Great place to stay very clean and the sea view amazing .. little bit far from downtown but its good for relaxing quiet area I recommend..

The perfect place to stay during our holiday! We’d booked a 2 bedroom waterfront apartment and as soon as we walked in our jaws dropped, and then dropped again when we woke up and saw the ocean off the balcony. Just a stunning location and really puts you in holiday mode. Had great facilities, did multiple loads of laundry and dishes, and the pool and spa were used multiple times too! The beds were so comfy and we weren’t lacking in bedding or pillows or anything. The staff (especially Cassie) were lovely and very helpful. Our daughter even lost a much loved bracelet and the amazing housekeeper made sure she got it back. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a beautiful apartment in a beautiful building. Lovely views to the water. Enormous balcony and comfortable apartment. There is a pool that can be used by visitors. Apartment has all the facilities you would need. Helpful staff at the desk.

1 star because negative isn’t an option. Pervious guests poo in the toilet, when to use the bathroom after checking in and saw pop left in the toilet, making you question if the room has been cleaned. Blind broke. Extraction fans in kitchen and bathroom don’t work. No phone provided in the room or reception. All websites say this place has free wifi, it doesn’t. We were given 8gb for a 15day stay, we asked for more wifi after it expired and was told to read a book by the manager at reception. Though it states online free, and 500mb per day provided. The man on reception made a derogatory comment about mine and my sisters body, asking us how we keep such amazing figures. We booked for 2 beds and were given a bed and a fold out couch. In the pool area the toilet looks as if it has never been cleaned (photo attached). Bugs left on the doors slider. The oven has no instructions on the front to tell you what dial does what. Checked the dryer to find the lint trap filled with white lint indicating that the bed sheets and towels are dried in the apartment. We paid well over 3k to stay here for 15days and this hasn’t lived up to the photos online. We booked because it says ocean view/beach front yet our hovel looks out to the neighbours house into their room. Nothing about our apartment looks anything like the photos online. The bathroom is growing black mould In almost all the silicone, and the bath has weird stains on it. The sink doesn’t look to have ever been cleaned either, You leave the bathroom feeling more disgusting then before you went in. Given 2 toilet rolls for 8 days. Apartment isn’t serviced for 8days and if you ask for anything before then you’re charged. The live in residents don’t follow the outlines rules. The resident living next to our apartment had a loud party on Saturday night with a sub woofer and loud “music” if you can call it that. Can’t call the number to advise the manager as there’s no phone and I’m travelling from over seas and can’t use my phone to make calls. If I could change staying here I would. It’s been the worst place in the Gold Coast I’ve ever stayed. 100% would not recommend to anyone.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable 9 night stay here. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and was completely surprised at how nice it was. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming, check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. Our apartment was facing the Broadwater with fantastic views, a huge balcony to sit and enjoy the sunset and watch the boats go by. The apartment was beautifully furnished and super clean. We couldn't have asked for anything better than what we got. Walking distance there are multiple dining options, Kokonut Willy's at the Grand Hotel was great. Several playgrounds for children and in warmer months the lagoon is a beautiful place to swim and have picnics. Highly recommend booking a room here!

I write this review with a very heavy heart. I have been returning to Silvershore Apartments for the past 7 years, almost every year. Over time my family and I started to feel as though our value for money was not what it once was at this location. The rooms are beginning to look tired and untidy. I hope that others enjoy their time here, however our final thoughts were that Silvershore should focus on some room updates and less capitalizing on the perfect view.

Beautiful Apartments had a wonderful stay, the pool was just awesome and I can not wait to come back. I loved the views of the sea and the beach footpath watching people run and walk was inspiring you couldn't help but head outside and walk on the footpath especially because the weather was so beautiful.
