Avis : Hotel PEN Mutiara

Ne le faites surtout pas ! Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit, et c'était la nuit de trop… la chambre est envahie de moisissures, il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner sur place, pas d'endroit pour le prendre jusqu'à 11 heures du matin, et la piscine est un véritable chantier. La chambre n'était pas vraiment bon marché, alors je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils ne font pas plus d'efforts pour l'entretenir. Vraiment décevant.

A short stay, the hotel is still under renovation..broken lamp & exhaust fan in the bathroom....room is spacious but unfortunately no view...staff at receptionist need to improve a lot...no towel provided at pool area, soo funny...

Room is good, location is not in city area, there is a mall beside the hotel that have some restaurants for food

Good place to stay but a bit hard to find bfast place around the hotel. You have to walk a bit if you do not have car

Good for business stay. Easy to access from major road. Parking also plenty.

We came on the day when there was water supply issue. Initially no water as the area tank is turned off 8pm. Reception did not inform us. Complained to another reception staff and they offered to give bottled water. Thank you. Water came back at about 11pm and water was back thankfully. Also, I booked room with window but it turns out no triple room that have window.

The level of service was outstanding. Everything favourable.Extremely happy with the service.

The check in and check out process were really easy and fast, room is spacious, clean and we really like the bed. its king size with fluffy pillow. all basic amenities were provided, iron, hair dryer, sejadah, toothbrush set, drinking water, fridge, kettle. the pool can be better maintained, but my kids have lots of fun playing in the pool with playground in it. Overall, nice stay, not much to complain. There's a restaurant downstairs but better check the price before entering. Maybe just a little improvement on the housekeeping. we book the room for 2 night and went out, no housekeeping were sent to change the towel, empty the trash bin, refill drinking water, shower foam etc. Need to call and ask (bdway, there's no phone in the room). my suggestion is to put a sign so that the housekeeping know which room need to be tidy up etc.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and all the facilities provided by the staff.
