Hôtels à Erevan avec petit déjeuner

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Le meilleur hôtel que nous avons séjourné dans le Caucase ! Le service professionnel est très propre, les chambres sont très propres, le petit déjeuner est étonnant et après 2 jours de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, le personnel très attentif de la zone de petit déjeuner remme même mon nom de famille ! Il a été très malheureux de partir.

C'est un endroit où vous vous liez souvent quand vous partez sur un voyage d'affaires. Grande location et personnel amiable.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Möövenpick Hotel Yerevan est une très bonne option dans son segment, surtout si vous appréciez des hôtels frais et récemment ouverts. L'hôtel a été ouvert récemment et vous pouvez vraiment sentir tout est absolument nouveau, propre et frais, des chambres aux zones communes. La localisation peut être légèrement discutable en fonction de ce que vous cherchez. Il est toujours très central et à une distance de marche de presque tous les principaux points de la ville, mais peut-être un peu plus loin des principales zones de marche et de loisirs que d'autres hôtels centraux. Cela dit, c'est Yerevan « loin » ici signifie autour d'un marche 10-minute, donc c'est tout très relative. Le personnel et le service étaient très bienvenus, attentifs et réellement disposés à accueillir les invités de toutes les façons possibles. En général, une impression très agréable et un hôtel je pense certainement à rester à nouveau.

Прекрасный небольшой уютный отель в центре города находится в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей. Расположен во дворе, и поэтому не слышно шума улиц. Номер просторный светлый. Имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Полноценный завтрак был включен в стоимость. Вежливый приветливый персонал хорошо говорят на русском и английском. Имеется свой закрытый маленький дворик со столиками. Зимой им не пользовались, но летом очень приятно провести здесь время, попить чай или позавтракать в тени деревьев.

Выбирали отель в центре, хотелось новый с хорошим сервисом. Угадали на 100%. Отель рекомендую, расположение 10 из 10. Северный проспект, Площадь республики, куча хороших ресторанов, супермаркет и алкомаркет с армянским вином и коньяком, всё в пешей доступности. Все новое, брали номер улучшенный на 9-м этаже возле СПА, отличный вид из окон. Да, номера не большие, но все что необходимо есть. Убирают хорошо, в ванной халаты и тапочки, косметика, каждый день бутилированная вода и кофемашина в номере. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. В номере тихо. Лобби небольшое, но с каким-то модным баром, в выходные дни вечером куча молодежи. Отличное обслуживание, девушка с красивым именем Мариам Яиз, подготовила сюрприз на День рождения, в номере нас ждала бутылка игристого, открытка с пожеланиями на русском и тортик. Приятно. Большим плюсом считаю наличие кафе Paul внизу отеля. Вход прямо из лобби, можно оплатить картой. На завтрак в отеле не ходили - долго спали, ходили в Paul, отличный кофе, сендвичи, круссаны, свежевыжатый сок. Отель рекомендую, персонал - молодцы, с удовольствием посетим еще раз.

The room was huge and looked great. Furniture was comfortable. Internet was excellent. It is close to the circus and the Mother Armenia Monument, but not walkable to other tourist sites. One issue I had was noise isolation. The door unlocking is quite loud and there was a kind of large gap under the door, which I think let sound carry more from the hall. I also heard heavy footsteps from other guests some nights. If you're not a light sleeper and don't mind driving or taking a taxi, I'd say it is really good.

Le meilleur rapport qualité/prix ! La chambre était très propre et le chauffage était bon, j'ai donc passé une nuit très chaude. Le propriétaire était très gentil et ce fut un séjour satisfaisant à bien des égards. Il vous suffit de faire attention au son de ㅂ ㅏ o !

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
