風景沒話説，很美。直接上圖，水清澈的傍晚在房間裏看出去可以看到魚在遊，鴨子和鵝都在湖裡，湖水的顏色非常美 交通也很方便，在城市裡，背靠大山，所以叫外賣或者出去吃都很方便。 主題酒店大堂有一架鋼琴可以隨便彈奏，有接駁車可以開到山頂，風景也很美麗，送的索道我們小朋友太小就沒去坐。送的驚鴻旅拍，小哥哥拍了大概二十幾張照片，拍完了第二天選片，有3張免費的精修，期待一下。 美中不足的是沒有圍欄沒有嬰兒床，對於十月齡寶寶不太友好，會擔心晚上睡覺摔下去，本來工作人員想幫忙把沙發移到床尾，但是沙發太長了，挪不過去。由於是新開業的酒店，希望後續儘快配齊吧，可以讓小月齡寶寶放心休息。對於大寶寶來説就不用擔心啦

We had an incredible first experience skiing in Anji! Our homestay was simply outstanding. The room we booked was not only spacious and impeccably clean but also felt like a cozy retreat after a long day on the slopes. Our room was facing Mother Nature, with a great view of mountains and the morning sun that shines into our room and energises us before our breakfast. What truly made our stay special was the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They kindly offered to drive us to the drop off point at the ski resort, which was a thoughtful touch. The highlight of our trip were the delicious, sumptuous Chinese dishes prepared personally by the owner—each meal was a delightful and wholesome culinary experience that we longed for and looked forward to every day! Our kids absolutely adored the homestay, treating it like their own cosy play area. The owner treated them like their family and warmly welcomed them to do just that, which made our stay even more memorable. In addition to the fantastic room, we were thrilled to have full access to a washing machine, dryer, and even a karaoke system! These amenities made our stay even more convenient and fun. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return for another memorable skiing adventure! We highly recommend this homestay for those who wants a spacious retreat for a quiet getaway from the busy city life.

I was lucky enough to get a room right next to the lake, and waking up to the sound of gentle waves and birdsong was absolutely serene. The view alone was worth the trip! What truly stood out was the incredible chauffeur service—punctual, professional, and friendly. It made moving around the large camping area effortless and enjoyable. The team on-site were beyond accommodating. Whether it was a last-minute change or a special request, they handled everything with warmth and a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The experiences offered were the cherry on top! I got to enjoy a free photoshoot with the lake as my backdrop, which left me with beautiful memories captured forever. The horseback ride was both relaxing and thrilling, and paddle boarding on the calm waters was a peaceful yet fun workout. One of the most unique and soul-soothing moments was the sound bowl healing therapy—a truly calming and grounding experience. And to wrap up the day, the music bonfire under the stars was magical. Great vibes, great company, and a perfect way to end each night. This wasn’t just a getaway—it was an experience that fed the soul. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and full of unforgettable memories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for nature, luxury, and a touch of magic!

Départ du week-end provisoire décidé, avec les enfants et les enfants de maille, l'hôtel est amical, l'environnement est beau, très calme, l'air frais, tous les aliments sont récoltés sur le terrain de l'exploitation, pas de plats préfabriqués, sain et délicieux, en particulier le service de petits épices est très bon, j'attends avec impatience de rester la prochaine fois.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. D'une manière générale, l'hôtel appartient toujours à la catégorie des personnes de haut niveau. Le design du parc est très beau et la chambre est très large. Mais le court-plan est également très évident. Tout d'abord, la position est en fait dans une région plus chaleureuse, et le bas de la montagne est un parc de loisirs, donc beaucoup de chambres regardent en fait pas le paysage de la montagne, mais les parcs de loisirs et les bâtiments, et ont perdu beaucoup de sentiments de barbarie. Et la pollution lumineuse et le bruit du parc de plaisance pendant les petites vacances sont trop grandes pour perturber le repos. Les avantages sont de nombreux restaurants de plaisir et de manger autour. Les détails des installations de la deuxième chambre sont encore insuffisants, beaucoup de designs injustifiés ou d'erreurs fonctionnelles affectent le confort de la vie. Le service général de l'hôtel est toujours bon, le petit frère du gestionnaire réagi en temps utile et il est très pratique de vendre. Les produits de son propre restaurant sont également très bons, mais le prix est trop élevé et le prix est un peu plus bas.

J'ai accidentellement vérifié la commande le lendemain et j'ai découvert que le service de préparation de lit était livré avec un cadeau et je l'ai demandé à la femme de ménage. 2. Le lendemain, j'ai trouvé. un Xiaoqiang dans la salle de douche. Celui-ci était OK. Comprenez qu'après tout, il est inévitable d'avoir des fleurs et des plantes dans la cour. 3. Il y a trop peu de bornes de recharge lente Tesla. Personnellement, je pense qu'il devrait y en avoir 4. Le petit déjeuner du restaurant chinois est tout à fait satisfaisant

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. While this cannot be controlled, more indoor childr

房间干净，风景好，但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.
