« Прибывали с 27,01.26 по 31.01.26. Все понравилось. Локация- огонь: дом , в котором находится отель расположен среди различных министров Армении.Тишина ночью. До площади Республики 5 мин через двор. Номер тоже понравился: была кухонная зона с всеми принадлежностями: микроволновка, столовые приборы, даже турка, но к сожалению приготовить кофе не смогли, тк турка не подошла к индукционной плите. Сотрудник отеля сварила нам кофе в столовой, а на следующий день принесли другую турку, но уже не было времени воспользоваться ею. Завтраки достойные, все понравилось. Если вернемся в Ереван, обязательно остановимся здесь!!!! »

« Exceptional value for money with great staff
I had a wonderful stay here. The standout feature is definitely the staff—the front desk team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. For the price point, the facilities are exceptional and hard to beat.
There are a few minor points to note: the building doesn't have an elevator, and there was a slight smell in the bathroom in the mornings. Also, you can sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms. However, these were minor issues and didn't significantly impact my stay. Overall, it’s an amazing budget-friendly option and I highly recommend it. »

IInvitéI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

IInvitéGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

XXiaomadehuajiasuiyueL'hôtel est situé dans un immeuble résidentiel d'une dizaine d'étages, les étages 7 à 10 étant occupés par l'hôtel lui-même, un peu comme une maison d'hôtes en Chine. La réception se trouve au 7e étage, très calme. Les chambres sont agréables et disposent d'un balcon. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et envoient des vœux par e-mail avant et après l'arrivée – une délicate attention ! Ils semblent faire leur maximum pour satisfaire les besoins des clients ; ces derniers peuvent cuisiner et laver leur linge. Le petit-déjeuner est relativement simple mais copieux. Mon vol étant tôt le matin et le petit-déjeuner ne commençant qu'à 8 h, je n'ai pu en prendre qu'un seul (pour deux nuits) à cause des horaires de vol.
L'hôtel est bien situé, à environ 800 mètres de la place de la République, je crois.

JJingyanggang1967Bien que la chambre soit du même type, la zone de la chambre que nous avons réservée est un peu plus petite, un peu moins grande que nous. Contactez le personnel de service clients de Trip.com, l'attitude et la vitesse de traitement des problèmes sont très rapides et ont rapidement répondu positivement, nous pouvons continuer à rester tranquilles. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très bon, riche en variété, bon goût, complément de plats rapide, il est louable. La position de l'hôtel est bonne, il peut se promener à toutes les attractions de la ville, à proximité de notre point de bus de retour à Tbilisi, très pratique.

匿匿名顧客Easy to walk to main attractions - Replibic Square in 5 mins, the local flea market in 3 mins, Carrefour supermarket in 3 mins. That said, surrounding is a bit dark and quiet with a construction site right next to the hotel. Room spacious, one free bottle water upon arrival. The thing that I don't like is the rather warm air conditioning (useless to adjust). I finally had to open the windows but then attracted mosquitoes in. Another thing not that good is thatthe buffet breakfast started rather late, at 8am. Day tours usually start at 9am(and in another location around 10-15 mins ride away). That means I had to rush my breakfast within 15-20 mins.
