IInvitéThis is my second stay at this hotel. I am a professional dancer and every year there is a major competition held in Bournemouth, and to be honest, Hilton is one of the most closest hotels to the place of competition, which was the main reason to stay there. But, as last year, as this year, the stay didn’t leave a good impression. Last year my Gucci T-shirt was stolen by the housekeepers (it was lying in my suitcase) and the hotel didn’t compensate it in any way. This year, while doing the check-out, the lady at the reception wanted to charge extra money from me. I had breakfasts included, but she told me the opposite was showing in her screen. When I asked her to show her screen, she refused, saying that “oh it’s a mistake, sorry”. Then she said that I have other things to pay and I couldn’t understand what, as we never ate at the hotel during the day, didn’t use mini bar (which wasn’t even filled up), didn’t use spa, basically nothing. She was trying to find out what shall I pay for about 10 minutes. When I told her I’m late to the airport, she said everything is fine and I can go.
These situations with payments and money completely ruined everything and my opinion about the hotel. I won’t come back for sure.
About the food: there is basically nothing to eat. Sausages, bacon, eggs, harshbrowns, beans and some vegetables which look green.
Service: cleaning may be way better. We had plenty of trash in our room such as bottles, cans, empty bags which have been with us for the whole week of our stay and were never thrown away. The first few days the towels were changed, while after that they weren’t even lifted up from the floor.
I was staying with my friend and we occasionally ordered food. I have asked at the reception for two forks four times, but I was totally ignored. On the 5th time, when I was screaming, they finally brought the forks. Same with glasses: I’ve asked for 4 glasses, but have never seen them))
The overall feeling of the stay is absolutely negative, as it’s basically just a place for sleep without any good services. For the money it costs it’s absolutely not worth it.

Séjour agréable à Hampton. Super personnel, sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner avec des stations chaudes. Chambres propres. À quelques pas du centre international de Bournemouth. L'emplacement est sur une colline, il faut donc grimper quotidiennement. J'envisagerais certainement de revenir ici.

IInvitéStunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

KKINDENEH KifleWe had a three-night stay and overall enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, although a bit small. There was only a kettle provided for tea, but considering the price, it offered good value for money.
The location is excellent — very close to the beach, with a short pathway directly in front of the hotel that takes less than five minutes to reach the shore. It’s also within walking distance to the town and there’s a beautiful park just across the pier, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast was good, though it was the same each day. We stayed in a family room that was very clean and tidy, but it lacked space for seating — there was only one chair, which was a little inconvenient for us as a family.
Apart from that, we were happy with our stay. The location and cleanliness made it a pleasant experience, and we would consider returning in the future.

IInvitéIt was very nice the rooms were clean and the beach was very close.The staff was very kind and nice,I would definitely book again i am very pleased with this hotel my kids also loved this hotel more than me. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others. However I would say if there is a family you book the rooms near each other in advance. Overall my whole family loved this hotel.

IInvitéCet hôtel était idéal pour rendre visite à de la famille qui vit à Bournemouth, notre chambre était propre et bien rangée et le personnel était très serviable, la seule chose qui m'a déçu et j'aurais donné des notes plus élevées, c'est que nous n'avons jamais eu le service de chambre. pendant les 3 jours que nous avons passés là-bas, je travaille dans cette industrie et je sais que les chambres doivent être nettoyées même si on frappe à la porte et demande si quelque chose est nécessaire, etc., mais l'hôtel est agréable, surtout avec la piscine et la salle de jeux.

La plage est juste devant vous et la vue est superbe. Le personnel est également très serviable. Il y a des piscines extérieures et intérieures (la piscine intérieure est chauffée) et des boissons sont disponibles au bar. Si vous ne demandez pas le nettoyage de la chambre et utilisez simplement les serviettes, etc., vous recevrez un bon pour une boisson. J'ai pu passer un moment de détente.

Le personnel était très poli, la chambre était vieille mais propre et fonctionnelle. On nous a dit que la piscine était ouverte toute la journée jusqu'à 21 heures, mais nous y sommes allés et il y avait des cours de natation.
