I stayed in this apartment for an extended period, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, well-maintained, and fully furnished with everything I needed for a long-term stay — including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, ample storage, and a washer/dryer which made things super convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for working remotely, and the neighborhood was safe, peaceful, and had all the essentials nearby — grocery stores, cafes, public transportation, and even some great local spots to explore. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place for a long-term visit!

The bed smelled of vomit and the tv in the bathroom sound wasn’t working. we messaged them in order to ask if there was a chance to fix it and all we got back was a “ it just plays up sometimes sorry” and nothing done about it. we also had to pay £100 deposit on top of the price we payed for the night and knew nothing about this till we arrived.

We wanted a nice place to stop for the weekend as we was attending a wedding. We loved the room it was lit with LED when we arrived which was fully adjustable. Very clean and everything you need for a nice getaway. Comfortable bed. The only issue was a few people coming and going making a bit of noise but this isn’t the fault of the owners. We will stop again for sure

Great place to stay at, the bed was very comfy, kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom had everything you need (toothbrushes, toothpaste etc…) and the jacuzzi bath spot on. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Bradford. We definitely will be back again soon.

Lovely get away ,it was so relaxing and we both really enjoyed the jet bath , would 100% go back and recommend to family and friends , it was also very close to shops and a local Asda which was a 10 min walk or 2 mins drive , really enjoyed that you could control the heating as we went when it was snowing so it was lovely and warm

So beautiful and clean. I chose the bronze package onto my booking and it was stunning with the rose petals and heart balloons, gave it that extra special touch. Had such a lovely chilled night away with my partner. Would definitely go back again.

It was really good experience staying there, will possibly book in the future, everything was clean and tidy, and organised well. Everything worked and provide as it should, order stayed in contact, and even provided over night parking

Great apartment, clean stylish and spacious. Great owner that communicates well. x Quite easy to find and quick process when checking in too. Overall a great experience and would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

Positives: - Good sized whirlpool bath - Smart TV with Netflix - Clean and good sized apartment - Easy to find the suites - Pretty quiet residential neighbourhood - Off-street parking available, although only space for 1 car - Very close to Bradford city centre and restaurants/local shops - Smart LED lighting - Good check-in and check-out times - Accommodating and welcoming host Negatives: - Boiler was in the bedroom in suite 3, and quite noisy at night. - Pillows were a bit uncomfortable - Restricted street parking - Bathroom door in suite 3 didn’t close completely

Absolutely disgusting attitude towards my partner from the day of booking until the 10 minutes we stayed and then walked out of the apartment.. I am writing a review because I do not want anyone to experience what we have when you are only wanting a romantic night away. We got lost in Bradford town centre so rang the owner or whoever was sorting out booking out for help. He was rude on the phone when asking for directions he bluntly I don’t know where you are huffing and puffing at us down the phone. When finally arriving he was sprawled out of the sofa no enthusiasm or anything, demanding an extra £100 damage fee in cash after already paying £135 for the room on bookin.com and nothing said a £100 damage fee, which he would of done mostly anything to not give us back. When booking the room we got a text message offering a broze silver and gold package all various prices, we partner asked or gold package for £80 on arrival which we had and was willing to give, on the description of the package it was supposed to be, rose petals walk way on bed into bathroom and coffee table, electric t light candles, LED lights on bed, balloons on floor and bed with big foil teddy balloon, a choice of a fresh cake and god or chocolates. When arrived LOL cut up red paper on the floor, 3 deflated balloons the room wasn’t even the right one advertised. No chocolates no cake not even to say anything about the candles. The attitude and customer service we received was horrendous and when applying for a refund on *********** obviously he did not want to give us one and had the room back up within 10 minutes of us walking out. But *********** gave us a full refund and apologised. It’s false advertising and trying to take money off people. Very very rude…

Couldn't complain got exactly what was advertised. Owner was easy to deal with and I got my deposit back 3 days after checking out. Stayed for my partners birthday and we really enjoyed it. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the area it is in, not bradford just that specific part of bradford didn't seem too good.

My second time booking Even though I didn’t book the spa suite. It was still a nice room enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend it. Definitely booking again especially the spa suite . Great friendly service. Free parking too good location
