Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan and honestly had a really smooth experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and super comfortable. Rooms are well-designed, quiet, and perfect both for rest and work. The staff were friendly and helpful every time,fast check-in, no stress, good vibes overall. Breakfast was solid with a nice variety, everything fresh and organized. Location is a big plus: close to the center, easy to move around the city, restaurants and cafés nearby. If you want a reliable, comfortable place in Yerevan without overpaying this one hits.

Équipements : L'hôtel dispose de nombreux équipements. Le 7e étage abrite la réception, une cuisine commune, un restaurant et une salle d'activités. La sécurité est assurée 24h/24 à l'entrée du rez-de-chaussée ; l'accès à l'ascenseur se fait par carte magnétique. Propreté : Très propre. Nous avions réservé une chambre double et, à notre grande surprise, il y avait deux toilettes, séparées de la chambre par une porte. Environnement : Situé en plein centre-ville, l'hôtel est à proximité de nombreux sites d'intérêt. Service : L'accueil était très chaleureux et convivial.

Situé entre 2 stations de métro, accessible par marche de chacune. Les boutiques de 24 heures de course sont facilement trouvées à proximité. La forme de la chambre est un peu étrange mais elle est très propre et confortable, la douche est assez forte et le système de chauffage central fonctionne bien, le lit est confortable, la qualité du petit déjeuner est superbe et assez satisfaisante, j'ai aimé la poires et le jus d'abri très.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels où j'ai séjourné ! J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Le personnel était exceptionnel : aimable, attentionné et efficace. Un grand merci à Alexander à la réception, qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Le hall était élégant, avec un parfum agréable et une décoration raffinée. L'enregistrement s'est fait sans le moindre problème. La chambre était impeccable : aucune poussière, aucune tache, aucune odeur. Le service de ménage était excellent au quotidien. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

Excellent budget hotel – highly recommended! Primer Hotel in Yerevan was an amazing budget hotel and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and cleaning was done daily, which we really appreciated. We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime. The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding. The breakfast was very good with lots of food, fruits, tea, coffee, desserts like cakes, and many tasty options. It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes. The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The heating in the room was excellent, which made our stay extra comfortable. The hotel is very well situated, close to bus stops, making it easy to get to the city center, Mega Mall, and other parts of Yerevan. Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. An awesome place at an awesome price!

Good location close to the city centre BUT the top (fifth?) floor with endless stairs. I almost collapsed while climbing the stairs with a heavy suitcase. NO LIFT! The room was clean, same as on their pictures, but shared facilities were basic and not very comfortable. People seemed also kinda weird. I wasn't alone so that was okayish. But I wouldn't recommend it for a single female traveller.

Le propriétaire et le personnel étaient très gentils. L'hôtel en lui-même est incroyable. Cependant, l’environnement environnant n’est pas si bon. Les clients doivent être prudents lorsqu'ils marchent le long des routes à proximité de l'hôtel, car les voitures roulent à toute vitesse dans les virages aveugles. Il y avait aussi des gens vulgaires juste à côté de l'hôtel qui se moquaient des Asiatiques de l'Est, ce qui était très désagréable.

Tout est parfait pour les touristes actifs, nous avons marché tout le temps, 25-30 minutes ne posent aucun problème, les petits déjeuners sont délicieux, les chambres sont propres - merci beaucoup pour tout, nous avons été ravis de séjourner ici !
