Hôtels 4 étoiles à Jiangmen

A hidden gem. I don't even want to share this review to make this hotel too popular! As a person who doesn't speak very good Chinese, the staff at this hotel were very accommodating despite the language barrier. When you first arrive at the hotel, you are greeted by a creative garden complete with outdoor dining areas, swings, a fish tank, and more. On check in, the receptionist was very attentive to all of my questions and directed me to the places I asked about through wechat. It was very easy to follow the directions. I was also offered a spread of fresh fruit to enjoy before settling in my room. The room was spacious and clean and had the most advanced toilet that I have ever used! There was a wide open window for a beautiful view of the dialou across the pond. The suite of amenities was also much appreciated, including snacks, toiletries, and slippers. A highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. They not only provide the standard Chinese breakfast fare such as porridge and pastries, but also served local kaiping specialties. They also have food you can order off of a menu but I didn't have anything during my stay. Upon checkout I was also given a goodie bag filled with local specialties and treats which was much appreciated!

Its a new hotel. Room facilities are all new and modern. Heavenly bed, aircorn is adjustable which is a bonus. The only down side is the pillows are too soft. One of the pillows has beads inside that caused me skin allergy. Room does not come with a fridge, safety box and hair conditional (they have stated on the booking) Very happy that the hotel has a laundry area. The hotel is close to the malls, but need to take didi.

Voyage de Pâques en famille, séjour ici après les villages historiques ruraux de Kaiping et l'exploration des diaolou. Pour un peu de temps en ville. Nouvel hôtel propre et soigné. Bonnes chambres non-fumeurs. Belles salles de bains, toilettes automatiques de style japonais. Petit-déjeuner buffet simple et correct, café frais, petit-déjeuner principalement de style chinois. Notre famille a passé un bon moment. J'ai réservé une chambre double pour nous et une chambre double pour les enfants. Il y a un peu de bruit de basse musicale le soir à cause de la discothèque voisine. A été mentionné dans la réservation. Pas de réel problème pour nous. Nous avons apprécié le centre commercial géant et moderne Chain situé à quelques minutes en voiture pour dîner et faire du shopping. Le vieux centre-ville est également idéal pour les repas et les sites touristiques.

The room is spacious and modern. The hotel is very new and has free WiFi and free laundry machine usage. The staff is very polite and helpful. The entrance may be a bit hard to find. It shares location with other hotels in the mega-complex. The entrance is just around the corner of another major brand hotel. The hotel is connected to a four story shopping mall with plenty of food choices. I see a lot of families around the area

During my 5 days 4 nights stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Taishan hotel with my family. I felt very satisfied and enjoyed my stay there very much. Firstly, the environment and facilities of this hotel is quite new ,clean and well maintained. Secondly, the location is super convenient for it's connected to a modern and comprehensive shopping plaza (昌大昌)which provides all sorts of cusines, drinks and shopping spots. It has a big supermarket too. Thirdly, the staff at the front desk can speak fluent Cantonese. They are polite and helpful especially Ada Huang(黃寧) Fourthly, the breakfast buffet offered in the restaurant on the 3rd floor offers quite a lot of yummy western and Chinese food. The serving staffs at the restaurant are helpful and friendly too. In short, I would give a 5 stars to this hotel and would definitely stay at this hotel if I go to Taishan again.

We called ahead to request for our 4 rooms to be on the same floor and near to one another. Staff really helped us to ensure that. Pleasant surprise was the mini fridge in the room and washer in the balcony. Made washing of clothes so much easier than having to use the common machine in the laundry room at level 4. Could even request for housekeeping through wechat message. Truly convenient! We initially thought the hotel could be a little run down since our last stay. Despite it being 5 years old, amenities and facilities are well maintained. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

La chambre est propre et bien rangée et reliée à la zone pittoresque, dont l'une se trouve à côté de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez entrer dans le parc en glissant votre visage, c'est donc très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement simple et comprend du porridge simple, des nouilles, du riz, des boissons et du café. Mais il y avait trop de monde et il n'y avait pas de place. J'ai demandé au serveur de m'apporter une boîte et d'en emporter pour que je puisse manger dans ma chambre, mais il a dit non. Comme je ne trouvais pas de place, j'ai pris une place en toute hâte. bol, but deux bouchées de porridge et partit. De plus, s'il y a un problème de stationnement, la route devant l'entrée du site pittoresque a été bloquée sur plusieurs centaines de mètres. J'ai finalement franchi la porte. Cela s'est avéré être dû au chaos du stationnement dans le site pittoresque. Comme nous étions à l'intérieur, nous avons continué à entrer et ne nous sommes pas garés sur le parking du site pittoresque, mais il était toujours très encombré et le personnel nous a bloqués après communication. En fait, il y en avait beaucoup. places de parking dans l'hôtel, je n'ai pas compris pourquoi nous devions nous garer sur le parking à ce moment-là. Nous nous sommes garés sur le parking panoramique et avons attendu que la navette nous emmène. Ensuite, le plus bizarre, c'est que nous sommes partis dîner, et lorsque nous avons passé la porte du site pittoresque, 10 yuans ont été glissés sur notre carte ETC, cela ne devrait-il pas être gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel ? À mon retour, j'ai communiqué avec l'hôtel et je leur ai dit que ce n'était gratuit qu'une seule fois et qu'il fallait le signaler à la réception à l'avance. Sans voix! Bien que le paysage intérieur soit unique, tout le monde dit qu’une seule visite suffit.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

Rong'an is located very close to the North gate, and situated next to its sister, Cheng Shen hotel. In fact, the check-in/out is done at Cheng Shen, and the breakfast is also served there. We stayed in the double bed standard room on the 5th floor in No.3 Rong'an building. When we checked in, the front desk staff was very helpful in using English translation app (we don't speak Chinese), and walked with us to the room as the No. 3 building entrance is a bit difficult to find in the back of Cheng Shen building. The room faced the scenic town view with a veranda (photo from the room). The room looked exactly as shown in Trip.com hotel site. Clean and spacious, although a bit dated and simple. The beds were comfortable. Good value for money and a very pleasant stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the Manley Hotel during my visit to Taishan. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, helpful, and made the experience feel welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options just steps away. Even if you need to head into downtown Taishan, taxis are easy to find and very affordable, making it simple to get around the city. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, though it’s worth noting that it’s entirely Chinese cuisine—something I personally enjoyed, especially for an authentic local experience. The downside was the laundry dryer— There was only one dryer for 3 washing machines, it didn’t work very efficiently and took about six hours to dry a single load, which was a bit frustrating. The Wi-Fi was also very unreliable, it would connect and then drop constantly. Even when it would work, the speeds would fluctuate. Overall, I’d recommend the Manley Hotel for its excellent service, local charm, and convenient location.
