Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan and honestly had a really smooth experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and super comfortable. Rooms are well-designed, quiet, and perfect both for rest and work. The staff were friendly and helpful every time,fast check-in, no stress, good vibes overall. Breakfast was solid with a nice variety, everything fresh and organized. Location is a big plus: close to the center, easy to move around the city, restaurants and cafés nearby. If you want a reliable, comfortable place in Yerevan without overpaying this one hits.

Situé entre 2 stations de métro, accessible par marche de chacune. Les boutiques de 24 heures de course sont facilement trouvées à proximité. La forme de la chambre est un peu étrange mais elle est très propre et confortable, la douche est assez forte et le système de chauffage central fonctionne bien, le lit est confortable, la qualité du petit déjeuner est superbe et assez satisfaisante, j'ai aimé la poires et le jus d'abri très.

L'hôtel est situé dans un immeuble résidentiel d'une dizaine d'étages, les étages 7 à 10 étant occupés par l'hôtel lui-même, un peu comme une maison d'hôtes en Chine. La réception se trouve au 7e étage, très calme. Les chambres sont agréables et disposent d'un balcon. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et envoient des vœux par e-mail avant et après l'arrivée – une délicate attention ! Ils semblent faire leur maximum pour satisfaire les besoins des clients ; ces derniers peuvent cuisiner et laver leur linge. Le petit-déjeuner est relativement simple mais copieux. Mon vol étant tôt le matin et le petit-déjeuner ne commençant qu'à 8 h, je n'ai pu en prendre qu'un seul (pour deux nuits) à cause des horaires de vol. L'hôtel est bien situé, à environ 800 mètres de la place de la République, je crois.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

Идеальная чистота, удобные кровати, дружелюбный персонал - что ещё нужно для отдыха в отеле? Расположение - топ, в самом центре, всё рядом. Единственное, что не все такси знают этот отель, если встречаете такси - лучше выйти из арки. Завтраки хорошие, все продукты свежайшие и качественные. И главная изюминка отеля - вид с террасы 15 этажа. Кофе с видом на Арарат - лучшее начало дня.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the center of everything—close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, the street outside is very noisy, even late at night, and unfortunately, the room was not well isolated from the noise, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The only other downside was the lack of an elevator, which could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Despite these issues, the location is definitely a highlight.

En général, j'aime cet hôtel et je resterais certainement ici.

Если вы хотите быть близко к центру, то вам не сюда. Нам локация была неактуальна. Соотношение цена/качество все отлично. Персонал отзывчивый. Говорит только по-английски. В номере есть все необходимое (тапочки, гель/шампунь, шапочка, фен). Интернет работал отлично! Телевидение только кабельное (если кому это важно). Курить на внутреннем дворе. Были стульчики. Бассейном не интересовались, комментарий дать не могу. В целом твердая четверка.

Tout est parfait pour les touristes actifs, nous avons marché tout le temps, 25-30 minutes ne posent aucun problème, les petits déjeuners sont délicieux, les chambres sont propres - merci beaucoup pour tout, nous avons été ravis de séjourner ici !
