I recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day. I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after. My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning. Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

A beautifully designed hotel with a unique train-inspired theme. The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally. The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking. Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

A magnificent stay at this 5stat gem hotel. Very clean and very helpful stuff. Breakfast had many choices and beverages. Room was large, quiet, top designed and very sunny with a small balcony. Air condition was smooth and easy to control. Lights were a bit difficult to use because of too many options. Bathroom is extremely luxury and big with everythingyou will ever need. Amenities are more than you can use and there are also complimentary drinks every day and complimentary fruits on some evenings. Restaurant is at a top category and stuff there is very helpful. The main attraction of the hotel is the pool oc course, don't miss the experience to get some memorable photos there, dont worry it's safe. I will definitely come again to MYS in the near future's

Stayed at Toscana Valley Town Square Suites and it was such a perfect getaway. Everything about this place feels luxurious—from the beautifully designed rooms to the overall atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was also a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The location and ambiance really help you slow down and recharge. It has a very peaceful and romantic vibe, which made the stay even more special. I stayed here with my boyfriend, and it honestly felt like the perfect romantic escape. Everything was just right. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing and intimate stay.

The place and the rooms were clean. We were impressed with everything, especially the activities there. We drove mini cars. Played mini golf and went horseback riding riding , it was never boring at all.

The location and scenery around Toscana Valley are absolutely beautiful — one of the highlights of our stay. The cleanliness of the room and property was excellent, and the environment felt peaceful and well-maintained. However, the service could definitely be improved. Some staff seemed overwhelmed or slow to respond, and certain requests took longer than expected. The facilities were also just okay — not bad, but not quite at the level we expected for the price and reputation of the property. Overall, it’s a great place if you want a quiet getaway with amazing views, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service and facility quality.

ประสบการณ์สำหรับที่พัก (จากประสบการณ์โดยตรงของเรา) คือ เข้าที่พักเช็คอินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เห็นห้อง สะอาด ที่สำคัญกลิ่นหอมในห้องประทับใจมากๆ ลงมาเล่นสระน้ำของ รร พอกลับขึ้นห้อง กลับพบว่าฝักบัวอาบน้ำ น้ำไหลแบบเบามากกกกๆๆๆๆ มากถึงขั้นหงุดหงิดว่าอาบน้ำจะสะอาดยังไงได้ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงานอีก !!! จึงโทรติดต่อให้ พนง เข้ามาดูให้ สรุปแก้ไขเบื้องต้นให้เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นทำงานได้ สามีกับลูกอาบน้ำเรียบร้อย หลังจากนั้นเกิดน้ำม่ายอุ่นอีกจึงเรียก พนง มาอีกรอบ เค้าเข้ามาเช็คแล้วแจ้งว่าขอไปเอาเครื่องมือมาซ่อม ทีนี้เหลือเราที่รออาบน้ำ แล้วตัวเราเปียกจึงไปนั่งรอที่ระเบียง พนง หายไปพักใหญ่มากๆ เกือบชั่วโมงได้นะ ช่วงนั้นฝนตกด้วย เรานั่งรอจนไม่ไหวที่ระเบียงมันหนาวด้วย จึงให้สามีโทรตาม พนง อีกรอบ แจ้งกลับมาว่า พนง ออกไปซื้อฝักบัว สักพัก พนง แจ้งว่าขอทำการเปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ เลยย้ายจากชั้น 5 มาชั้น 4 เราก้อยังเจอปัญหาเดิม น้ำไหลเบามากกกกกก+เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นก้อขัดข้อง เหมือนเดิมเลย ประสบการณ์โดยรวม สำหรับที่พักไม่ประทับใจ 1. เรื่องน้ำไหลเบามาก ไม่เคยไป รร ที่ไหนแล้วเจอแบบนี้มาก่อน 2. เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น (เกิดปัญหาตลอด 3 วันที่พัก) 3. อาหารเช้า จริงๆเราตามดูรีวิวใน ตต รีวิวจุดเด่นของที่นี่คือ แซลมอนเราคาดหวังมากๆที่เลือกมาที่นี่ เพราะอยากมาทานแซลมอนบุฟเฟ่จึงจองมาพัก 3วัน2คืน แต่กลับได้ เช้าวันแรก แค่ Alacarte เช้าวันที่ 2 คาดหวังบุปเฟ่แซลมอนซาชิมิ กลับได้อะรัยที่ปกติทั่วไป ไม่มีแซลมอนเลย 4. เรื่องสระน้ำ ดูตามรีวิวมาว่าสระน้ำอุ่น แต่ความเป็นจริงที่เราได้ไปใช้ ค่อนข้างเย็น ไม่ค่อยอุ่นตามที่ดูรีวิวมา อยากแจ้งให้ปรับปรุง หลักๆคือเรื่องของน้ำ อยากให้น้ำไหลได้แรงกว่านี้ ตรวจสอบห้องพักเรียบร้อยพร้อมใช้งานหรือไม่ ก่อนให้ลูกค้าเข้าพัก **โดยรวมสำหรับพนักงาน ให้การต้อนรับที่ดี พูดเพราะ ดูแลดีมากๆๆๆ มีมารยาท ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ใส่ใจลูกค้าดีค่ะ

J'ai toujours aimé aller en vacances dans cette montagne, je suis toujours à la recherche de bons, de haut niveau, plus de 3000 dollars après une augmentation des prix normales, vacances 5.6 1000 yuan, cette maison est très ététique, la nourriture est également très bonne, le service est très bon, l'environnement est vraiment bon, c'est que les vergers sont assez nombreux, tous les types de vergers, Il y a aussi dans la piscine, le gilet est grand, la chambre est aussi la nuit, il est recommandé de remplacer le type de chambre à ce prix. Il est très ancien, même si nous avons apporté une fois, l'hôtel tel positionnement doit toujours être attentif aux détails

Pros: Le personnel était très exceptionnel ! Chaque personne que nous avons rencontré était chaleureuse, attentive et s'est éloignée de leur façon de rendre notre séjour confortable. Le restaurant lui-même était incroyable. Tout repas était exquis, et nous avons essayé une grande variété de plats et aucun d'entre eux n'a été déçu. Honnêtement, je rentrerais pour la seule expérience de manger. Cependant, après avoir visité plusieurs endroits à Khao Yai, il semble que les piscines chauffées ne sont pas courantes dans la région, donc cela pourrait être simplement une norme régionale plutôt qu'un désavantage spécifique à l'hôtel. Ce n'était pas un problème pour moi, surtout parce que la salle avait des portes d'écran pour aider à garder les insectes hors de la salle, mais il pourrait être utile pour les futurs invités à être conscients.
