Hôtels avec balcon à Erevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Прекрасный отель в самом центре города в шаговой доступности от основных локаций города. Вокруг большое количество мест питания на любой вкус. Отель расположен внутри квартала и защищён от шумных улиц домами, за счёт этого ощущение тишина, комфорта и уюта как дома. Чистота, сервис и услуги на самом высоком уровне. Вкусные завтраки с элементами национальных блюд. Выпечка, свежие фрукты в ежедневном рационе. Помощь персонала в решении любых вопросов.

La location est fantastique. Il y a tant de restaurants et cafés près de Bu. Il est très proche de la place de la République.

this place is pretty clean. i liked the bathrooms, the rooms had nice lockers and everything you could need near your bed (a shelf, some light, a socket, a curtain). the breakfast was quite good and healthy. the only bad thing - common area is available for guests 24/7, which is cool for people who want to eat at night but terrible for everyone else. i accept noise at hostels, it's normal when there're many people sharing the space but this time it was something special, i always sleep well and still i woke up several times, there's no barrier between the room and the kitchen so all the noise can be heard perfectly. in general the hostel is not really cozy and lacks the vibe of the hostel, it's more formal, which is okay for sleeping but doesn't create any memory beyond that.

L'hôtel est un hôtel nouveau, qui est visible dans la conception moderne et la propreté des chambres. La location est juste super toutes les principales attractions sont à la disposition de étape par étape. Je voudrais tout particulièrement attirer l'attention sur le personnel qui est aimable et qui est toujours prêt à vous aider et à vous rendre le plus agréable possible. Très satisfait de votre choix et avec plaisir recommander cet hôtel à tous ceux qui planifient un voyage !

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. J'ai récemment réservé un tour privé à travers l'hôtel pour visiter Khor Virap, Noravank, le monastère Tatev et le tramway aérien. Le conducteur n'a fourni aucune information sur les destinations et nous a conduits entre les lieux. En outre, il n'a pas porté de ceinture de siège, ce qui a conduit à une arrêt de police et à une amende. Cela nous a été assez insuffisant. Le voyage a coûté AMD 99000.00. Le conducteur ne propose pas ou ne s'arrête pas pour déjeuner et pause. Nous espérons que l'hôtel tiendra compte de cette situation afin de garantir une expérience plus sûre et plus confortable pour les clients à venir.

C'est un endroit où vous vous liez souvent quand vous partez sur un voyage d'affaires. Grande location et personnel amiable.

La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est confortable, la salle de bain est propre. Ne vous attendez pas au style le plus moderne, à la fin le moins important. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très bon pour nous. La location n'est pas la meilleure. Il est à 40' de l'aéroport, et à 20' de la ville. Le trafic à Yerevan est chaotique et des accidents se produisent régulièrement, alors gardez cela à l'esprit si vous vous déplacez de la ville ou vers celle-ci. Vous pouvez aussi aller à pied à la ville, mais il est assez dur de revenir. La perle est la piscine. Et ils ont aussi un restaurant, si vous vous sentez laissée sortir ou si vous ne voulez pas commander avec Yandex.

C'est un bon emplacement, mais l'hôtel est un peu vieux, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc nous devons porter nos bagages dans les escaliers et c'est assez difficile pour certains avec des bagages lourds. De plus, nous n'avons pas aimé la nourriture du petit-déjeuner, peut-être qu'ils devront s'améliorer la prochaine fois. Quoi qu'il en soit, la femme de ménage est gentille.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
