Expérience d'arrivée: Les clients notent souvent l'utilité du personnel de réception qui fournit une ”guide complète” de la propriété massive (qui vous aurez besoin, car il est facile de perdre).Le Vibe: Le dîner ici se sent très ”culture européenne du café”, surtout les soirs où les lumières arrivent et la température tombe.

The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Our first visit to Khao Yai couldn't have been better. Lacol Khao Yai is incredibly convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was absolutely fantastic. We loved the refreshing atmosphere and the full range of amenities provided.

Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. a soft, comfortable mattress and plush pillows—a dream for a restful night 🛌. Il est très confortable et confortable. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien entretenue, avec un lit confortable qui m'a aidé à dormir bien. Le petit déjeuner a été très varié de plats thaïlandais et internationaux, la qualité était meilleure que prévu. L'une de mes parties préférées était la piscine, qui a une belle atmosphère et une vue magnifique de la nature. Dans l'ensemble, dusitD2 Khao Yai offre un séjour confortable avec un service très bon et un environnement relaxant.

Well I have some observations on this staycation that I will explain here in two ways. Pros: 1. Excellent natural view compared to the other resorts . 2. Lots of things to do, sunbathing, swimming, playing etc 3. Superb for children to aged people 4. Up to date television including all features like Apple TV, Netflix etc 5. Varieties of breakfast options Corns: 1. Slow service 2. Lack of amenities compared to prices

Pros: Le personnel était très exceptionnel ! Chaque personne que nous avons rencontré était chaleureuse, attentive et s'est éloignée de leur façon de rendre notre séjour confortable. Le restaurant lui-même était incroyable. Tout repas était exquis, et nous avons essayé une grande variété de plats et aucun d'entre eux n'a été déçu. Honnêtement, je rentrerais pour la seule expérience de manger. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'activités disponibles à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, et les piscines étaient non chauffées qui se sentaient inhabituelles en raison du climat plus froid. Cependant, après avoir visité plusieurs endroits à Khao Yai, il semble que les piscines chauffées ne sont pas courantes dans la région, donc cela pourrait être simplement une norme régionale plutôt qu'un désavantage spécifique à l'hôtel. Note neutre: Il y a assez quelques insectes autour, ce qui est parfaitement compréhensible compte tenu de l'environnement naturel, forêt. Ce n'était pas un problème pour moi, surtout parce que la salle avait des portes d'écran pour aider à garder les insectes hors de la salle, mais il pourrait être utile pour les futurs invités à être conscients.

Nous sommes à la maison dans le dos de la maison marocaine 1, style marocaine, couleur orange claire, prendre des photos magnifiques. The camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.

チェックインロビーのある建物から泊まったお部屋は離れていましたが、専用カートで送迎有。宿泊した建物の横に無料駐車場もあり便利でした。チェックイン時に雷雨だったので、プールやキッズスペース(屋外遊具)では遊べませんでした。ベランダは広く、景観も最高。ハンガー有。ドライヤー有。歯ブラシ無し。ボディソープ、石鹸、シャンプー有。綿棒、ティッシュ有。冷蔵庫の飲み物無料(ビアシン２缶、水４瓶、ストロベリーソーダ２本)お菓子無料(ピーナッツ、チョコ、ポテトチップス)夕食は、ルームサービス(ホテル公式LINEで注文可(別料金)。朝食は、敷地内のレストラン。朝送迎のカート有。駐車場に自転車もあったので、自力でも行けるが、朝食時間の予約は必要。メニューは洋式。キッズにはパンとオレンジジュースのサービス有。タイ式のお粥も付きます。寝室のベッドは軽い(すぐ動かせるが、安定感が無い)簡易キッチン付きだか、調理用器具や食器が無いのでただの飾り。
