UUtilisateur anonymeMy stay at Kirimaya this time means I've now experienced all three hotels in the group. Overall, the stay was good, but the room view I got was a bit disappointing. I couldn’t see much at all—no views of the sunrise, sunset, or the mountains. If you're someone who enjoys peace and quiet, it might suit you well, but for me, the lack of a scenic view was a letdown.
From what I saw while walking around, Kirimaya has several buildings. Only two of them offer views of the swimming pool, the golf course, or good landscape. Obviously, the view there is better, but those buildings may not be as quiet as the others. If you’re aiming for a good view, I’d recommend contacting the hotel staff directly to request a room with a better one.
Another downside for me was the loud noise from lawn mowing on Monday morning, just after 9am. I understand that it's a regular working time, but I had planned to sleep in and relax before checking out, so it threw off my plans a little.

JJunnie LI stayed at the pool villa but, in hindsight, would have chosen the suites in the main building instead, as they offer a better panoramic view of the mountains. The suites come with an outdoor terrace balcony that overlooks the breathtaking scenery—perfect for sipping champagne or reading a book. The villas, being at the edge of the mountain, don’t provide that same sweeping view, but the upside is the private dipping pool where you can truly swim in privacy. The villa also features a tub that opens directly to the pool, letting you soak while listening to birdsong and feeling immersed in nature.
Amenities were ample and high quality, all featuring L’Occitane products. The upkeep of the rooms was excellent—comfortable, minimal, yet luxurious. The only downside was the porch area by the private pool, where the wooden panels showed some wear and tear.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: a small buffet, but everything was high quality and tasty, with enough variety to keep it interesting for a 2night stay. The resort itself is small and compact, which adds to its charm, though it would have been even better if there was a gym (personal preference).

IInvitéWe made two bookings, and the staff took great care of us. When they saw that the elderly had trouble walking, they immediately arranged a new room on a lower floor without stairs and closer by. They were very attentive and provided excellent care. We are very impressed :)

BBearyHKHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!

UUtilisateur anonymeJ'ai toujours aimé aller en vacances dans cette montagne, je suis toujours à la recherche de bons, de haut niveau, plus de 3000 dollars après une augmentation des prix normales, vacances 5.6 1000 yuan, cette maison est très ététique, la nourriture est également très bonne, le service est très bon, l'environnement est vraiment bon, c'est que les vergers sont assez nombreux, tous les types de vergers, Il y a aussi dans la piscine, le gilet est grand, la chambre est aussi la nuit, il est recommandé de remplacer le type de chambre à ce prix. Il est très ancien, même si nous avons apporté une fois, l'hôtel tel positionnement doit toujours être attentif aux détails

IInvité- Le personnel de la réception et tous les employés, y compris le service de garde-fous et la sécurité, nous ont offert un service excellent et nous ont accueillis chaleureusement.
- Notre chambre était spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espaces utilisables, même si nous avons réservé le type de chambre le plus cher.
- Il y a beaucoup d'activités disponibles à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.
- L'hôtel est agréable pour les animaux de compagnie, ce que nous aimons absolument. ❤️😍
- En novembre, ils offrent un service « moo kata » (Thai BBQ) à partir de environ 5 h à l'avant dans le camping. La zone est propre et magnifiquement construite, avec une grande atmosphère et un service. La nourriture était délicieuse et hygiénique. Nous étions très impressionnés. ❤️
- Une chose que nous voudrions vraiment voir améliorée est la télévision en chambre. La télévision est trop vieille et il n'y a pas de télévision à Internet, de canaux câblés, ou de services de streaming en ligne disponibles. Nous ne pouvions regarder que quelques canaux locaux, qui étaient de faible qualité et très limités 😭

KKate AussieThis room at Mövenpick Khao Yai was booked for my parents, and overall the stay was positive.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice open layout, good bathroom design, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was well maintained.
Staff throughout the resort were excellent. Service was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed.
Breakfast was very good, with strong egg and noodle stations and consistent quality. The Italian restaurant on site is excellent, though on the expensive side. The pool areas are large and well kept, but there is limited shade during hot parts of the day.
The resort grounds are expansive and attractive, though this does mean a fair amount of walking if your room is located further from reception or facilities.
An important note is that a car or permanent driver is essential, as there are no nearby taxi or transport options.
Overall, this was a comfortable stay with good service and facilities, particularly suitable for families who value space and resort-style surroundings.
