Hôtel spa à Pak Chong

The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

A beautifully designed hotel with a unique train-inspired theme. The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally. The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking. Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

L'hôtel est situé dans une situation tranquille et confortable. Nous avons une carte du resort, amusez-vous à vélo, jouez à badminton, et il y a beaucoup d'autres choses à faire. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment délicieux. Il est aussi un grand endroit pour rester si vous envisagez de visiter Khao Yai National Park

Stayed at Toscana Valley Town Square Suites and it was such a perfect getaway. Everything about this place feels luxurious—from the beautifully designed rooms to the overall atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was also a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The location and ambiance really help you slow down and recharge. It has a very peaceful and romantic vibe, which made the stay even more special. I stayed here with my boyfriend, and it honestly felt like the perfect romantic escape. Everything was just right. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing and intimate stay.

Nice local place. It’s under renovation the area for the fish pond. It should be nice after finish.

ประสบการณ์สำหรับที่พัก (จากประสบการณ์โดยตรงของเรา) คือ เข้าที่พักเช็คอินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เห็นห้อง สะอาด ที่สำคัญกลิ่นหอมในห้องประทับใจมากๆ ลงมาเล่นสระน้ำของ รร พอกลับขึ้นห้อง กลับพบว่าฝักบัวอาบน้ำ น้ำไหลแบบเบามากกกกๆๆๆๆ มากถึงขั้นหงุดหงิดว่าอาบน้ำจะสะอาดยังไงได้ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงานอีก !!! จึงโทรติดต่อให้ พนง เข้ามาดูให้ สรุปแก้ไขเบื้องต้นให้เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นทำงานได้ สามีกับลูกอาบน้ำเรียบร้อย หลังจากนั้นเกิดน้ำม่ายอุ่นอีกจึงเรียก พนง มาอีกรอบ เค้าเข้ามาเช็คแล้วแจ้งว่าขอไปเอาเครื่องมือมาซ่อม ทีนี้เหลือเราที่รออาบน้ำ แล้วตัวเราเปียกจึงไปนั่งรอที่ระเบียง พนง หายไปพักใหญ่มากๆ เกือบชั่วโมงได้นะ ช่วงนั้นฝนตกด้วย เรานั่งรอจนไม่ไหวที่ระเบียงมันหนาวด้วย จึงให้สามีโทรตาม พนง อีกรอบ แจ้งกลับมาว่า พนง ออกไปซื้อฝักบัว สักพัก พนง แจ้งว่าขอทำการเปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ เลยย้ายจากชั้น 5 มาชั้น 4 เราก้อยังเจอปัญหาเดิม น้ำไหลเบามากกกกกก+เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นก้อขัดข้อง เหมือนเดิมเลย ประสบการณ์โดยรวม สำหรับที่พักไม่ประทับใจ 1. เรื่องน้ำไหลเบามาก ไม่เคยไป รร ที่ไหนแล้วเจอแบบนี้มาก่อน 2. เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น (เกิดปัญหาตลอด 3 วันที่พัก) 3. อาหารเช้า จริงๆเราตามดูรีวิวใน ตต รีวิวจุดเด่นของที่นี่คือ แซลมอนเราคาดหวังมากๆที่เลือกมาที่นี่ เพราะอยากมาทานแซลมอนบุฟเฟ่จึงจองมาพัก 3วัน2คืน แต่กลับได้ เช้าวันแรก แค่ Alacarte เช้าวันที่ 2 คาดหวังบุปเฟ่แซลมอนซาชิมิ กลับได้อะรัยที่ปกติทั่วไป ไม่มีแซลมอนเลย 4. เรื่องสระน้ำ ดูตามรีวิวมาว่าสระน้ำอุ่น แต่ความเป็นจริงที่เราได้ไปใช้ ค่อนข้างเย็น ไม่ค่อยอุ่นตามที่ดูรีวิวมา อยากแจ้งให้ปรับปรุง หลักๆคือเรื่องของน้ำ อยากให้น้ำไหลได้แรงกว่านี้ ตรวจสอบห้องพักเรียบร้อยพร้อมใช้งานหรือไม่ ก่อนให้ลูกค้าเข้าพัก **โดยรวมสำหรับพนักงาน ให้การต้อนรับที่ดี พูดเพราะ ดูแลดีมากๆๆๆ มีมารยาท ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ใส่ใจลูกค้าดีค่ะ

Beyond our expectation. Very well maintained and isnt afraid to give any extra services to customers. Highly recommended.

Pros: Le personnel était très exceptionnel ! Chaque personne que nous avons rencontré était chaleureuse, attentive et s'est éloignée de leur façon de rendre notre séjour confortable. Le restaurant lui-même était incroyable. Tout repas était exquis, et nous avons essayé une grande variété de plats et aucun d'entre eux n'a été déçu. Honnêtement, je rentrerais pour la seule expérience de manger. Je suis extrêmement sensible à la poussière, donc je tends à vérifier ces détails plus attentivement et à me nettoyer partout où je visite, mais les cobwebs et le accumulation étaient un peu plus que je ne l'attendais. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'activités disponibles à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, et les piscines étaient non chauffées qui se sentaient inhabituelles en raison du climat plus froid. Cependant, après avoir visité plusieurs endroits à Khao Yai, il semble que les piscines chauffées ne sont pas courantes dans la région, donc cela pourrait être simplement une norme régionale plutôt qu'un désavantage spécifique à l'hôtel. Note neutre: Il y a assez quelques insectes autour, ce qui est parfaitement compréhensible compte tenu de l'environnement naturel, forêt. Ce n'était pas un problème pour moi, surtout parce que la salle avait des portes d'écran pour aider à garder les insectes hors de la salle, mais il pourrait être utile pour les futurs invités à être conscients.

The hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable. However, we couldn’t stay outside at night due to the local farmers burning crops. The air quality was so bad it was burning our eyes. Not a good location
