Hôtels 5 étoiles à Pak Chong

I recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day. I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after. My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning. Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

Amazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

Un magnifique séjour à cet hôtel 5stat gem. Toutes les choses très propres et très utiles. Le petit déjeuner avait de nombreuses options et boissons. La chambre était grande, calme, top conçu et très soigneusement avec un petit balcon. La climatisation était facile et facile à contrôler. Les lumières étaient un peu difficiles à utiliser en raison de trop d'options. Les restaurants sont à la pointe et les produits sont très utiles. L'attraction principale de l'hôtel est la piscine oc cours, ne manquez pas l'expérience d'obtenir des photos mémorables là, ne vous inquiétez pas que c'est sûr.

Overall, this is very good hotel I would like to go back again. There are a lot of activities to do and enjoy. Staffs are welcoming and helpful. My kid loved the ceiling of the bedroom so much.

The location and scenery around Toscana Valley are absolutely beautiful — one of the highlights of our stay. The cleanliness of the room and property was excellent, and the environment felt peaceful and well-maintained. However, the service could definitely be improved. Some staff seemed overwhelmed or slow to respond, and certain requests took longer than expected. The facilities were also just okay — not bad, but not quite at the level we expected for the price and reputation of the property. Overall, it’s a great place if you want a quiet getaway with amazing views, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service and facility quality.

J'ai toujours aimé aller en vacances dans cette montagne, je suis toujours à la recherche de bons, de haut niveau, plus de 3000 dollars après une augmentation des prix normales, vacances 5.6 1000 yuan, cette maison est très ététique, la nourriture est également très bonne, le service est très bon, l'environnement est vraiment bon, c'est que les vergers sont assez nombreux, tous les types de vergers, Il y a aussi dans la piscine, le gilet est grand, la chambre est aussi la nuit, il est recommandé de remplacer le type de chambre à ce prix. Il est très ancien, même si nous avons apporté une fois, l'hôtel tel positionnement doit toujours être attentif aux détails

The resort has very nice european looks . We stayed in 2 bed room villa that comes with a kitchen. However, only 1 bed room comes with King size bed while the other room is provided with Queen size bed .. It will be good if both rooms are provided with same kings size bed as 2 couples may share the same villa and both adults couples prefer to have king size bed ..

Le restaurant lui-même était incroyable. Tout repas était exquis, et nous avons essayé une grande variété de plats et aucun d'entre eux n'a été déçu. Honnêtement, je rentrerais pour la seule expérience de manger. Cependant, après avoir visité plusieurs endroits à Khao Yai, il semble que les piscines chauffées ne sont pas courantes dans la région, donc cela pourrait être simplement une norme régionale plutôt qu'un désavantage spécifique à l'hôtel. Note neutre: Il y a assez quelques insectes autour, ce qui est parfaitement compréhensible compte tenu de l'environnement naturel, forêt. Ce n'était pas un problème pour moi, surtout parce que la salle avait des portes d'écran pour aider à garder les insectes hors de la salle, mais il pourrait être utile pour les futurs invités à être conscients.

That was one of my best moments in my life. The service and the staff are really amazing and the decorations is like Europe vibe + vintage vibe. Everything is perfect. I want to suggest to go more than one days to travel every place of hotel. And also for someone who is budget saver, I want to suggest to prepare food or something if you don’t want to take dinner from the hotel. There was no restaurant no taxi and no nothing so prepare before you go. Everything is perfect. I will go next time.
