On arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member. He offered a choice of rooms and asked which floor we wanted to be on, and then he asked if we wanted housekeeping service during our stay, which was three nights. Because it was Christmas weekend, we told him we would go without unless we needed more coffee for our room. He advised us they no longer provided in-room coffee but it was available in the lobby 24/7 and was brewed fresh every hour. Our room (104) was clean and welcoming, the bed was very comfortable, and a refrigerator and microwave were there and in good condition. It was a little cooler in there than we like, so we turned the thermostat up a couple of degrees. From that moment on, every time the heat came on it sounded like a jet plane taking off, and when it turned off it sounded like a jet landing. Not conducive to a good night’s sleep. In the morning we went to use the shower, and we couldn’t get hot water. Tried to call the desk and got no answer. Had to get dressed to go to the desk, where the girl told me it sometimes shut itself off when the weather was cold, but she would turn it back on and we’d have hot water in 5 or 10 minutes. I got the last of the coffee from the carafe in the lobby, took it back to the room, and it was obviously not brewed during the past several hours, probably left over from yesterday. While waiting for hot water, went on my tablet and used the free Wi-Fi, which was good. After enjoying a hot shower, I tried shaving, but the mirror was all fogged up, and there was no exhaust fan. After it cleared, still couldn’t see much because of the poor lighting. Those strips of light down the sides of the mirror are totally inadequate. Nice mood lighting, but not good for seeing your up close. The free breakfast was good if you didn’t eat the eggs, which were supposedly scrambled, but apparently they were made from rubber, as I couldn’t even cut them with a knife. The waffles and muffins were good, and so was the yogurt. When we returned to the room for night two of listening to the jet planes, we had no Wi-Fi. Oh well, it was cold and windy, so maybe the cable was down. From then on, the was no Wi-Fi whatsoever. At checkout, we were told their system was down, so they would have to email our receipt. We will not be returning to this hotel , even though the location is ideal for us when visiting family. We’ll pay a little more and drive a little farther, but hopefully we’ll have a more pleasant stay somewhere else. I must add that the weather was terrible, with frigid temperatures and high winds, so a few of the difficulties could have been caused by that and not to be blamed on the hotel or its staff.

I have stayed at this hotel off and on since February of 2022 when I started my chemotherapy treatments at Memorial Sloan Kettering cancer center in Basking Ridge. I was diagnosed with a rare form of non Hodgkin’s lymphoma called Mantle Cell Lymphoma in May of 2021. I am extremely grateful for this hotel for accommodating me while up in the area for treatments, and scans. As I’m getting better, my visits are less frequent, but I stayed here last month again, and wanted to thank the staff for their kindness especially Maya Dawkins and Jossehlyn. Thank you all very much. I look forward to my next stay, as that means I will hear more good news about my recovery. If you wish to follow my journey back to good health

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel parce que j'ai le cancer de stade 4 et devra rester pendant la nuit quelques fois par semaine pendant que je participe à un essai clinique. Le promoteur de l'hôtel couvre jusqu'à une certaine quantité, je me suis débrouillé un peu dans une salle royale avec balcon avec accès au salon. Elle m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas l'utiliser parce que je ne faisais pas partie d'élite. Après avoir retourné et sorti, me laissant confus sur pourquoi ils ne pouvaient pas regarder leur propre site, j'ai renoncé à espérer que j'aurais quelqu'un d'autre quand j'ai été connecté. Malheureusement, j'ai eu la même personne, Angela. Quand je lui ai montré ce que ma réservation a dit et le site web elle m'a dit que je ne comprends pas et que cela signifie que la salle était accessible par moi, mais que je n'ai pas été autorisé à l'utiliser. Elle a dit ”la terminologie vous obtiendrait chaque fois”. Si vous regardez les photos que j'ai ajoutées ci-dessous, vous verrez que le bénéfice de l'élite dira aussi ”l'accès au salon”. Je voudrais parler à un gestionnaire, mais elle m'a dit que le gestionnaire était d'accord avec elle et qu'elle était au prochain registre et qu'elle avait entendu tout cela. Pour la céréale au sommet, nous nous sommes réveillés le lendemain pour découvrir que le plafond a été fui dans notre sac. La femme au bureau de front le matin s'est excusée et a dit qu'elle ajouterait des points à mon compte. Je n'ai même pas vu le séjour original, beaucoup moins de points supplémentaires. Je n'ai pas assez de temps pour gaspiller et gâcher un service horrible, je ne resterai pas là pendant mon essai clinique.

La réception était si belle, le personnel de l'hôtel nous a accueillis et nous a expliqué tout ce qu'il fallait savoir pour rentrer à l'aéroport et être organisé. Peut-être que je me suis épuisé de mon voyage, mais voir leurs sourires et leur énergie à 2AM juste m'a aidé vraiment à me sentir mieux. Le petit déjeuner a eu beaucoup de fruits frais (trois jus différents, épicés, entiers et séchés), des pommes de terre et des produits de boulangerie, parfait depuis mon partenaire et moi-même sommes vegans. Il n'y a pas de persécution explicite des options veganes, mais nous pourrions encore manger assez décent pour un séjour inplanté. La chambre était très propre. Plus il y a une piscine. Horoy.

Ma fille et j'adore cet hôtel c'est comme un petit appartement c'est très agréable !!!! Je viens d'avoir une mauvaise expérience avec l'hôte, il a débité ma carte 2x n m'a fait n'avoir pas d'argent pour l'essence que nous avions 25 miles jusqu'à ce que nous allions chercher de la nourriture ect ..... ils n'ont rien fait d'autre que me rendre mon argent n je ne l'ai toujours pas eu il sd plus tard 23h je l'aurais je suis allé n sd quelque chose n il sd oh j'avais tort ce sera dans quelques jours eh bien c'est presque une semaine maintenant n rien n les 20 dollars qu'ils prennent pour leur de la nourriture sur le mur si vous ne l'utilisez pas, vous l'obtiendrez dans quelques jours peut-être 5 jours ouvrables si vous utilisez votre carte de débit, j'y suis allé 3x et j'attends toujours !!!! N en plus le gars à qui j'ai parlé à un niveau supérieur m'a dit que je n'avais pas vraiment payé les 20 !!!!!????? L'hôte l'a ajouté sur ma facture juste en nous montrant 20 autres sur mon téléphone ????? Je sais ce que je pd apparemment si vous ne payez pas les 20, le système ne vous laissera pas réserver une chambre !!!!! Alors j'attends 60 dollars !!! De plus, les 2x qu'ils m'ont facturés à part ça, c'est un très bel endroit magnifique et très propre, je suis juste énervé, ils ne m'ont pas accueilli pour leur merde !!!!

Nous avons séjourné ici à 2 occasions séparées pendant nos vacances d'été de 2 semaines. L'appartement que nous avons reçu sur notre deuxième séjour était une suite plus typique que nous attendons à une Homewood Suites - une suite de grande taille avec une cuisine complète. Le petit déjeuner était en moyenne avec la répartition habituelle des œufs engrais, toast, muffins, waffles, yoghurt, oignons, mais pas de bananes. Une fois, nous avons trouvé les fruits frais détruits. Dans l'ensemble, nous resterions ici encore parce que l'emplacement était convenable pour nous.
