This was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered  Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.

HIGHLY recommandé pour la propreté, l'emplacement et la valeur pour l'argent. Le lit et les pièges sont si confortables! La meilleure partie de l'hôtel est leur personnel. Recherchez M. Zaid. Il est un hôte gracieux et merveilleux! Je suis venue voir les chambres une semaine avant le check-in et M. Zaid nous a montré quelques chambres. Le jour du check-in, la carte de crédit de mon ami a été refusée, mais M. Zaid nous a permis de vérifier en tout cas et nous a dit que nous pouvions payer plus tard. Il nous a même offert un parking gratuit tout au long de notre séjour! Tout au long de notre séjour, toujours souriant et vraiment juste une personne agréable à rencontrer! Lorsque nous sommes revenus après le dîner, nous avons réalisé que la chambre n'avait pas de pantalons de chambre. Je suis allé au bureau de front pour demander et le gentleman y a pardonné parce qu'ils ont couru de la fourniture. Cependant, il n'y a pas arrêté. Au lieu de cela, il a cherché une chambre sans occupation par chambre pour voir s'il y avait des suppléments. Pour RM100+ par nuit, vous aurez une chambre d'hôtel dégustée avec des équipements complets tels que la télévision, les brosses dentaires, l'eau bouteille, le café, l'échantillon de cheveux. L'Eureka vous offre un hébergement chaud et froid, un fer et un bord de fer. Vous aurez le chauffage d'un séjour à la maison et le sentiment d'un hôtel. Je recommanderai totalement cet hôtel à tous mes amis! Merci M. Zaid et à l'équipe!

The check-in at the ground office was fast. Our stay was complemented with free upgrade to family suite. Our room situated in between offices so need to find according to the unit number. The room was spacious, the air conditioner worked perfectly given the area quite large. Toilet was okay. The rest was perfect. My kids were happy and i’m satisfied too given the price for area of room compared to other hotels nearby. At ground floor there’s a hipster breakfast restaurant named Bekai. Abit pricey but taste was on par

J'aime les hôtels budgets... J'ai été à beaucoup d'entre eux et je connais l'attente quand je reste dans ce type d'hébergement. À bon marché, les équipements de base, pas de frills concept. Cependant Hotel Seri Malaysia Pulau Pinang juste définir de nouvelles normes de la façon dont un hôtel ne devrait pas être. Je suis resté avec eux il y a quelques années et je sais combien leurs services sont mauvais, mais après plusieurs années, ils pourraient envisager d'améliorer un peu, mais ils me prouvent mal. Les clients de la comptoir (eau chaude, nettoyage, etc.) ont dit qu'il était peut-être parce que bg fussy. J'ai la 3ème chambre qui n'est pas un problème sans ascenseur. La chambre est ok, mais le climatisation est peu fiable. Le contrôle de température ne fonctionne pas vraiment. Le petit-déjeuner buffet n'est rien de spécial avec une diffusion limitée. J'ai vu quelques touristes apporter leur propre nourriture. Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais j'ai supposé que les choix de F&B ne suffisaient pas pour eux. Et le siège est si limité. Je sais que c'est une session de vacances scolaire, mais quand les clients sont à la main pendant 10 minutes avec de la nourriture et personne ne donne même pas un putain de merde, c'est intolérable. Je demande un conteneur pour moi de prendre la nourriture, mais comme si elles s'occupent. Hotel Seri Malaysia ... Si vous lisez cette évaluation, bien, faites quelque chose pour votre propre bien. Pour moi, plus de Seri Malaysia jamais. Pour être honnête, je suis honnête qu'ils ont la Malaysia dans leur marque. Veuillez changer d'autre nom

Réservation d'une dernière minute à cet hôtel; pour un séjour d'une nuit. Arrivée dans la soirée; oui, ils annoncent les chambres prêtes. Personnel décent. Bon lobby de taille. La chambre a les chambres au 3ème étage. Il y a un ascenseur; si facile à monter. Petite chambre. L'hôtel est très bon pour les toilettes. L'asile était superbe; fluffy et frais. Bonne douche chaude avec bonne pression d'eau. Juste la climatisation n'était pas si froide. Il est facile de se déplacer autour avec Grab. Il y a beaucoup de magasin de nourriture à proximité. En général, cet endroit est décent si vous avez des choses à faire dans la région de Bayan ou de l'aéroport.

Nice hotel and very suitable for those who taking flight to their destination. Ample parking space and very friendly staffs. It is around 3 min to the airport therefore will recommend on this basis and also economical.
