est présentable et propose un choix assez correct. *Des bouteilles d'eau sont fournies chaque jour ; il suffit d'accrocher le panneau pour demander le nettoyage de la chambre. *L'hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à côté de la place. Il se trouve à proximité de supermarchés, restaurants, pâtisseries et boutiques de souvenirs. INCONVÉNIENTS *Les moquettes semblaient sales et usées, peu agréables à regarder, mais elles ne l'étaient pas – c'était juste une impression ! *Le principal inconvénient pour moi était le bruit. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, là où les piétons se rendent sur la place. L'hôtel avait fourni des bouchons d'oreilles, mais cela n'a rien changé. Il y avait des fêtards bruyants jusqu'à 4h30 tous les jours, puis, une fois que c'était fini, les camions de livraison et les éboueurs passaient, et c'était tout aussi bruyant ! Inutile de dire que je n'ai pas dormi une nuit complète pendant quatre nuits. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un hôtel propre et à un prix très raisonnable. Je précise que nous étions un groupe et avions réservé quatre chambres. Deux se trouvaient dans la partie calme, et les deux autres dans la partie bruyante. Toutes les chambres ne sont pas identiques. Cependant, si vous avez le sommeil lourd, cela ne vous posera pas autant de problèmes que ça n'en a été pour moi.
