We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk team was extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. TSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river. Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent. Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Helpful housekeepers. The only complain I have is the smell of smoke coming from other rooms. There’s no clear separation of smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Ash trays in all rooms and next to the elevator even though there are no smoking signs.

Le Peninsular Hotel est depuis longtemps la référence à Kaiping pour un hôtel cinq étoiles. Son emplacement est excellent et l'environnement et les installations sont restés bons au fil des ans. Le service est également satisfaisant et le petit-déjeuner propose une grande variété de choix. Les Put Chai Ko sont très authentiques. C'est le premier choix à Kaiping.

Location could be better without all the construction happening around it, but hotel was extremely new and clean. Rooms are very well sized and beds were comfortable to sleep in. Would recommend staying in again when back in town.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet yet accessible area. It’s just a 10-minute drive to the charming old town, where I spent hours exploring nostalgic spots, and the same distance to a modern shopping mall for some retail therapy. Whether you’re into history or shopping, the location is ideal. The staff here truly made my stay special. They were not only warm and welcoming but also went above and beyond to recommend great local places to visit. Their insider tips helped me discover hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. It felt like having a personal guide! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here—my room was immaculate. The bedding deserves a special shoutout: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and high-quality, and the pillows felt like clouds. I slept like a baby every night, which is rare when traveling! The amenities at this hotel are incredible, especially considering the price. The common area had a washer, dryer, and steamer, which made packing light and staying fresh a breeze. The in-room elliptical machine was a fantastic touch, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine without leaving my room. It truly felt like a home away from home. The area around the hotel is peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being so quiet, it’s incredibly convenient to get around, whether by car or public transport. All of these for under $50 a night?! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was for such high-quality accommodations. It’s rare to find a place that offers so much at such an affordable rate. Taishan new world hotel is a very elegant hotel. The front door is amazing with outdoor water fountain. Inside the lobby, you will be the ceiling paintings, thinking you at Italy. And I met my special friendly “robot” that works so hard delivering food to your door.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

Location of the hotel was very convenient to my family. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores are close by. The rooms were very clean and having a free self service laundry room was the icing on top!
