Hôtels 4 étoiles à Bournemouth

We enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent. Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep. Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice. We had tea and cake provided which was very nice. Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good. I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition. Most staff efficient but not overly friendly. Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space. Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis. Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area. Would stay again for sure.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel spécifiquement pour les installations spa essentiellement la piscine jacuzzi mais cela était hors d'ordre avant d'y arriver et nous n'avons pas été informés de cela sinon nous aurions réservé ailleurs et il n'a pas été réparé pour notre séjour entier. La piscine était décente mais pas la plus propre, comme je me sentais de la poussière en bassin. La dernière nuit, nous étions sortis d'eau et ma femme est enceinte, donc je suis allé au portier de nuit et j'ai demandé une bouteille d'eau qu'ils fournissent tous les jours complimentaires mais il a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas me donner une et il pouvait vendre une du bar, que j'ai La chambre n'avait pas de réfrigérateur, nous ne pouvions pas acheter de l'eau et la garder au froid. Le parking était de 10 livres par jour, ce qui devrait être inclus dans le séjour. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable, mais je me tournerais probablement ailleurs la prochaine fois.

Upon checking in was told breakfast is till 10 am Next day in the morning was coming to have breakfast with kids at 9:40 apparently too late. Went back to the reception they said oh sorry it’s open till 10 am on weekends. Left with 2 kids without breakfast and no complimentary was offered considering misleading information from the receptionist on check in. We travelled on hottest day by train with delayed service 4 hours to get here. Also, felt intimidated by pool staff teice on 2 different days asking me who I am and are we were guests ?:( seriously? Did they think I just walked in randomly from the street? Shocking! Me and my two kids felt unwelcome and placed in embarrassment in front of others because I had to verify that I am guest and I had paid to be here:( that’s not 4 stars customer service! I travel around the world but here felt either ****** or discrimination not sure what it was felt odd. Had to book another hotel because didn’t like the whole experience and attitude from the staff! Also their spa and indoor pool is actually in the other hotel next by. Which was odd we never made as didn’t want to move around from one building to another for spa. Receptionist were abrupt and couldn’t be bothered to spare simple smile. Not happy at all. Bathrooms shower it terrible no power couldn’t even wash my hair off the soap. Basically not recommend due to these issues I had experienced.

We have just come back from a lovely weekend stay at the Marsham. The outdoor pool was a highlight, clean, warm and hours of fun! It was also a sun trap so lovely to sit around too. Literally 5 min to the beach and another 5 to pavilion gardens, a fab location too. In addition the staff were all lovely and helpful- they were smiley and happy to be there, which makes such a difference when you’re away (Odelia at the bar and the man who checked us in on Friday afternoon, we’re especially lovely. Also the hotel had a lovely mix of ages, families and couples- the accessibility features for everyone were amazing- such an inclusive place. Thank you for making our weekend so lovely!

Spent a lovely 2 night break away with friend’s , we stayed in the lodge . I had a Single room which had a double bed so that made my day and it had a walk in shower. Breakfast was good with a great choice and we used the Swimming pool and jacuzzi which was wonderful . We will definitely be back , good location a short walk into Bournemouth , hilly on return but we got a taxi for £5 . Bus stop at the end of the road if needed overall a very relaxing break

Le hotel est très confortable et confortable. Le personnel était très aimable, attentif, professionnel et toujours souriant, ce qui a fait vraiment une différence. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et servi dans un magnifique restaurant en bas, ce qui permet de commencer parfait pour le jour. Recommander et resteraient certainement à nouveau ! Dijana

L'hôtel est assez vieux, il n'est pas nouveau et les équipements ne sont pas bons à tout ils ne sont pas de soaps certains de la chambre chauffe-eau ne fonctionne pas nous avons dû changer trois chambres parce qu'ils étaient de nombreux problèmes qui se déroulaient mais le service était bon mais pas la valeur du prix

Le salon est situé dans une zone de 2 étoiles, le centre de la ville est situé dans une zone de 2 étoiles. La chambre était tellement petite. Pas de téléphone dans la chambre. Je suis handicapé et était au premier étage, pas de levage à ce étage. Ils ne s'occupent pas des personnes handicapées et il y a beaucoup de pas. Le lieu était chaud, il fallait peindre partout. La table et les chaises en dehors du soleil avaient pris La chambre était propre et la salle de bains était ok. Le lieu a besoin d'une rénovation totale. Très déçu que j'ai séjourné pour une seule nuit et il a coûté 85.74 euros. Je suis resté pour 6 nuits à un autre hôtel à Camborne et seulement payé £300 pour 6 La nuit était 3 étoiles et incluait un petit déjeuner en anglais complet. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et très confortable.
