Nice location and great value. My own room and my friends’ are close to each other and even could be entered just through the door inside. Overall 5 out of 5.

Perfect location, just 3-5 minutes walking distance to Coach & Metro station, and many supermarkets and restaurants around; friendly staff, bright and clean room, recommended strongly.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Went for an overnight stay in the city and was totally ruined by 3 clowns (2 and on reception and 1 in the bar) working in this hotel. We went back to the hotel at 11.55pm to get a couple of drinks before bed. Was refused service and told the bar was closed although 2 other customers had got served just before went in. Reception said bar had nothing to do with them, so ended up checking welcome pack and bar hours stated it was supposed to be open to 1am, I went back to reception with the welcome sheet and they still refused to serve us. To make things even worse, for a so called 4*hotel there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room so we had nothing to drink until breakfast the next day. Will be in touch with trading standards on Monday. Search around, you will get a far better hotel for the price and avoid this place. I have attached a copy of the bar hours from the welcome pack.

Great location for Belfast city centre. Immaculate rooms and plenty of room.
Exceptional front of house staff, nothing was any bother at all! Will Definitely recommend the Holiday Inn to friends

El hotel esta justo al lado de la estación de autobuses que conecta con el aeropuerto internacional de Belfast. Además esta situado a 5 minutos andando del centro de Belfast y toda su zona comercial. El personal de recepción es muy agradable en todo momento y te explican todo muy bien en el check-in. El servicio de habitaciones hace muy bien su trabajo. El servicio de desayuno es muy completo y variado. Tienes desayuno inglés, americano o europeo.
Con respecto a las instalaciones destacaría algún que otro desperfecto sin importancia ademas de ser un poco laberíntico todo.
Por lo general sería un hotel al que volvería sin dudarlo.

The hotel will never open the heat, even though I required them open, they will close it secretly at midnight. And in the morning I was freezing to death…. And I asked them to open again, every time they used the excuse I didn’t put the card in, but I never touched it.

It's located near the bus centre which is very convenient and there's a tesco express around 5 minutes away. The room is lovely and the staff were friendly although there was a minor altercation with one of the housecleaning ladies. Overall, it was a very pleasurable stay.
