Let me start off by saying: if you are looking for a nice area for walking and cycling, this hotel may be worth it. The surrounding woods are quite nice. Other than that, don't expect much. As others have already mentioned, it's not a typical hotel but more of an outdated holiday resort. It's not even close to being worth 4 stars. There are two rooms per building, using the same main entrance, and you have to pay extra if you want the ground level room - which is apparently also the only one with a kettle and coffee machine. The stairs to the first-floor hotel room are quite steep and not accessible to everyone. The vibe it gave was 'sleeping over in your 70-year-old uncle/grandpa's attic'. The rooms are very old-fashioned, with no clock, an old radio you can't plug in because of the lack of outlets, and a bit of a musty smell. The 'two-person bed' is just two single beds pushed together, so if you want to be intimate with your partner or just sleep close together you will most definitely end up in the gap in between. The beds don't sleep great, either. There is no airconditioning so it gets quite hot in the summer with no way of cooling down, and the wifi is not too stable. There is also some mould in the shower, as well as rust, and the window in the bathroom does not open. The toilet sometimes refused to flush properly. Breakfast was standard, don't expect any vegan options except for bread and peanut butter. You are allowed to take some stuff for lunch, though, which is nice. There is no fridge in your room however, so keeping things cool is not an option. Also bring your own cutlery, plate & cup if you plan on buying breakfast/lunch at a local supermarket, because the room only comes with two plastic-lined paper cups. There is only one vegetarian main course on the restaurant menu, but the chef was very kind and made the vegetarian lunch options dinner-sized for us. Vegan would definitely be impossible, though. The restaurant and pool are also not that easily accessible for people in a wheelchair or with a walking impairment. Definitely get some sort of voucher or discount deal, otherwise the prices are way too high for what you get. You're not allowed to order food from Thuisbezorgd etc. The pool is... well, it's not much. It's small but barely anyone goes for a swim there, so chances are you will have it all to yourself. Bring something like a diving game or a ball if you want to have anything fun to do. The showers don't really work and half of them only have cold water. There is a tennis court but it will cost about 12 euros per hour to use it, and the 'sports fields' that are on the map they give you have become overgrown and cannot be used. You're not allowed to park your bike next to/close to your building but there is an old shed-like building in which you can store your bike. Vous voyez ici et là des dommages aux portes et bureau de roulements dont il y a des peintures, mais en général, il n'est pas vraiment évident et n'était pas dérangé pour moi. La chambre n'est pas très grande, les installations sont relativement nouvelles, la décoration est relativement personnalisée et le parking est très gratuit. Il semble que de nombreux professionnels séjournent ici, il y a un bureau au premier étage, à payer. L'hôtel est à 200 mètres de Danlaw. L'eau du capuchon de toilette peut être boit directement.

Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La salle de bain était belle, bien que ce n'était pas le plus propre - assez propre mais peu de choses comme des petits points de moule sur le silicone et très décolorés grouding sont des choses que je remarque, car je passe beaucoup de temps dans les hôtels! Ils m'ont laissé seulement 10 feuilles de papier loo, mais ils l'ont rempli le lendemain. Le petit déjeuner était bon et ce qui aurait été prévu - le toast a bien fonctionné (pour une fois, beaucoup ne sont pas), et c'était un séjour agréable et peut-être si j'avais une chambre plus moderne, il aurait été 4 étoiles.

Well priced hotel with everything you need for short stay. Breakfast included, rooms clean and well presented. We were extremely lucky with our manager (Teo) who could not do enough to make our stay so memorable. This hotel is no designed for a long romantic stay but excellent if you want a clean, well priced hotel with good access the Deventer.

The pictures look great and the location is very rural, if you are looking for a stay near the Veluwe. Checkin was 3pm and we showed up that time with nobody at the reception area desk. We waited for a person to check us in and finally a lady showed up and told us that there were others in front of us and pointed to people seated. After awhile another person showed up and they checked us in. It is a mystery to me why they could not check us in and provided the key when the room was ready. Seems very petty and not customer friendly. We paid for an upgraded room and it had a small bedroom and large sitting area. No refrigerator but there was a teakettle etc. The housekeeping crew had not done a very good job as it was still a bit dirty, no soap anywhere, just two little thin towels and no shampoo. Usually most of these places have large bottles now but they did not. The room was cold and we tried to turn the heat on but it did not seem to work. There is no airconditioner. We notified the front desk and they said they would take care of it. When we returned the room was even colder, heat did not work, no soap but we did have some more towels. I tried to call, but the phone did not work. Went downstairs and waited for the front desk person. It seems there are shorthanded and when the person has to do an errand, there is no one around. The same person who I talked to before, showed up and brought some soap and shampoo and said he had turned on the heat. Unfortunately, it did not work. No one around to fix it. He gave us some blankets. The night was cold as the heat never did work. I asked the front desk about it the next day and they indicated the main office was the one to complaint to. I emailed them and have not heard back. The bar is nice with good but a bit expensive drinks. The restaurant had some interesting specials for dinner (which we did not have) but the breakfast buffet was not elaborate but nice. Parking is ample in various lots around the estate. There is another really nice restaurant nearby called the Peerdestal. Great for a nice fancy dinner out, but reservations are definitely recommended.

La chambre n°6 dans laquelle j'habite est de style QR code, et la chambre n°27 est de style tissage. L'emplacement est également pratique, non loin du centre-ville Les installations sont également complètes et l'environnement est propre. Les autres demoiselles sont très enthousiastes et patientes. Bilderberg Hotel De Keizerskroon is a wonderful newly renovated hotel with alot of history. Very professional,friendly,accomodating staff and the restaurant is definitely one you should not miss. The hotel is right next to the palace ”Het Loo” and close to many other attractions in Apeldoorn and other nearby villages. They also have a nice size heated pool.Definitely a place I would recommend.
